After a myriad of frustrations trying to work with both of the big box stores I found these folks after an internet search. Simply put they showed up when they said they would show up. They did the work they said they were going to do and they cleaned up after themselves.Locally owned, the owner personally came and visited me after the salesperson visited just to make sure if I had any additional questions and the follow-up was extraordinary what more can a customer ask for?

I have remodeled most of my homes flooring from carpet-to-hardwood. I removed to carpet covering the stairs and discovered this job was beyond my skills. I interviewed multiple companies. The team arrived on time. Stayed focused completing my floors and new baseboards without sacrificing quality. Cleaned up after each day and took care with moving my heavy furniture throughout the process. My floors look great and I will definitely share my experience with all my family and friends. We contracted with Bryan McCoy, owner of Floor Coverings International of the Triad, to replace carpeting in 3 bedrooms and replace the hardwoods in the rest of the house. Bryan was very professional and answered all of the question that we had at that time.Ruben, the lead man on the crew, and his men arrived as scheduled on the first day of the project. They immediately started removing all of the flooring. At the end of the day they cleaned up the house to where everything was accessible for that night.The next day was a duplicate of the first day, except, they completed the entire job. They once again cleaned up the house and placed all other furniture back in place. We were very surprised that they completed our house in 2 days. I guess when you have 5-6 men working all day thats what can happen.Bryan came the next day and we pointed out a couple of small problems. He said that he would have someone come out and fix them. Ruben showed up within a week and fixed the 3 issues that we had and he saw 2 additional issues and repaired them as well.I have worked with home improvement contractors and subcontractors for over 40 years and I cannot speak highly enough about Bryan and his crew. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International of the Triad. We are glad that we found them and are very happy with the end results.

We are very happy with the total experience of our carpet and vinyl flooring. From the first contact with this company to the final clean up everything went perfect. From the salesman ( Bryan) who was not only very knowledgeable and capable of not only explaining his products but understanding what it is that you want and discussing various ideas with you about your project to the installers who were without a doubt the most efficient and courteous workers you would ever want to have around. They answered any question and had a ready supply of recommendations for any concern that came up. They were quick and accurate with all phases of the installation and I cannot think of anything they did that could be improved upon. I would not think of having any other installers as long as they are available.
