We had carpet installed in 4 rooms and our hall an vluxury vinyl in our kitchen and dning room. Denise helped me with colors and her selections were perfect. The installation is perfect. Wanted to have my carpet replaced with LVP and wanted to get it done while on vacation, everywhere I went told me that it would be 2 weeks or more just to order the materials. Called CSM and spoke to Dean Perry, told him my situation and he told me that the time frame was short but doable. He made afew calls to secure the material and we set the date to have my floors done the next week.

I had an excellent experience working with Emily S. at CSM! She was thorough and helpful throughout my flooring search. She met with me in the showroom twice and helped me look through the samples to see what was going to be best for my needs. I ended up going with a luxury vinyl plank for the bedrooms and closets. I got a dark, smoky grey-blue carpet put on the stairs. The awful beigeness of my second floor has been vanquished! Installation was quick - the helpful installers were scheduled within weeks of when I confirmed my order and made a deposit. They arrived on time and did the work in one day. Everything looks great! CSM did a fantastic job on assisting us with picking out our carpet needs, came to the house to quote the job,and worked with us on scheduling installation around other work we needed to be completed first. Their installation crew was fantastic. Took care in moving the furniture in and out of rooms as they installed the carpet. They installed 1900 sq ft of carpet and I cannot see one seam. They also installed carpet on 2 sets of steps. They cleaned up behind themselves as they installed and fixed some squeaky sub flooring along the way. I would highly recommend CSM flooring.

Hands down a GREAT Company!! I can not say enough great things about CSM! They installed new hardwoods and tied in our 25 year old existing hardwoods. Once they striped and stained all floors, you can not tell the difference between the old and new. Each one of their employees had a different job, installing, refinishing and installing the bound runner up the stairs. Every single employee is a Master at their trade. Can’t wait to have our bathrooms renovated!

So easy to deal with the team here. I called and spoke to Dana as we needed a rug pad. I had checked all of the options on Lowe’s, Home Depot, Amazon and bed Bath and Beyond. Dana was super helpful and she also said we could bring in the rug so that the cut would be exactly what we needed. The really nice thing about this is that we got it very quickly and they offered some suggestions on how to make sure we didn’t have any slippage since the rug is fairly thin. We worked with the team there and now it is all laid out and there is no slipping and it is perfect.Just a sidenote their prices are so competitive. I found rug pads at every store, but nothing was available immediately and I was going to have to wait at least 7 to 10 days. The price that I paid for the rug pad was less expensive than what I would have paid Amazon and the quality is great.We are going to need carpet for our bedroom coming up within the next year and we are definitely going to visit CSM flooring.

Upon entering the showroom for the first time today I was immediately greeted.... BY DOGS!!!I am not a fan of dogs; especially untethered ones running towards me in unexpected places. Mind you, these appeared to be employee-owned canines. I had to ask the employee to run interference. I left.You can certainly run your business that way but Isuggest putting up a sign, at minimum. I am not the only person I know who is dog-shy.I just purchased a 2200 sq ft home which needs all new flooring. There are many other flooring stores in the area.

Our Indoor/outdoor 9’ round carpet served outside for several years. When moving it inside to our new kitchen layout it needed a pad to work on the wood floors. The professional treatment of care given our fave rug design for a permanent rug backing is a seamless joy. When having it cleaned annually we won’t go anywhere else, ever! CSM was great to work with on our flooring project. We wanted to remove carpet in a living room and dining room and replace with Hardwood. Also we removed laminate and sheet vinyl in the kitchen, laundry, bath and hall and replaced it with Luxury Vinyl Tile. Clay was great to work with in the selection process for the materials. The installation team did a great job and we are very pleased with the results.

Get customer service with everyone at the shop, Dean was our salesperson and could not have been more accommodating. Bought wall to wall carpet for an investment property and had an area rug made for our living room. Both jobs were done efficiently and installers were polite and kind.

John at CSM brought samples to our home and helped us pick out an LVT tile that we had not even considered. Its an 18x18 glue-down and grout hat looks like marble. It was a two day install and it went great and looks great. Replaces a 25 year old sheet vinyl. Installers did a really good job. Very pleased with the service and result. We had been looking at the floating, click together types such as planks. We did not want hardwood or porcelain tiles in the kitchen but had not found a plank style or color that we liked enough. Even though this tile is glued, there is a layer of a mat that its glued to, not directly to the wooden subfloor, so its possible to remove and replace damaged tiles if needed. Thank you John for recommending this tile.
