Such a beautiful place to live and visit. The staff is so nice and helpful, the art is immaculate, and the food is amazing! With many restaurant and shopping options so close by, Revolution Mill has made it possible to go out to eat without leaving your home. A great wedding venue or just a place to hang out at on a Friday night, Revolution Mill has it all!

An unbelievably beautiful location to have a wedding! Beautiful reception areas indoors, great amenities, and a very cool bar in the Bearded Goat not too far down the way within the location area.Be wary: if you have an outdoor ceremony, there are train tracks very close by and they are very loud. Also, the sounds of nearby downtown Greensboro with cop car sirens buzzing by can easily be heard outside.

I had my first ever art show at Central Gallery and was amazed by the beauty of this space and the cooperative and flexible nature of the staff. This is a space that is truly making the most of its presence by catering to all sorts of audiences and public needs. Ive never met an unkind person in this space from coordinators to housekeeping—if I could give this space an its staff 10 stars, I would.

I dont know what this place looked like before it was renovated. But its turned into a beautiful space. I love walking around here.

Revolution Mill is one of the most enchanting renovated industrial campuses in the United States. Its historic preservation meets mixed use concept gives it a degree of uniqueness Ive only ever seen rivaled by the Brewery Artist Lofts (former PBR Brewery in Los Angeles). The former flannel mill is truly the gem of NE Greensboro, and is without a doubt the impetus for the redevelopment of other adjacent mills. I could not work in a better place, with a staff that always goes above and beyond to support and accomodate visitors, tenants, and artists, especially in 2020 of all years.

Amazing experience being a tenant at Revolution Mill. Professional, responsive management. Fun community campus. They even have a great local IT company onsite if you need assistance.

When we relocated to Greensboro, I told my husband the only place I wanted to live was Revolution Mill. We didnt look anywhere else.The office staff were wonderful. Revolution Mill was an excellent beginning in Greensboro. Our monthly socials were fun and entertaining. We had the best neighbors. I made some life long friends. Anytime we had a problem with the apartment, maintenance was prompt and efficient. We appreciate the office staff for making life their even more enjoyable. When they found out my dog passed, they were very kind and considerate giving me flowers. Cugino Forno Pizzeria and Kau are both delicious options for lunch or dinner. Revolution Mill is a unique living experience and we are so grateful we spent our 1st two years there.

Great architecture and executive clients. Nice historical buildings of greater Greensboro. Old denim and cotton mills. Who would have thought now luxury living and office areas!!

I have lived at Rev Mill for almost two years. I moved my business, Teresas Design Company to the Mill almost a year ago.I tell folks that it so nice that when something meets or exceeds your expectations. Rev Mill does exactly that!! Is it perfect? Of course not! But I appreciate the attention to detail that is definitely a part of the experience here.Im home!!

I love Revolution Mill. They have brought this side of town back to life. I love the facilities, the PIZZA restaurant, the apartments, all so well done. The Christmas market is very enjoyable.

I recently photographed a wedding at Revolution Mill and was completely impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Randy greeted my team as soon as we arrived and offered us a cold beverage and showed us to the vendor room where we could unload our gear. He asked us our meal preference, showed us around the venue, and made us feel at home! Several issues came up during the event but Randy and his team handled them quickly and efficiently--the bride never even knew! Highly recommend this wedding venue!

This place is AMAZING!! My sister got married here years ago and my dad worked here... they treat you like gold and love you like family here!!! It is gorgeous!!!!

I love the development going on at Revolution Mill. There are so many new and amazing stores, studios, and venues to check out. Im excited to see the later phases (apartments, restaurants, etc.) once they are all completed.

I love that we are now repurposing old factories into living spaces and mini communities. This place is a great example of how its done properly. I love that theres a great pizza place in the backside of the complex and the Buffalo creek runs thru the complex. Very picturesque area, a photographer would enjoying taking pictures here.

They are expensive.but they are very nice inside.the staff is friendly and they have one hell of a fitness room.I know because i helped put all the equipment in there.-go (US Fitness Products) plus theres alot of history behind that old building.go check it out 4 yourself...

Hey very nice up-and-coming office living, event, shopping space, a great repurpose of a old mill, apartments are huge and nice restaurants around it.

Wonderful historic property repurposed into a unique mixed use campus. Nothing else like it in Greensboro!

While being a beautiful place to live, the walls are so thin the noise is a major issue to living here. I can hear my upstairs phone ring, conversations and the soundtrack to movies the next door neighbor is watching. The lock system for the building doors are constantly not working. I have had water pour into my apartment twice. There is a pet fee for cats which is same fee for dogs that bark, again that can be heard easily. Over the holidays there was not trash pickup, leaving trash cans overflowing and smelling bad. The worse experience is when my smoke alarm starter going off - that bad battery alarms. I could not get someone to come fix it, they said it was not an emergency. I will just say it was very loud and made my apartment impossible to sleep in. I am moving out as soon as my lease is over.
