Stopped in with my husband and toddler after a chilly day at the lake! We had a really nice mocha, apple cider, and pour over coffee with a yummy danish. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Great coffee and probably best mocha I’ve ever had ☕️. Will definitely enjoy being back.

$8 for a coffee the size of a small kids drink at McDonalds is the biggest fault of this place. The staff isnt all that friendly really, but you cant be when you hidden behind a mask and can barely hear each other anyway. The coffee i had was decent, but could have been better.

This is hands down the best apple cider I’ve ever had! Monét (forgive me if I misheard your name) recommended it with oat milk on my second visit and I’ll never drink it another way again! Gorgeous coffee shop, and great coffee too ( I tried my husband’s latte). Also a beautiful mission! I can’t wait to visit you all again when I’m home!

A pleasant experience! I ordered an iced caramel latte, with almond milk and I can say quite confidently that this has been my favorite non-dairy drink thus far. My barista was super friendly, cordial and also had great recommendations on where to eat in the Greensboro area! Ill definitely be back!

Overtime this place has risen to the top of my list for the area! Nice area to do work and grab a nice cup of coffee. Make sure you get there early or around the 1-3pm time frame to get a nice seat!

I’ve been looking for a wonderful coffee place in the area and I have to say this is by far my favorite. I had a toaster treat: apple flavor 🍏 which was delicious. And the oatmilk cappuccino was a cappuccino: usually when places ask you what size cappuccino you want it’s not truly a real cappuccino. The staff was friendly and efficient, which I don’t mind waiting...even when time is busy for the barista. ☕️ I tried their own ginger latte, which was phenomenal: full of flavor.

Absolutely love Union. The vibe of the shop, the kindness of the people who work there, their mission, the coffee…the coffee though. I drive out of my way each day to come to this shop because being there makes me feel happy and the coffee is always, always on point. Truly an experience. ☕️❤️

Excellent coffee shop! All the third wave quality, with none of the third wave pretension. Simple essentials menu, plus seasonal specials—including a pumpkin spice latte, which tells me that these folks invite everyone in, rather than only representing the high brow part of third wave coffee. Don’t get me wrong, they do that latter part extremely well, too! I had some of the best cold brew of my life, a really good shot of espresso, and a warm, welcoming experience. They have cool merch and gear as well! And the setup seems well-suited for reading or studying, as well as chatting with the baristas. Sadly, we were just passing through, but I’m determined to go back!

Love this shop! Top notch people and fantastic espresso drinks to boot! (I’m sure the different coffee modalities are good too, I’ve just never tried anything but espresso.) great house made syrups for lattes and strong, smooth espresso. They use homeland creamery milk, which makes for a fantastic latte/cappuccino, etc. The space is bright + cheery, and is adorned with plants that can be purchased with Venmo from friendship plant co. (Another great business). Our go-to coffee fix in the triad. Highly recommend!

One of the best selection of coffee shops in the GSO, the place is very minimalist inspired and a nice quaint place for a cup of Joe and doing homework. The staff is always friendly and provides an amazing experience with each visit I go, and it being located in what I consider the best spot in downtown definitely recommend this place for any visitors/travelers to Greensboro.

Me and my coworkers like to come here a few times a week for coffee. I never knew a coffee with espresso was called a Redeye, but now I know, and I love it! Fair prices, good coffee, and friendly staff. Great place!

The staff here is so friendly! They greeted us when we came in. A lot of people seem to know each other around here, so that made it fun and welcoming. Normal prices for good coffee. Great place to sit and chat or get work done. There isnt TONS of seating, so I imagine weekends could get busy. It reminded me of the type of place youd find in Minneapolis (and trust me, MN LOVES their coffee shops). A good find!

Best coffee in GSO and amazing honey mint / lavender lattes. Thankfully this business *does not discriminate* against medical exemptions for the mask mandate and they honor the governors orders properly with kind hearts. They will always be my coffee spot!!

Great & friendly service! All the baristas seemed very skilled, but also friendly enough to converse and make people feel welcome! Tasty coffee by Black & White Roasters paired with a great atmosphere with plenty of seating. The location is easy to access and has plenty of nearby parking.

This place had the BEST latte I have ever had. Seriously so delicious. The demographic is very young, college aged but as a 30 something I didnt feel out of place. Very relaxing environment with a cool vibe and DELICIOUS coffee. Skip Starbucks and give this place a try! SO GOOD!

Awesome little local coffee shop within walking distance of downtown Greensboro. Came for morning coffee during a work trip and brought my coworkers back in the afternoon! Will definitely make this a regular stop when Im in town!

Love this Coffee shop! Always worth the extra drive from Battleground to skip the Starbucks and stop here instead. Drinks are always fresh and delicious! I love the Vanilla Oak Milk Latte and their temporary seasonal offerings are amazing! The shop is bright, minimal, and a joy to step foot in. You won’t be disappointed you skipped your regular Starbucks run to stop by!

Cool place. Great coffee, low-key groovy vibe. Bathrooms are unisex but (note for disabled patrons) are not accessible (narrow doors, no turnaround room).

Absolutely the best coffee in Greensboro! We were so happy to see this shop open. Not only do they serve great coffee they are extremely friendly. Our passion is traveling for Coffee, yes we are coffee nerds. All travels are based around the coffee experience. Greensboro has been lacking in the coffeehouse culture that serves great coffee. Not any more! Go visit Union Coffee they won’t disappoint I promise.

Friendly staff, great vibes and good coffee! Parking was very limited though, which made the location not very easily accessible so I took a star away for that reason. It’s on a one way street so if you miss it you have to loop all the way back around.

I come here almost every day, and my experience is consistently wonderful. Clean atmosphere, perfect to get work done or to hang out. The coffee is the best in Greensboro for sure. One of the best coffee shops in Greensboro! The friendly baristas were welcoming, and the wide selection of coffees (including multiple naturals 😍) was impressive. I had an iced pour over and an iced matcha, and both were high quality and delicious! A staple of downtown GSO for sure!

Minimal coffee shop at a great location downtown. I liked the simplicity of the interior - it wasnt distracting, which makes it a nice place to work. The menu is simple as well, which is easy to read and make a choice quickly. The barista, Fil, was friendly and pleasant to talk to.

Nice coffee shop that makes a delicious oat milk latte! The shop has a nice minimal, light-filled interior, friendly staff, cozy couch, large and small tables for laptop working.However I was disappointed that they only have takeaway cups, no to-stay mugs. I always have a reusable cup on me but most people do not.An estimated 50 billion coffee cups are thrown away each year in the US alone - itd be great if businesses could try to be a little more caring for our planet. Thats a lot of waste that could be avoided and it starts with each local business doing their part. While I enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere I do want to support more environmentally friendly businesses.

Best cortado Ive had in years! I stopped by on a whim and am sure glad that I did. Phil was the barista and he did an excellent job with my cortado. It wasnt bitter at all. It was full of flavor and just the right temperature to bring out the best qualities of the steamed milk too. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean. Plus, I got to enjoy a nice conversation with Phil about coffee. Definitely worth checking out if you like good coffee.
