None of the fun electronic scary displays worked (my kids look forward to those every year). Costumes are really expensive. Tried to return a costume before the final date and it was a nightmare to get them to take it (had the receipt and packaging, it just didn’t fit but they made it a challenge to get them to accept the return)

Don’t even bother. tried to return an unopened, unworn costume piece and was denied twice. called corporate office to see if there was something i was missing in their return policy which simply says “ Our SPIRIT Halloween stores are seasonal locations which are usually open from the end of August to the beginning of November. You have until October 20th, 2021 to make any returns or exchanges as long as the items are unworn, have the original accessories, are in new and resalable condition, and in the original packaging. You will also need to have yourreceipt. After October 22nd, 2021 all sales become final.” corporate told me the store should have accepted the return but when i went back, i was still denied. i have no use for these things and at this point, simply want my money back. super unhelpful staff and the first lady i dealt with was straight up rude and dismissive. overall incredibly awful experience. i’ve loved the store for years but after this, i’m not coming back.

Nothing worked. Very disappointing, I took my granddaughter expecting to see her reactions to the moving displays.😒

Absolutely LOVED This Place!

I went to return an item that I had tried on but it was still in perfect condition, a bodysuit. I went in the store and found another costume that I wanted to exchange it for and talked to a super super sweet employee who helped me a lot and provided excellent customer service. However, when I went to do the exchange they informed me that I couldn’t exchange it because the item I was returning was considered intimate. I completely understand their policy with returning intimates but when I purchased the item no one told me that policy. I wish I had known this when I purchased it, if I had I would not have bought it.

Huge store! Lots of new and better merchandise than last year. Only downfall was the covid regulations; there were markings on the floor for 6 feet apart, but no one was following that or enforcing it (they handled the other regulations amazingly- masks required, cashier used hand sanitizer after each customer, employees were wearing their masks correctly [i.e. covering their noses too]) I love spirit. And this store was great!

Great variety of Halloween stuff. Its a little on the pricey side though. Look on line for coupons

Always fun and a good selection of stuff. Hopefully we will get to take these kids out to trick or treat this year.

They have costumes for all ages. Large assortment. They have items for outside too.

Super clean very organized. The cashier there was very knowledgeable about her makeups and what I was trying to accomplish costume wise

Have a 4 yr old. Shopping for her, and has to pee. By this time shes holding herself. Made us walk all the way down to world of beer. Left and went to party city.

You guys were open before Dragon Con, thank you so much.

They have always been great. Closing soon so got some great deals on November 1st.
