Sofi & Kiera were my saving grace when I forgot to order the balloons for an office birthday party/baby sprinkle. I was there when they opened, was politely greeted and they immediately helped me with my order. They were very knowledgeable on the products offered and the layout of the store, so I was in and out in no time. I love this store and both of these lovely ladies deserve a raise!! Keep it up!

On my birthday August 14. Calvin went above and beyond to help me. It was raining and he walked me to my car with his personal umbrella. I couldn’t believe a person would go above and beyond for me. I’m upset that I lost my recipe to do a customer service survey so I decided to leave on one online. Thanks again. He definitely deserve a raise.

The worse Party City ive ever been into! Most everyone there is rude and has an attitude. Witnessed the manager lie to a customer over the phone and Witnessed them be very rude to an elderly lady who was asking for help. They had barely any costumes and things were a mess!

This is a very good place to buy party things sure glad we found it when we was in in kernersville and Winston-Salem last Thursday when we was there for a doctors appointment to buy things for my great-grandson second birthday everything was so nice and clean

Couldnt get in the door because so many people. And they actually had security letting one go in as one came out. So iij thought that was awesome of them trying to keep everyone safe. But because of that I wasnt going to stand in that line.

This Lawndale area need better staff. Terrible service where they guess prices and overcharge. The staff was confused about inflating cost. The balloons didnt withstand the night of. Nothing like normal helium balloons from a dollar store which lasted a week and a half.The Wendover Avenue is way better!

Scheduled inflated balloons for pickup at 4pm. Arrived at 4:15pm and they were in a bag. Employee said she didn’t know why they weren’t blown up. No apology for the inconvenience. Looked confused. I had to ask when they would be done and they said 10 min. Called to speak to a Mgr or supervisor and they said they were working on it. Again no apology but that they would call when they were done. Sounds like this happens regularly. 4:30pm and still not done ... waiting but never coming back!

Now I went here as its getting to the point when we go into these stores for Halloween stuff it is pretty much the same stuff it can be a little too pricey however some of the Selections in my opinion or very limited. So in my opinion this store is okay but I tend to look for things in the Halloween situation outside of what these stores normally carry like masks I dont normally worry about those I look for something a little bit different these stores dont normally do that but this door is okay its not bad.

Good place to buy for any occasion.I shop there every year for my Family Reunion. All colors of anything.Love there gumballs. They have everything!!. If youre looking to celebrate for any occasion this is theplace.Only problem I ever had was I ordered one of their helium tank online to blow up my own ballons for my Family Reunion. I spent about 50 to 60.00 on the tank. We blew the balloons up the day b4 the event. Went to the park that morning all balloons were to the floor.Waste of money.😕 Helium tank empty. Not sure how much air is in those helium tanks but youre better off blowing them up the day of your event. I called back to complain they said the air only holds up for 8hrs in the balloons. Now you tell me😡

I dont hate this place, but I was disappointed. The associate behind the balloon desk upsold me on an additive to keep the helium balloons elevated for 24 hours versus the 8 with the normal helium. Fast forward 12 hours and the balloons are on the floor. Cant wont trust this place again for balloons for an important birthday.

The only thing that I like about this location is the Dollar Tree next door.The store is clean and mostly well organized. In my experiences, picking up online orders here is not worth the hassle and frustration.My mediocre rating is due to the employees being mostly rude. I have yet to encounter an employee here, that was not irritable or apathetic to some degree.

Would have gotten 5 stars but due to majority employees lack of customer service,, I will only give 2 stars. There was one guy named Chris who helped my wife and I diligently and made sure we were satisfied. He was very friendly and his customer service was outstanding. Thanks Chris!

We found everything we needed for a baby shower here. Unfortunately, we didnt realize this and shopped 2 other stores first. We could have saved a lot of time and money if we had started here. This store has lots of different party themes. The next time I shop for an event Im hosting, this will be my first stop.

What a terrible experience! Had to grab balloons for a grad, only one person was working with one eye on his phone. After he rang up the balloons, he asked me to wait, then kept ringing other customers while I waited. When I questioned him why he would not finish my transaction before he attended to other customers, he responded by asking a qs: would you like to talk to the manager? When I said yes, he called the manager, who apparently was in the back! By this time he came back to me and asked if I wanted him to blow up the balloons! Really!! The Manager came after another 7-8 minutes and asked home why he didn’t call her and he assumed she would be busy.. just wow!Never going back.. such people are responsible for being a bad bad reputation for a company.

Montron is hands down the best thing that has ever happened to that store. He is the best store manager that has every been there. The only reason I still shop there is because it him. He always takes care of me. His store is always clean. And I always am able to find what I need. If you need anything find Montron!!

It had everything o was looking for, for my childs 1st birthday

Customer service is terrible. I called the day before coming there and asked if they did decorations-I told them I saw something on Pinterest that wasnt terribly decorative. They said they did decorations like that. I drove there and two associates told me they dont do things like that. The lady before me paid for a gender reveal balloons and they accepted that order. I then asked for a plain Mylar balloon. Before purchasing I asked how long they last. I was told up to three weeks- this was perfect since I just needed one Mylar balloon to last a few hours. I drove home under perfect weather conditions and the balloon was deflated by the time I got home. I called to speak with the store manager to address the decoration issue as well as the defective balloon. She said they didnt do decorations and didnt even do gender reveals. But that same day they took money from someone and told them they did. Party City isnt what it used to be and a waste of money. In most cases you can go to dollar general/dollar tree and save time and money. Id rather spend a couple of dollars and hope for the best than pay $30+ to just end up disappointed.

Planning a baby shower had everything I needed

Im a very understanding person when it comes to workers but this was horrendous. I came to Party City for my English Final, which happened to be a video that required props. I googled where to find fake swords and a medieval sword for $5.99 from party city popped up (we are doing the fight scene from Hamlet). I entered the store, looked for it myself but failed to find anything like it, they only had Roman and Pirate swords. I went to the man at the balloon station who at the time was helping another. I attempted to grab his attention but he was so busy singing along to the song so loudly I could hear it from the middle of the store to even notice my attempts. It took him ages to notice me and ask if I needed assistance in the most atrocious attitude I think he could have mustered. Without asking what I needed assistance with he called for a woman to talk to me but sent me to the other side of the store to meet her. She took the biggest attitude with me and I felt horrible for even asking for assistance, they made me feel so miserable. She told me that they didnt have the sword I was looking for(that I understand) but then told me that they only have most of the things on their website during Halloween. She refused to help me find an alternative to my needs and just rushed off without helping me! This is for my Final Exam and my teacher is insanely picky with everything, especially props used in films. I would like to personally thank Party City for being the reason my group and I shall be recieving a bad grade. BTW I spent $40+ to be treated badly.

They should carry Acc team gear, thats what I was shopping for. They do not carry any acc stuff. But the store is very organized, and the employees are very nice.

I usually find what I need here. Wait times can be a little long, especially around graduation time and other occasions. They are not quick to open another register or direct them to the balloon department for checkout.
