My partner and I are visiting the Greensboro area for a date. We came here to pick up a few items. They are allowing people to use the fitting room but there is no representative in this area. We visited the customer service area and they said that they did not have keys to the fitting rooms. We strolled around a little looking for another employee in hopes to get some help. We found a gentleman and he was very polite. He announced on the intercom that some customers needed attention at the fitting room area. We have been standing here for fifteen minutes.

We stopped at this Walmart to recharge our EV. The charging stations work well, but they are always placed a good distance from the store or eateries. When we get McCharger at every McDonalds and Burger King comes up with King Charge, just watch the EV Market take off. We spoke with one lady who owns two EVs. One is an Audi and the other a Volkswagen. She said they will never go back to fossil fuel.

One of the better Walmarts in Greensboro with one of the widest selections. The tire center was nice while it lasted, but ever since COVID they have totally lost all predictability. Its busy at this Walmart, so as is usual, lines are usually long for checkout, even for self checkout at times.

Cleanest Walmart Ive ever been in.They had the cooler Ive been wanting.

They said they had the tires I needed on sale, but when the customer service rep went to get the tires (as nice as he was) he discovered that they didnt have them in stock at all. It ended up being a waste of time 🤦🏾‍♀️

Way better than the one at Pyramid Village. Worth the drive. Great staff. Super fast.

Not too bad. I go about twice a year, I know ahead of time what Im buying, and get out asap. Im more comfortable shopping in much smaller stores. Walmart does have exactly what Im looking for, always in the same place in store, and the cashier lines were short, quick, and pleasant.

Unlike other locations this one was friendly and courteous when asking a question. The associates had smiles on their faces and seemed to enjoy working there. The store was clean. The checkout was fast! An initial greeting from the person standing at the front would have made this the perfect shopping experience. I only want to go to this Walmart now!

This location is terrible when it comes to ordering online and pick up. First off the app does not work and I’m not sure why. I can’t even hit check in to make sure my items are ready ahead of time! Then when I get there I call number and explain twice that I have 2 orders under the same name. Of course when the person brings my items to my car they only bring 1 order which is ridiculous because I explained previously. Then you email me saying all the orders are ready for pick up now the person tells me that they can’t find my 2nd order which makes me mad. The associate had to go inside the store onto the shelf to get item which took so long. When I initially pulled up and called it was 11:04am and by the time I got all my items it was 11:29am. What was the point of ordering online?? I could have went in the store and got all the items quicker than this. It’s ridiculous and I will never do pick up at this location again. You all need to learn some stuff from TARGET! They have this down to a science!

Not good with their online delivery orders. 2 out of 4 times my order was not delivered and had to be cancelled and I wasnt notified until 15-20 prior to the cut-off time for the expected delivery. What is the point of scheduling a delivery if there is a 50/50 chance of getting it then scheduling this time slot into my day for nothing. The store is good, clean, friendly, bit this online thing is a joke, get it together with the online deliveries, I was enjoying my membership but I cancelled it because of this.

Today reminded of why I dont go to walmart. I would have given 0 stars but two employees did acknowledge me. On the other hand, the cashier had nice long conversation with the two ladies in front of me. Im guessing she was all talked out because I got nothing...not a hello not a thank you. I wonder why....NOT. I know why.

Horrible, went to buy a $500 TV and was told by the many employees that were in electronics that they dont work in electronics. Asked could they page someone and a white guy on his phone said we dont get paid enough for that. To page someone.... so we left and went to best buy instead.

Walmart is where I spend a lot of monies at!! Absolutely convenient! I make a budget before go! To easy to overspend!! I like self checkout better. If I see a certain cashier(s), I will make my way to their line. The ones with a smile!! I love the remodel too!

I wasnt particularly fond of the greeting at this walmart. I was bombarded with questions before I could even enter the building. I was able to get in and out in a timely manor.

We were able to find great prices and ample school supplies for our church school supply giveaway.

Stopped here for the Electrify America EV charging bank. In my experience, this is the most reliable EV charging company in the US right now and its really nice to find them somewhere that we can walk around, get snacks and drinks, and use a rest room. It feels like a regular pit stop on a roadtrip and I like that a lot.

Customer Service Supervisor Felicia gives people a hard time about returning items! She told customers the policy just changed and her own employee Quentin had no idea. Then degraded him by saying he doesn’t know a lot about his job. She is rude and a liar!

Decent selections are finally being seen at this location. Remodel and reorganization of store helps with overall feel, but the store is often messy, crowded, and never enough cashiers or registers open.

Items hard-to-find, very limited staff on the floor. Self check out registers were closed. Found exit doors locked. No exit allowed so I had to find the switch and turn the doors back on myself. What a safety hazard!

As time goes on things are changing at Walmart. Thats life..... I still love shopping at this big box store.

THE LINES ARE RIDICULOUSLY LONG, I ALSO SAW AN EMPLOYEE IN THEIR SHOE DEPARTMENT WITHOUT A MASK.IT WOULD ALSO BE REALLY HELPFUL AS WELL AS SAFE TO HIRE A FEW EXPERIENCED DRIVERS TO DIRECT TRAFFIC IN THE PARKING LOT.

All registers are self-service. I just purchased almost $400 worth of groceries, which I had to ring up and bag myself. I am disabled which made it more difficult. With the price we pay for groceries, these services should be included. I dont get paid from them or get a discount, so I dont understand why they think I want to be a cashier for free. Also, the shelves were pretty bare, which may be due to covid, but with all the stock people and pallets of stuff on every aisle, you would think the shelves would be plentiful.

Can be very busy but what do u expect from walmart. Go early and checkout in Electronics when u can with fewer items. Lines have been extremely long lately. Remember Walmart is short staff too and hired several new cashiers.

A woman that delivered three fourty packs of great value purified waters left me this picture on Walmart website saying she left my waters at my apartment but all three fourty packs of great value purified waters wasnt put at my door . My point to all of this is why pay Walmart for delivery if the driver wont put the items I ordered from there Walmart website at west elmsly in Greensboro n.c. at my front door like I was told they would do because the order said that they would leave it at the front door I had to go downstairs and carry all of them upstairs myself . I should be doing there job for them . And thats pitiful ! I will never let this happen again if they cant get it up to the top floor they need to rest and then get the stuff upstairs like the Walmart website said they were planning to do . Im just being honest but I spent a total of $27.62 cents but I left a $1.00 tip and I will not give a bigger tip unless the job is done 100% .

Let me tell you something, this employees are in another level great service cashier and the lady stocking the products were awesome,this kind of personality make the store more valuable than the store alone. The guy taking care of the temperature He probably was tired because he look upset, I hope they can give him a break I came early and come back at night and he was in the same position 100% positive doing his job .

Love this Wal-mart. They normally have items that other walmarts do not have. They can tend to be busy but during busy times they open up lines to get people checked out.

Just horrible it’s 2021 and they don’t even have Apple Pay or scan pay this Is just sad about every company has this besides Walmart. If they can’t even stay up to date with this imagine all the food and products they have that aren’t up to date with its expiration date. Just shameful!!!

For those who work as at the jobs that we desperately need our teachers and our bakers and all those people that make us feel good bargains for you is a place to go with all sorts of different items that you that yall would not would like and that the people are very nice friendly and want to help you if you cant find it they probably know where it is or can direct you to where it is in the store

Pickup time was 12-1pm. Was informed delayed, but took over an hour to get groceries in the car after they were ready for pickup. Didnt get groceries until after 4pm. They put in groceries for many cars that arrived after me and ignored me. (Same thing happened last time). Had to stop one of the employees and ask why they were ignoring me. She got mad and just threw the groceries in the back of car and mashed my tomatoes. Wont be back at this location.

Had enough of this place. No cash purchases at self checkout and 3 registers open..one being 20 items or less...so lines backed up in to the aisles and taking close to an hour to get out the door once you get in line. Ordered pick up and was notified at pick up time that my order was late...called the store after an hour of waiting to get no answer REPEATEDLY ..got a notification at 2:30 AM that my order was ready for pickup...refunded only 40 of the 70 l spent...still have not heard back from the store OR corporate. What a joke.

It has most everything you need. Go early in the morning to get in and out really fast and beat the crowds.

Clean, well stocked and staffed. All of the workers that I encountered, including the maintenance staff, knew where products were and gave good directions to the products I was looking for.

This is the WORST WALMART IN THE STATE!Customer Service is HORRIBLE. The store is DIRTY and the workers are RUDE.Needless to say, this is my last time dealing with this location and they now have the distinction of being the first Walmart I will ever had to report to the corporate office regarding lack of service.I would suggest that you NEVER do online pickup or you will expect to be sitting and looking at this sign for at least an hour AFTER you are told to pickup your order.If it was possible this would be a ZERO STAR rating.

I always stop there as a last resort. They only have 2 may 3 regular regular rigister open at a time. Not everyone need to go to the speedy check out with a buggy full of food. So what is the reason to have self checkout. I would say items less then 20.

Delivery services are amazing. I used the Express Service to order food for an impromptu barbeque. Food arrived in 30 minutes. Thanks Walmart! My guests are now customers.

At this point I honestly should have just went in and shopped for myself. I had an appointment for pickup from 2pm-3pm. It is now going on 6 and have been sitting outside for 30 mins without any one coming. 3 pick up workers are just standing around chatting. This is a complete waste of time and my day. Never had this issue before. But if u put something on delay you should include a time rather than wasting someone’s day sitting around waiting. Completely ridiculous…. And just received news that I have several cars ahead of me and it will be about an hour wait.

I asked an associate in the deli about helping me with an item I was interested in. I was told that they were closed and could not help me so I walked down the aisle a little bit further where another associate was continuing to serve chicken wings and other products from the hot bar. So I asked him if he could help me with a product I was interested in and he did not seem to want to help me and just walked off. So I made my way to the checkout nursing the same associates continuing to help other shoppers with their needs.

It a very warm and friendly atmosphere the people there th employees and employers are awesome

Was going to do a self check out! But only one unit was set up for cash sale? It locked up before I could get this! The assistant there said it wS because Walmart was out of money?????? Yea right! Each machine should have been set up to accept both cash and cards! How long has Walmart been in business and cant keep proper change on hand!!!!!

If your new to the Greensboro area and are looking for a decent grocery store try any other Walmart in the city. This Walmart is in a central location in wedover which is close for a lot of people and this Walmart can have more products than other locations but you have to come on the day the truck arrives, in the middle of a weekday. Unless you are okay with long lines, large crowds (some people do not follow CDC regulations like masks), and poor quality in the produce area. This place is good if you only have a couple items you need and you can easily find them in the Walmart app. During slow times, staff can be helpful but its is hard to find someone during busy hours which happens to be most of the stores hours.

It would be amazing if the management would do something about the trading cards..... We see the guy coming only to see opened boxes and more empty selfs when he is done. We look over and a guy is checking out with a cart full of Pokemon and sports cards..... Cant my kids get some cards too???? Why cant the employees stock the shelves instead of letting one guy get everything... Its not right!

The new layout ay this location is great! According to one of the employees theyve reconfigured the aisles to mimic the Walmart app making items easier for the customer to find. It will of take some getting used to but I think its great and allows for better planning before coming in. The only problem I have with this Walmart (and all the others for that matter) is not even employees on the registers. Its like, come on people the place is huge, you have more than enough employees so please put them on a register.

One of the worst experiences ever with customer service child. I cant believe they allow someone so unprofessional to work in this department. This person acted just like a Karen. Acted as if I had a attitude and was upset. She kept acting like a victim and thinking she knows everything about Walmart but not their policies. Cashier and I went to customer service bc we thought it was a mistake made. Cashier told the person she charged to many items. Cashier left and now I must deal with a know it all. She started talking crazy and refused to handle the transaction. I couldnt get upset with someones child that told me she doesnt need to scan anything to check for pricing bc she can look at a item and know everything she needs to know about the item. But everyone knows the price on some items isnt always the correct price. So, I went back the the cashier and so happened a team leader was there counting her register. She turned out to be a great help. We fixed the situation and she said she would speak with the customer service cashier. I could have went to upper management to handle this situation but Im not out to mess anyones job up. But I do think they need to train their customer service department cashiers a little better. Bc customer service is a very important part of any business. But its clear the child could care less about customer service.

They did have a lot more swimsuits than most of the other Walmart’s, but when I went to go try it on the fitting room lady was very quiet, and didn’t greet me at all. I felt like I was a burden to her, and she did not seem very costumer friendly. We also had a large cart of groceries, and there were only 2 checkers open besides self check. When you have a cart fill it is very hard to do self check.

Went in at 7:30pm for deli sandwich meat and the deli was already closed. They are out of stock on several popular items. Store is messy. Most of the associates were rude and quite unfriendly. Tried to go thru the self check out after waiting on line for almost 20 mins only to be told it doesnt accept any cash. Only one regular check out open with another 20 minute line to wait in. Wont be trying to go back to this store for anything.

Perhaps the most incompetent Walmart group I’ve ever seen in a long time. I seldom leave reviews, however the service I received from this Walmart has been remarkably the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Terrible service. I purchased an item online for pickup at the store and what should have been a quick and easy process, turned out to be horrible. I don’t even live the the same area as this Walmart but opted to pickup here as they were the only store to have the item I wanted in stock. I will avoid this store in the near future.

This Walmart store does have more room in All departments & in aisles than others Ive shopped in around Greensboro & thats a Big Plus for my comfort when shopping anywhere. I hate cramped aisles & especially looking for clothes when theres No room to move or look thru whatever is on sale. I also hate when stores put up so many end cap & pop up containers which only takes away more needed space to actually shop & removes the ability for more than 1 customer to shop in an entire aisle or section of the store.. 🙄

The store has everything that I needed. It was clean and neat.

Needed to exchange a broken item that I lost the receipt for. I know that’s an inconvenience but I told the rep and manager assisting me that I had a bank statement to prove that I bought the item at this location for the exact price. Instead of looking at the statement, they just stayed silent and disgruntled, making the situation uncomfortable and were eyeing me down as they processed it, as if me asking for the exchange was some sort of con attempt. Didn’t hand me a second receipt for the replacement. Very off-putting service.

Store was clean and stocked. The staff was friendly. A pleasant surprise that is appreciated. We came here after 3 other stores looking to stock up on supplies for the storm. They had everything we needed including the power inverter that we could not find at Lowes or Home Depot.

Spent 30 minutes waiting in the curbside pickup, after I checked in and selected my parking spot number. It wasn’t until I called (no one would answer the pickup phone number so I had to call the general number and ask for a manager), and then waiting several more minutes for a manager to pick up. Never got to speak to a manager, but someone finally did come out with my order. My first experience with Walmart pickup was the same. Definitely just going to stick with Target. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes with them, usually they’re out within 1 or 2.

Every time I go its not “The People of Walmart” experience. It is always clean, stocked and the employees are nice. This is my favorite Walmart in the area.

Everything was great was in and out very quickly and the meats that the person selected for me were perfect.

I was able to find what I needed and checkout was quicker than most Walmarts. Probably because there were more actual cashiers!

We saw some great wedding bands for my fiancé that I wanted to buy. I waited at the jewelry counter for 10 minutes and no one ever came over. I stopped and asked two employees (on separate occasions) to please see if someone could service us. After waiting about another 10 minutes we left. Why wouldn’t you guys have anyone at one of the most expensive sections in the store?
