Got the glow one just like it comes and it tasted like cucumber flavored water. Maybe I should have asked for no ice? Definitely not worth $10. Not sure Ill feel wealthy enough to return for another try.

Love clean juice and visit at least once a week. Today I ordered the almond butter toast and while it was delicious it had the thinnest slices of bananas I have seen in my life but hey maybe that is the norm. I think If you are asking customers to pay $6/7 for a slice of toast with almond butter at least make sure its hearty. They still get four stars because their juices are always awesome.

Visited this place for the first time with a friend. The service was pleasant. The girl that rang up our order was probably tired. We asked about making a meal and she didnt quite seem to understand.The food we received was delicious and satisfying. Initially the portion size seemed small, but the food was so tasty that it was enough.Im going to go back to have a smoothie and the juices too.Go for yourself and experience the place, service and food. A few weeks ago my daughters suggested we try Clean Juice. I had a smoothie and they had açaí bowls. Everyone loved what they got. Since then we have gone to Clean Juice on a regular basis including trying the combos for lunch. Everything that we’ve had there has been great and now my wife goes too. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and gets your order out quickly. Just a great place.

I give this place a two stars just because its nice inside. I was explaining to whoever was working about an item, I thought I had in the past there. Someone said to me in a demeaning manner Thats something you must have got at Smoothie King. I still purchased an $8 beverage. It was subpar at best. Or maybe I just felt like I was shamed for having gone to Smoothie King before?.. I definitely will not be returning there.

Unfortunately just cannot with this location...Yes friendly staff is always welcoming, but today was my last day ordering at this location. Waited over 20 minutes due to technology issues with there POS. The customer in front of me was apologizing and after 20 minutes of standing there waiting finally someone told me they would be right with me. I ended up having to leave before being able to actually place my order. I was told to call back up to the store to order on my way back, well the phone wasnt working called multiple times not able to get anyone. Came back anyway ordered and left just to get all the way to work and see that food was missing tomatoes and eggs which I paid extra for; again tried to call the store and no luck. Gonna miss being able to get a great breakfast before work but the price of food is just too high to keep getting disappointed.

Juice always tastes fresh. Would like to see more discounts offered due to the price point though.

This place is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Not only do they not know how to get your order right but they tend to be very rude and dismissive to their customers. The first time I came two younger ladies were working upon arriving they weren’t very nice and just seemed absolutely miserable to be there. They then wanted to get an attitude when I came back to ask if they had given added the extra granola I asked for, I even offered to pay for it again and they were just very snarky with their way of responding. But I decided to come back a second time because I figured they might’ve just had a rough morning. The second time a young man and a few young lady’s were working. I was watching the guy make my orders to see if they would add the extras I asked (and paid for) and I watched the guyNOT put the extras in and when I asked him if he did he proceeded to get an attitude and rudely tell me he did when I know exactly what I saw. If I could give this location zero stars I would but i can’t. I understand everyone can have rough days but that was the second bad experience and it is not okay for the employees to be so rude and dismissive.

I did receive a response from the franchise owner which she was sincerely apologetic and offered a credit for my inconvenience which she was very polite and nice not putting the blame on me which I do appreciate .Thank you Beth!Horrible customer service.I ordered curbside and contacted the location when I arrived I sat outside for almost an hour finally went inside and everyone was in the back when the girl came out my order was in the cooler and ready .they had me sitting outside for a curbside pick up for an hour in which I had to come inside and remind them about my order .the lady stated she was the manager Kathryn and that I should’ve called back ?when I told her I was going to leave a complaint she shrugged her shoulders horrible customer service !I did receive a call from the owner for the location who then stated it was my fault and said that I should’ve no talked to him instead of leaving a review .Also the lady Kathryn was not a manger she was a shift lead which is two different positions, She lied

So I enjoy their smoothies fine enough, but they shorted me like 2 inches of my smoothie so yeah. Sadness. Plus it’s like 12 dollars a smoothie so that’s an easy 4 dollars with the tapered cup. Just disappointed.

Expensive, but tasty. The staff was kind and the smoothie bowl was delicious. I would definitely go back for a smoothie bowl. The reduced star is for the price, though. I have been able to get twice as much organic freshly juiced cold press juice at a fraction of the price at other establishments/cafes. (Correction) I looked to see if these other establishments used centrifugal or cold-press juicers. They use cold press juicers.

Ive been to this store about 5 times and 4 out of the 5 times, they messed up my order leaving me to have to wait an additional 15 to 20 mins. The employees do NOT pay enough attention to the orders. I usually get the Yummus bowl with NO feta cheese (Im a vegan so I dont eat cheese) along with a smoothie and almost everytime, they put Feta cheese on it and one time, they left off the hummus.Today I tried a different method. I ordered a garden wrap online with 3 additional add-ons with a smoothie at about 12:35 and had it set to be picked up at 1:00pm. I get there at about 12:55 and I was told that they were still working on it...cool. So I see everyone else getting their orders so I ask about my order that was placed online 30 mins ago and then the lady hands me my smoothie out the fridge and hands me this very small wrap. I automatically knew something wasnt right with the wrap so I open it up for it to only have some avocado hummus, one slice of tomato and the quinoa and spinach. Mind you, the original wraps comes with the spicy avocado hummus, carrots, cucumber, quinoa with the dressing. I added on some avocado, tomatoes and spinach which were $1 extra. So the lady ended up remaking it which cost me to have to wait EVEN LONGER.The prices are super expensive and to always have to deal with the mess ups...DEFINITELY not worth it. Youre better off making your own salads and wraps at home. Ive given this place waaaayyy too many chances to make it right and honestly, I dont think they will EVER get it right. The only thing they seem to get right are the beverages but as for any food items like wraps, bowls, toasts and salads, expect them to mess it up smh.

After living in Nashville for 3 years around some of the top juice bars, this place truly is up to par with them - if not better. Some people comment on waiting long, but if you stand and watch the workers they dont stop. Theyre very efficient and cannot control how fast the blenders do the work. Not only are they efficient but theyve also mastered presentation on top of it. I use these bowls as a meal replacement considering the portions are just perfect. In Nashville, they would cheat the customer and fill the middle with granola, here it is all the good stuff and not fillers. Pictured is the Pitaya bowl with added on Almond Butter. Costing around $11, because of my add on and choosing the Pitaya (Other bowls are less expensive)

This was my 1st experience with Clean Juice. The bowl I purchased was absolutely awesome. The ingredients fresh and tasty. The hydrating watermelon drink was completely refreshing. Could not be more pleased. Ordering online was easy and they provided curbside pickup. Great experience and highly recommended.

You will become obsessed! I enjoyed the black, which was a charcoal, lemon, maple syrup blend when I was feeling a sluggish! 30 mins later, my body responded well to the hydration. You arent going to taste the small amount of activated charcoal, just the refreshing of lemons! Shop is super clean, staff is friendly and efficient!

Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. I think they are overpriced though and I dont get the ice issue. Most juices I have ever had, actually I have never had a juice automatically receive ice. If you mention not having ice in your juice they explain some strange issue about not having ice in the drink changes the ounce amount. Usually I get a 24-oz which is 13.5. From the many juice bars Ive been to over the years the prices range from a 12 to 24 oz goes from $7 to at best 10. If these juices werent 13.50 a piece I would be there more often.

It is so easy and fast to get my order with the app! Placed the order at home and by the time I arrived it was ready to go.

So I tried giving this place another chance as they messed up my order before. It’s like they knew it was me, since I’ve already complained. My toast was burnt and over salted. I’m done. I’ll stick with their competition, located in High Point.

Be aware, the wheatgrass shots are not fresh. Last one I got tasted like water with a hint of wheatgrass. I looked at the ingredients and it was made from wheatgrass powder! Super disappointing.. I do like however how all their juices and smoothies are made from actual fruits and veggies. That’s what keep me coming back. Smoothies are never consistent though, sometimes they’re thick and nice and sometimes they’re watery, not good. I also can’t justify the juice prices. A bottle of lemonade with cayenne pepper shouldn’t be for 10 bucks.

Walked in to pick up my online order I greeted an employee named MC asked if my Oder was ready she looked at me and kept in doing what she was doing another employee step in apologized and asked for my name,waited about 20 minutes for my order to be finalized as I was ready to leave I noticed I didn’t get any straws and non where put out for customer to grab so again only employee at the end was MC so I asked if I can please have 3 straws and she ignored me I waited about 3 more minutes until another employee gave refill the straws for customers

I have loved this place in the past year, but the last two times I’ve been they have been so slow that it made me want to write a review. Plus I ordered avocado toast, and they didn’t even make it with the red pepper flakes it’s supposed to have. I had to go back in and ask for them, because it does make a taste difference to me. The food and smoothies are good, but at the price they cost, service needs to step their game up.

Went here for the first time as I drove by. I got orange cleanjuice which later realized had nuts in them that’s why I had allergic reaction and I got a small smoothie. Everything for some reason is so overpriced I mean $7 for small drink? Anyways I will stick with Tropical Cafe from now on

Went to Clean Juice for the first time ever and was blown away by the service as well as the quality. The cashier, Nick really blew me away with his kindness and patience. He made me aware of the types of juices as well as recommended my new go-to smoothie. Now that I know how great Clean Juice is; I will never step foot into a Tropical Smoothie, Smoothie King, or Jamba Juice ever again. You get what you pay for and don’t expect anything less than high-quality behind these doors.

I found the service rather indifferent and almost abrasive. In addition to the organic juices which are the real draw to this place Im a little reluctant to recommend it fully because of the way that the juice was served, Over ice. It wasnt until she had filled my glass completely with ice and then poured the juice over the top of it as an old trick to displace the amount of juice thats being sold and instead you get a cup of ice. 8 oz at $10 is on the high end for me.

Had a bowl delivered to me at work. Delivery was prompt and kept me updated via text. Bowl was awesome. I could eat it everyday.

The flavors are amazingly good. Combinations make unique but delicious offerings. It is new shop though and consistency of taste and quality need to be worked out. I have gotten smoothies with a great consistency and then some very watered down ones. Ive also gotten the same smoothies and some will have some ingredients with stronger taste and then weaker taste when you get it again. Service is slow so if your in a hurry Id prolly wait till you have time. If I could suggest one thing it would be to do orders in the order taken I have waited 10 to 15 minutes for smoothies as Ive watched people after me receive their order. Thats pretty frustrating. All in all I like the concept of organic and fresh but look forward to more consistency and when they work out all the kinks. Every one is super nice and friendly too. If the service doesnt get better though Ill have to lower my stars.

Good juice no doubt. Prices are about average for organic juice and bowls so be prepared to spend over $10 no matter what you choose. Im pleased with the service and the product and sure you will be too.

First time visiting and was greeted with a smile from a Juicerista named Bansri. She provided amazing service and did an excellent job making my juice and avocado toast was good as well. Prices were a bit high but worth since Bansri provides great service and I would def visit and recommend this because of her!

Really cute place, seemingly good ingredients available. However TASTE was not there. It was as if I got blended ice water with 2 pieces of fruit for a hint of flavor and color. We ordered 4 different ones. All of us agreed. Also one of the smoothies ordered contained almond milk and one of us has a nut allergy and requested a substitute for any type of juice or coconut water. THEY SAY SURE BUT CHARGE $4.50 extra for it but don’t tell you until they ask for payment, which is pretty much buying a whole other drink!!! Our smoothies were $14 a piece and I questioned about it and she told me that was the cost to substitute. I just think it’s ridiculous. I can understand charging more for maybe a juice (still not $4.50) but most of their other smoothies contain either almond milk or coconut water so I don’t see why they won’t let you choose one or the other for their smoothies without an upcharge. $14 also would’ve been easier spent if it tasted amazing. It did not. I miss the fresh market selling juice and smoothies. Theirs were packed full of flavor/greens with any juice option. My husband is airforce so we’ve traveled and I’ve tried countless juice and smoothie shops from U.S to Europe and this place was on my bottom list of best places especially for what you’re paying. Sadly disappointed. I really wanted to like it.

While the food source may be honest and pure the service was not; from the indifferent young man who took my order to the woman who crammed my small glass with ice to displace the expensive spittle. I was not impressed. The ambiance is clean. The juice, although mixed taste, healthy, didnt impress me with its rejuvenation qualities. A small eight ounce glass at ten dollars reminded me what those ten dollars could buy elsewhere. Had the staff been the least courteous, I might have given them an additional star. But swallowing that drivel made me run to Cold Stone for a chocolate shake chaser. Recommended for those who dont care about taste.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I paid 15 dollars for two smoothies after the cashier swiped my card she then asked if I was a member I said no and stated if I downloaded the app I could save 5 dollars... why wouldn’t you tell someone that before swiping the card?! Not to mention the smoothies tasted like garbage... I could make better ones at home. Do yourself a favor and save your money!

I asked for a 12 oz juice which is $8.50 but requested it without ice. I was told that there was an upcharge for it. Never heard such a thing (been drinking organic juices for nearly 4 decades)What a ripoff. Definitely not a place for me...
