Brad was excellent at helping me find the PERFECT mattress. Extremely helpful and the prices were in my range of affordability. The delivery man was on time, fast at set up and helped get it positioned. He was also very friendly. They are open and can arrange an appointment. I liked that very much. I would recommend anyone give Mattress Center a try before buying from someone else. I need another bed mattress soon and will be returning.

This place offers great products without the aggravating salesman. Also try out some of the memory foam mattresses as I found them very nice and even affordable. Ask for Brad. He sold me mine.

Came in about 4pm to look at some mattress. I just got an apartment, so needed something asap. Brad gave me a great deal. King bed and didnt even charge me a delivery fee. He came over to my apartment within 30min after I got the keys of the place to bring the mattress in. He was great no issues. Definitely recommend.

Brad, the owner, readily and patiently answered my questions, was most helpful with suggestions and never made me feel pressured during the decision-making process. Also, I must mention the delivery. It was prompt and when promised. Brad and Pete were very considerate, friendly and professional. I appreciated the fact that they did not rush through the set-up. They worked diligently and swiftly, took time to demonstrate the adjustable bed and conscientiously made sure everything was in order before they left.

These guys are awesome! They not only helped me choose the right bed frame based on function, but helped me stay in my desired price range. They delivered the bed quickly and installed it beautifully for a very reasonable charge. During the install they were very careful with our house, did all the labor necessary to fit the new adjustable Bed frame inside our existing bed frame, and even removed the old box spring from our house for us. I moved here in January from Florida and stayed the night at a friends house the night before I moved into my house in Greensboro. I had been sleeping on a $3,000 mattress that was given to me that ended up being too firm and my back/shoulders were killing me. I woke up that morning and asked him where he got the mattress because I slept so good and was so comfortable. He gave me the store and told me they were a local private owner and had great experience with them. I finally gave in last month and decided to get a new mattress. When I stopped in the store Brad who is the owner was so nice and it did not take me long to decide which mattress I picked out. They did not have the one he suggested on the floor (Sealy) that was similar to the one I wanted and better quality for almost the same price. I told him I trust him and bought it immediately. He came and delivered it himself and where I come from that never happens. I have to say that it was such a great experience and cares about customers being happy! Thank you Brad I love my mattress and have not had any back issues since I have slept on it. have not had to put a topper on to make it more comfortable. I will refer everyone here and you cannot beat the prices. I would have paid at least $2,000 or more for a king Mattress in Florida!! Brad was a pleasure to buy from and so personable. After moving to Raleigh from Los Angeles, I had a lot of big purchases to make. This center was conveniently located, had a very helpful staff member, and provided transport to my new place. This was the best I could have asked for and at a reasonable price as well. Highly recommended.

WHERE you buy matters! I shopped at a LOT of mattress stores and could have purchased the same Sealy mattress at a number of other stores. I am so glad I wandered into Mattress Center and met the owner, Brad. My experience was outstanding in every way. NO pressure, knowledgeable, patient:), and I love supporting a locally owned business. I was especially impressed with the delivery and set up. I had never owned an adjustable bed and the design of my bed frame presented a bit of a challenge. I was so glad Brad was the one delivering the mattress and he took great care to make it fit just right. His assistant was so in tune with him that I noticed how they watched out for each other to be careful not to touch any walls. I had total confidence in them. Oh yeah, and the mattress......I love my new Sealy Hybrid Gold Ultra Plush. I am a side sleeper with sensitive hip bones and like the extra softness on top of the supportive mattress. I mention the mattress last cause like I said before, it was the experience with WHO I purchased it from that made all the difference. I HIGHLY recommend Mattress Center in Greensboro.

My experience was great at the Mattress Center in Raleigh, NC. It was my first day shopping for mattress and was open to any information I could obtain. My one fear was that I was going to get my ears piled with a bunch of sales pitches and end up more lost then when I walked in.Sara (the store owner) was very straight forward with me and only told me about the pros/cons of the mattress rather then try to get me to buy them. We started on the lower end and then worked my way up. I fell in love with one and told her it was what I was looking for. She was able to successfully land exactly in my price range and it included everything I wanted (except the frame). I was sooo happy!I did not buy the mattress that day but continued my shopping. I went to a lower end place around the corner and I sat on a different brand bed but felt the same. I called and asked her, since she was of great help, why I should buy hers instead of the other. She said she could get me either bed (hers and the competitors) but the one I originally sat on at Mattress Center was better in different assets and was going to last longer.The reason I bought from Mattress Center was because of their honesty, helpfulness, and I prefer to support the local owned business. Very satisfied with the mattress we bought and the experience with Brad at the Mattress Center. My wife and I had been needing a new mattress for a long time - me more than her being somewhat older and working so much physically moving rolls of fiberglass cloth, on and off forklifts every day and having some sciatica and other problems. We had been using one of the older well know air mattresses for years. She was still fine with it though it leaked and had to pump her side up every night. Something with my side no matter what pressure I set it at caused my shoulders to pinch and arms to go numb - nothing serious but it was obvious I needed a much better mattress. I spent a lot of time researching mattresses comparing with consumer reports, watching videos reading different manufacturer info off and on for a year. I read a lot of google reviews for the different mattress retailers in the triad area. So we (wife and kids) headed out on a Friday trying different mattresses at the most popular places one of which had us both to lay on their bedMATCH system that analyzed our bodies and picked mattresses that would suit us both. Nothing really felt right. Late in the day we were all really hungry passed the Mattress Center on the way to Golden Coral - I said hey, theres another mattress place - we should go check that out after we eat so after we ate we stopped in and am I glad of that. Brad asked a few questions and we had a bed picked out in just a few minutes. You can tell when youre around him in a couple seconds hes not trying to hussle you but wants to get you what you need. America needs more people like that. So everything just clicked. We paid for the mattress and set up a time on the following Sunday to deliver it giving me time to get the old mattress out and have everything ready for him. He got the mattress set up and Ive been sleeping great ever since. Thanks Brad!

Brad stayed open after hours, walked us through the sales process to match us with the quality of mattress in our target price range, worked us out a great deal, and delivered it himself. A nice bonus was that the mattress was made my a local manufacturer 5 miles away. I was pleased to spend my money with someone who cares, on a product made right here in GSO.
