Plenty of scooter knowledge. That knowledge come with a hefty price tag. Recommend looking around be for committing to these guys.

I would leave zero stars, but that is not an option. If you want a cheap bike that isnt going to run for more than 1-2 weeks, come here! First off, theyre over priced, poorly put together, they run decent but wont run for long. DO NOT buy a bike from here.

I went to the Scooter Depot and dropped off 3 four wheelers. After 3 weeks the owner said that they did not even look at them. A week later he said that they are ready for pick up. When I arrived two of the four wheelers were missing cosmetic and engine parts. The carburetor was unplugged and they removed the CDI. The four wheeler did not start after that and I had to order the parts online to replace. The other one needed to have an engine seal replaced and he never replaced it. I do not recommend going to this place for repairs or purchasing a new unit. I purchased from them several units and they were all missing parts. I would buy online cheaper and put them together yourself. They have terrible service and no knowledge when it come to repairing what they sell.I questioned the owner about this and he got upset and said that they were like that before and I had pictures showing they were not. Still charged me for all the work if I wanted to leave and the units were not running.******Do not go to this place*********Terrible Service

This place has the best prices. I had compared prices online and at surrounding places and found this place had the same items at more affordable prices. The people are nice. I understood their English just fine. Id like to see prices on the product instead of having to ask. I gave 4 stars because I like to see prices.

The owner doesnt seem to speak English well so he may come off as rude. I had not issues with him or the shop. He added the oil, battery, and a tank of fuel in front of me as well as cranking the ATV fist push of the button.

I brought a 50cc in September 2020 I than had to bring it back 4 times the speedometer cable fixed (4) times and it just went dead 2 times while coming home for work in the middle of the street I brought it to them it stayed over night and next day the switched my exhaust and took a screw of my kick stand. And replaces with a rusty one

Bought some goggles and put them on my helmet only to break soon as I did and got a attitude when I exchanged them poor Business

I bought two kids 4 wheelers here a 110 and a 125. I dont know other than shifting if there is a difference with the 2 but when I thought 1 had a problem, the owner was great and looked at it and had me up and going in no time. For the price point these are great little machines. The owner is very accommodating, friendly, and the family operation makes me want to come back for a fun 4 wheeler my size. You really can beat the hell out of these tao tao machines. I, at 200 lbs can full send the kids 125 without an issue or concern. Tons of fun! Buy here, trust the equipment. SEND IT.

Very bad experience, i got a 50cc moped, dont wanna start, i talk to them they said bring it here i fixed, after two weeks i never got a call from them, so i show up, and i found they dont even touch the moped! By the way they gotta learn english, pretty hard to understand wath they said!😡

I have purchased 6 atvs from here. all have preformed as they should. I have also taken two in for service and they were fast and cheap with the repairs. I have always done what they have told me to do with storing them and maintaining and never had troubles. will continue to by from them as the kids get older.

They sell Chinese products for the highest price they think they can get out of you. You can always get the price lower because they start out high balling you.Products are very cheap and they only offer 2wk warranty because theyre so cheap. Expect repairs soon after new purchase.

Purchase paperwork was not provided, nor was the trunk piece I was told would be included. After jumping through all the hoops to get a tag on it without the paperwork, my wife calls me on her first day using it to get to work to tell me she is stranded less than a mile from the house. Stay clear!

We bought a four-wheeler around Christmas. It ran pitifuly for a few months and then broke down. We managed to fix minor issues and went back to the depot to purchase a battery a month ago. It broke down... Again. We take it to the depot to have Michael work on it. He told us it needed a carborator and switch. He gave us a price of 85 plus 45 dollar. When we go to retrieve the four wheeler he had not only put these parts on but had added a new battery (we just bought one FROM HIM just a few weeks before) and a starter. It did not need a starter as it was turning over before we took it up there and we did not agree to these extra parts. He never called or asked us if we were OK with it. $250 later it STILL does not run. (it ran at the depot but quit after riding it for mere minutes at home) He is a rip off and will be reported to the BBB.*edit* since the owner wants to reply and flat out lie about telling us on the phone that he was adding the extra parts (not asking like he should have) I feel I should add that he did not even tell us this. Also the carbarator still leaks and was most likely a used part. The 4 wheeler is useless. Will be purchasing one from a reputable dealer the next time around.

The owners are very rude unless you have cash in hand very slow service, poor attention to customer needs!

This place is the worst. I purchased a 4 wheeler from here for my sons birthday and it stopped running a week later. I then called the store several times to see what was up with it and never got an answer. When I came to realization that they weren’t going to answer I took the four wheeler up to their store. They told me they were going to take care of it and they would call me when it was ready. One month passed and they still didn’t contact me about it. I then went up to the store to check and see what was going on and the Asian guy caught a attitude and started flipping out removing the battery from the four wheeler and pushing it out the door. I was this close to having to hurt him but I left the store. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIPOFF.

My hubby bought one scooter 4 months ago and we have taking it back to them 5 times to be worked on two of the times it wouldnt even start and it left him with nothing afterpaying for the repairs and its was all the money we have and the only way we can do laundry get food and provide for our 3 kids.

Bought new scooter with 100cc upgrade. 1st day out had oil leak, had to go back to shop 3 times one after the other the first afternoon, for things he forgot to attach. Still having to return again for leak. Trying to sell us $100 air filter. If it needs one its on them. I will follow up. 15 day warranty on motor too! 15?

Their scooter, atv and dirt bikes are really bad and the owner doesnt know how to greet people.I bought atv from him just few days later it broke down and I took it back to him but he didnt want to fix. And few years later my atv didnt start I took it to him just to check what was going on and found out battery is bad so he used his battery just to make sure and after he charged me so expensive so I dont want to buy it but he still make me to pay 20$ because he used his battery

Absolutely a waste of your time and money, I just bought a used scooter from them and is has broke down 3 times and they fixed it twice with a charge of course and I picked it up today and broke down with 3 hours ………do not go to this place, you will regret it……HAD IT A TOTAL OF 6 DAYS
