Charged me $235 to fix a leak in my exhaust which they had to call in a mobile welder to do. Had me in the shop to help him. Exhaust still has a leak and she didn’t want to admit she misdiagnosed the issue. Very unprofessional

I called this place to ask to get a quote on installing a corsa catback exhaust on a fourth gen tahoe. This is the recommended aftermarket exhaust install for this tahoe, so surely they have done plenty of these. She says we have to see to know cost. Bewildered that a muffler shop did not know what a Tahoe and a Corsa exhaust were and also could not give me a quote, I asked if they could order the parts. I asked this because most places do this and when they get into the system and find the part, they should be able to give a quote for the parts and labor. She quickly responded with and I quote exactly, no cause then we order and you not pay. While Im sure she wasnt referring to me in that sentence, that is a ridicluous thing to say to anybody. I actually had my card in hand ready to fork over the $1000 for the exhaust and whatever labor they were gonna charge, if reasonable. I accept that english is her second language but what is unacceptable is her lack of sales ability/customer service! Clearly someone else should be answering the phone! Not only did she lose my business for her company but I also happen to be a relocation specialist here and will immediately warn all my clients to not do business with them! They might do good work, but my clients and I will never know!
