Apria has helped me with oxygen therapy for several years. They are always accommodating and have provided me with excellent care. These team members are working hard to provide all of us with support for our medical conditions. I thank them all. It takes time to make their deliveries and do that accurately.

I called from East Tennessee in an effort to get some DME for a patient discharging to the area. Tonya was so very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

These people are so consistently irritating that I strongly urge you to find another source for your medical needs. Their off-shore based support has only the most basic knowledge of English and they follow a playbook that forbids actually answering any questions. During the course of a recent 30+ minute call I was transferred numerous times, asked for my birthdate repeatedly, and never did get my questions answered. Im told that I have an appointment for a time now 90 minutes in the past, but they have no record of it and I cannot reach anyone locally.Next doctor visit Im asking for a change.

I have been a c-pap customer for nearly 6 years and have never received a complete; correct order that comes every 6 months. Usually its the wrong hose this time the wrong filters. Each time I have to call them about the mix up. (45 minutes)Every time its someone over seas and as normal I cant understand them and they cant understand me. This machine has changed my life and for that I am very thankful but I despise having to call due to a mix up.

I have always gotten the correct CPAP supplies and they have been great to get me another Machine when mine stopped working. Never have had in problems in 3 years.

Do not, under any circumstances, ever order anything from this company. They take months to file through insurance and they expect you to pay the full amount until they “credit you back”. If you refuse to do this and still pay on time, they will delay your payment and send you to collections, even with a zero balance. For “customer service” you have to go through 3 people just to get to the person than can answer a simple question. April has been one of the most difficult companies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been trying to cut ties with them for 2 years and they can’t do something as simple as get me a final balance to pay off. Stay away!

Telephone customer service is ABSOLUTLELY terrible! There is no other way to describe it. If there are patients that are elderly and need assistance God help them because it is very difficult to get someone who understands what the exact need and answer to your questions are. And you cannot reach anyone that is in the same city or state where they are providing service. Can NEVER reach anyone at the local branch office! It does not appear that the company cares anything about the people they are servicing. Ive spent over an half an hour trying to get an answer to 2 simple questions and still nothing.

You can never get a person on the phone. You always have to go through the process of automation and you never get to talk to a real person. Some things you need to talk to a human not a machine.

They continue to harass my elderly parents over oxygen that my fathers Medicare paid for over 36 months ago- trying to sell him new O2. We have asked them to stop calling however they continue to call. They mailed my father a certified letter- my elderly mother signed it not knowing what it pertained to... they have been contacted (after going to multiple people to get to the perceived right person) however they continue try to re-establish care with my father. TOO BIG. TOO MANY HANDS INVOLVED. SOLICITATING BUSINESS.

Worst service EVER! Sent supplies to the wrong address, i the wrong state, but the bill came to the right address.Took me 4 years to get a person to come to my home for assistance. They came for the initial visit, then four years. The branch was 15 minutes from my house. Trust me, they are not concerned with the equipment you need, it your healthcare.

Atrocious customer support. Follow-up: 8/29/17 The poor support is a corporate decision; all the people I have been able to speak with have been great, but nothing happens beyond a conversation that is fitfully gained through a layered phone menu.

Complete disgust. Holding up a $500 order for a new CPAP machine over a $167 balance that has already been sent to a collection agency. So, I will no longer be going back for my CPAP needs.

I have to say Apria continues to be the most incompetent homecare company Ive ever dealt with. They honestly, call you and tell you its okay to get CPAP supplies. You do, then they bill you for the full amounts saying your insurance doesnt cover it because you dont have a current study. So, I get a study done. Now, they wont accept the study because they say I wasnt wearing my CPAP and a neurologist ordered me to be on 2liters 02. So, I continue to be without O2. It appears it is a scam. Money is the only thing that matters to them. They couldnt care less about their customers. Try someone else, honestly I worked 10 years in homecare as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. We went to the wall for our patients. We set up every order a physician sent us. Then, worried about paperwork later. We were patient focused, they are not. Its sad but, this is our #1 homecare company in the United States. Sad.

This is the WORST customer service company ive ever dealt with. They have no idea of how to run a business. Dont ever give them your CC information. There is NEVER a competent person to talk to. I could go on, but it would not be pretty. JUST STAY AWAY FROM APRIA

I was told to send my CPAP counter to Greensboro address. This was a message on my ans.machine. I called the Winston Salem party back to ask to what address?, and she didnt know. So I called the Greensboro address found on my computer for Apria, Greensboro. I spoke to some India Man who forwarded me to someone who I could hardly hear which I could understand. Heres hoping the Greensboro address needed is the one printed, Apria doesnt know....4249 Piedmont Parkwy, 27410. Daniel

My doctor from Bethany Medical Center sent the RX to Apria Healthcare without giving me any notice. Its been 3 weeks of speaking with people who claim that it is ready. I have yet to see a claim that was filed for it & when I ask about my coinsurance, no one seems to know anything. The rep had no working extension for the Greensboro office, yet states that according to the notes, my CPAP is ready for pickup. Also, someone has called from a private number & left VM. Why is a provider calling from a private number? I work for a health insurance company & this is the most incompetent DME provider I have ever had to deal with. If I didnt have to I would never provide their info. to a member as an option for a DME provider.

There is never anyone to greet you. The lobby is empty and a paper note on the window says knock on the door for service. The cpap mask fitting is done by a man who reeks of cigarette smoke. Even when he left the room I still smelled it. When you work with respiratory patients you really shouldnt have an entire office that stinks of cigarettes.

A total nightmare, evidentally no one communicates within the company. My mother bed was supposed to be delivered today before 1:00, I got a message today stating they had to order it and it will be delivered next Monday. Mind you an official from this company called me on Sat stating that a bed was in stock and they needed my credit card info and they charged my card Sat but we will not get the bed for another 10 days. I think this is very unprofessional. Now we have to put her furniture back in her room cause she comes home tomorrow and then turn around and move it again next week. I am beyond dissatisfied!!!!!!I gave one star only cause I had to rate it to post!!
