I went with this company about 3 months ago because of my insurance had changed. Went into this business a very nice lady help me and got my supplies set up to be sent. I have yet the get my supplies for my CPAP machine and I have called many times. The supplies are being mailed from a place in Florida, but again I am still waiting. CPAP supplies are very important and when your equipment runs down you need them to give you proper rest at night. It is seriously negligent on any company that doesn’t help its customers. I would not recommend this company because you will be waiting for weeks or months for your supplies.
Had to get a new CPAP Machine. Tracee was AMAZING Walked me through everything and called me back to make sure the mask I had was good. I had read some bad reviews on here but Tracee dissolved all of my worries and made me feel comfortable about the process. She deserves a raise. TY Tracee!!
If I would’ve know the rating of this place I would’ve never came! The man who did my appointment was very rude especially when I had to return it back because I had health insurance problems going on and also I mentioned that I felt like I was suffocating like the air pressure was too high and he did nothing. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
Weve found Lincare to be pleasant, helpful and highly responsive to our O2 needs.
Billing is awful and hard to get through to the main office for a clear response to questions. The staff in the office very rude at times on the phone like you are bothering them
If I could give this company a zero star I would. The delivery boy was rude, crude, and tried to say that a PULMONOLOGIST was wrong about what amount of oxygen to give us and that he knows what he actually needs. All of which is completely wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO OR FOR ANYONE!!!!!
I’ve been using a cpap for 15 years now and when it came time to replace my machine my pulmonologist referred me to Lincare in Greensboro, NC. When I arrived for my appointment I met Tracee who went over all the details about my new machine. Tracee is very knowledgeable and thorough. She seems to really care for her clients. I love the fact that I can call her with any questions I have. Thank you Tracee.
I used Lincare after surgery for a hospital bed and a wheel chair. I had to wait an extraordinarily long time for both to be delivered. The hospital bed was not worth what they charge insurance. The wheelchair was delivered and they did not assembly the foot rests. When I went to do this there were 2 right foot rests! I called at least 5 times and either my messages were not responded to or I was told someone would come over with a left one. This never happened. Another 10 calls and messages, they told me to contact the manufacturer - thats how it came! I wrote 5 letters to the corporate office and have never received a reply. I still have a wheelchair with 2 right foot rests and no satisfaction. They have the insurance money and many lost customers. I am surprised they are still in business! (I am forced to give them 1 star) Beware!
Dont know about the individuals in this particular office, but I have no regard for Lincare as a whole. Should have dumped them long ago. Anytime I move, I have to change my address with at least three different depts because they dont communicate within their own system. Today, Ive spent over 90min on hold with their customer service. Spent over 2hrs yesterday on hold trying to fix same issue. They send me a bill for services, but their website wont allow me to log in because it doesnt recognize my account number or already-established login. I cant pay over the phone because their automated system also doesnt recognize my account number. Just a poorly run company.
Thanks for the information and the reviews. It appears leaving Adapt/Advance because of poor service and Equipment and coming to Lincare would be a big mistake. I was wondering since my conversation on telephone with their customer service dept was so very unprofessional. Ill keep looking....
Dont grill out with your oxygen tank.

How does this place stay in business? Customer service is ridiculous. You often get forwarded to overflow call centers who take messages. It takes months to get anything accomplished and often you can move backwards if you talk to the wrong person. Frustrating is understatement. Horrible.Andy at the Greensboro office is awesome!
This is the unfortunately the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life and I am easy to please. They do not come when they schedule to be there. They told us they would come to fix a portable oxygen concentrator and they did not come. we called the next day to figure out what happened and they said it was fixed and they weren’t coming. we had to call an ambulance because we didn’t have portable oxygen and they wouldn’t come bring anything unless we were at the hospital and just kept writing us off. When we called after the hospital visit to have them come so the client could get to their doctor appt they were so rude to us and said we could shop around for another oxygen supplier, an hour later they brought the machine after we said we’d contact the bbb. The employees are lazy and rude, and it’s so sad when they are suppling a product that can mean life or death for their customers.
This company is the worst, my husband has been without his machine for 3 weeks now! Lincare will NOT contact me if I leave a message. I guess they are waiting for the patient to pass so they will not have to do anything for them; oh and not to mention my insurance had been PAYING for this service for almost 10 years this is not a FREE thing they are doing
Extremely frustrating company to deal with starting with the receptionist through the manager. Appears their mantra is the patient works for this specific Lincare organization at 301 Pomona Drive instead of this group working towards the health needs of the patient. I switched to a much more responsive company that has put my needs first instead of their agenda, but as fate would have it Lincare @ Pomona is still trying to frustrate me. They have as of yesterday (March 30th, 2017) failed to turn over all appropriate paperwork and my specific file for me to move forward in getting a much needed piece of medically necessary equipment. All Lincare equipment belonging to the Pomona group was returned on the 4th of March 2017. The script for this equipment was sent in late Dec 2016 from my doctors office. Lincare rebuffed me at every turn in trying to attain this medical equipment. I contacted my insurance whom went as far as seeking other medical supply companies in the area and even gave approval for an out of state medical company.Yesterday I called the executive offices of Lincare in Florida to get this matter resolved. I have found a much more receptive company that is willing to go the extra mile for their patients. This company is Adult Pediatric Services. Kim has been exceptional to work with.
Incredibly frustrating to work with. Ive spent weeks trying to get a simple mask replacement.I already have a machine and everything set up except for a mask I can use. You cant schedule an appointment. Theyll offer to call you back with one, but they never do.im so tired
The person I dealt with when initially receiving my CPAP was nice. However this company has very bad customer service. Ordered supplies to keep my therapy up to par, they sent the wrong supplies. Reordered said supplies and they still have not arrived. They will be losing my business.

I have been doing business with lincare for over 2 years now. They really need to retrain their help in customer service. I used lincare up north in New Hampshire and they were wonderful, that is the reason why I went with this lincare. Would not recommend them.
They were very unprofessional and were suppose to send me supplies that they didnt have in stock. That has been about 7-8 months ago and have not heard anything from them yet. Stay away from this company.

This company has been a lifesaver for my father they help him tremendously and we are thankful for them they are really great caring people they furfill all requests in a timely mannor
They are the worst customer service company in the medical equipment sector I have ever dealt with. They are rude, smart mouthed and money greedy oriented people.
I would NEVER DO Business with this Lincare NO Customer service at all.The home office needs to close this office and get new people!!!
