NEVER have I ever received a package from here when a company uses FedEx to ship.I installed cameras too at the front doorThey will argue that they left itThis site needs to be looked for for internal theft.I understood during covidBut really two years of NEVER receiving any package when FedEx is the delivery. My experience is terrible with this company. My International RN license was shipped to the USA through this company.It was said to have been signed for by me ( wrong signature) now it’s 7days and still nothing. I called Fedex daily and it’s the same story of we are working on your enquiry . This company collected shipping money and now turning themselves into an enemy on my way to actualizing my dream because they refused to deliver my package but keep telling me stories.

Guys, the attitude and lack of care from employees was astonishing this visit. 7 people deep in line and one employee waiting on another to help. Then that employee even argued with a customer that was yelling from the back bay area. I mean really ? You seriously cant blame this on covid either. Unbelievable.

Update: they faked my my signature and threw the package at the door and left. The package was supposed to be a secure delivery requiring signature but not for FedEx where the drivers sign on behalf of you and couldnt care less about security. Ridiculous.Absolute worst service. Grossly incompetent at delivering. They keep saying attempted to deliver and make it look like we are not there to receive and its Absolutely BS and lies. This has happened multiple times with FedEx. How do they keep getting away with this? This has never happened with UPS or USPS.

Easy Peasy! Walked in to drop off a couple of pre-labeled packages, greeted by a friendly and professional representative who asked if I needed a receipt and got me out in less than 5 minutes. First time customer and I was impressed.

Stephanie at Old Oak Ridge location has no idea how to operate her computer system and is rude to the point of being gross. Absolutely NO customer service or communication skills and does not need to be behind the counter dealing with customers face to face. UPS has a way better tracking system and actually gets priority overnight packages delivered on time and the customer reps at least act like they care for just a few extra dollars. If you are shipping any perishable goods or using overnight shipping GO WITH UPS.

Very unprofessional, I called to get an update on my package, and the receptionist acted as if she couldnt hear me. It was on purpose, I had just spoken with someone on the same call. I was told they attempted to deliver the package but no one was home although I sat home the entire day with the door open waiting for the package to arriveI will never use FedEx again

Called because for 2 days now when I check my tracking it says FedEx has not delivered my item because an adult has not been there. My door has been open the last 2 days I was outside for 1 day and I know for a fact they have not shown up at my house. I called and no help was told to go online and redirect the package.

A driver from the Greensboro center, delivered $4,000 worth of items to an incorrect address. I was informed of the the address it was “delivered to” and come to find out, it’s not a real address. I have camera footage of the driver driving by at the time the package was “delivered” but he never stopped. I have been in contact with FedEx 23 times and they’ve not done a single thing. Absolutely sick. I’ve been told I’d be communicated with, then I get nothing. I don’t understand what’s so difficult about questioning the driver where $4,000 worth of items went, especially considering there now will be a claim against them. I called them to tell them he didn’t stop, and yes it’s a he because I physically saw him on top of my camera footage, and they didn’t alert dispatch immediately. They have proof in their own system that the driver didn’t deliver these correctly and yet they haven’t reacted. They have no idea how critical these items are for me to have immediately, which is why they were shipped 1- day. Not the first issue I’ve had with them and definitely hear quite often about packages going “missing.”

If there were zero stars, that is what I would select. FedEx needs to be held accountable. Today I was to receive a package of which contained medication. I payed for overnight shipping. I waited at home all day. They claimed to have attempted delivery at 11:21 a.m. I had my door wide open and I was waiting, the delivery driver never attempted and it was a lie. Then I was just told they attempted deliver again at 2:29 p.m. Again, I was at home with the door wide open, the delivery attempt was again a lie. Now, I am on the phone and they claim they can do nothing about it. This is unacceptable.

DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX I paid 56.79 on February 19th for overnight shipping on a license plate. It is now March 2nd and it still hasnt arrived. When I contacted customer service about the delay they had no response other than an increase in residential shipping. I inquired about a partial refund and was told that FedEx has suspended all company policies, including their shipping policies. I have been cheated and Im sure Im not the first. As a FedEx customer of many years I am disappointed to say I will no longer use their services.

Quick fast and easy they scanned my package in the day I needed done right not like 2 drop off locations for fedex in Reidsville that said they would ship them out for the next morning though and I couldnt wait another for my package to get scanned in by fedex so I drove 35 to 40 mins out of my way to get to the fedex off of old oak ridge rd

The woman behind counter (I forgot her name) was awesome, helping me get a return ticket printed! A heavy item (they had a dolly for use! Wow) I was irritated because MAPS said another location and I was pressed for time, but she was so nice, I stopped being mad at MAPS!

The customer service at this location is atrocious. They are not inviting, refuse to assist with packaging, and did not want to inform me of prices for boxes. I use FedEx all the time, and I was shock at the horrendous customer service. I left immediately, and the cashier was quick to say bye... as if she was annoyed and was glad that I was leaving. Delivered my package that requires a signature to the wrong place twice. Was called and asked to pick it up myself over an hour away. Drove all the way to the hub in Greensboro, NC to pick it up but no one could find it. Was told by the manager that he would personally deliver it to me today on 9/29/2020 by 4:30 pm at my place of work. Never happened. I am now filing my complaint with the BBB and filing a police report.

Fed Ex has yet to deliver a package that should have been delivered 5 days ago. We were told it was at the hub. We told them we would pick it up. After driving 50 miles round trip, we were very rudely told that the package wasn’t there, but out for delivery with thousands of other packages (as theyve been telling us for 5 days, now.) The employees in the Greensboro store were the rudest people I have ever encountered. I also witnessed them treating another customer rudely. I hope that Fed Ex is able to find some more polite employees. There’s a right way to treat others, but these women apparently never learned that. This is the kind of treatment that deserves 0 stars.

Was told by customer service to pick up package at greensboro hub made the trip from out of town. employees would not help. first place i went said could not help. computer said package was at hub. went to hub they were rude and no help. one manager said go back to first place he would call. did not call they were no help and rude again. the people i dealt with the most rude could care less attitude i have ever seen. if they worked at my business i would fire them all. this happened 12-31- 2019 between 1:30 ande 3pm. will never use them again.

If anyone here is making a negative review for this station, don’t blame the front line employees. It’s all upper management’s fault. The senior manager and district manager are both old and ready to retire. They just sit in their ivory towers and bark order’s when they have no idea what’s really going on. They are verbally abusive to their staff, and threaten their jobs constantly. This is the only motivation this staff has to do their job. So next time you have a complaint about this place, call the corporate office and tell them about Todd Dimaria, and mark mundy being massive failures as leaders.

The retail location is on point. I had a package that was listed as non redirectable and ended up having it redirected to this location. the whole process took me 3 days and about five phone calls to get it straight but I eventually prevented them from having to return it to the sender. So this is more of a comment at FedEx directly - what everybody know in customer service whats your policies actually are and dont tell people that they cant have their package redirected when eventually after enough phone calls and complaining it was redirected.

I worked for FedEx in the warehouse and hurt my back moving those heavy boxes. I have serious back pain to this day. They didnt even care when I told them I hurt my back.
