The service at University Storage was acceptable and staff is very friendly, which is a plus. My daughter attends North Carolina A&T State University. We chose University Storage for the summer and just checked out on Sunday. Everything was smooth. Easy entry and moving dollies were provided for our use. Security cameras make it extra safe and water is provided on hot days. We will be using this service again the end of this school year.

Rented at University Mini Storage for five years. Everything youd expect in a brand name storage facility youll find at locally owned University Mini Storage, but what sets them apart? The people. Joe and his staff are always there to assist and with a friendly and professional attitude.I rented separate units in the Climate Controlled section and never had any issues with vermin or damage, as mentioned in another review. In fact, items I put in there years ago I pulled out today and they were in the exact same condition.Bottom line: the best storage facility in the area!

I need to store items from my dorm room for about one month. At the time they were running and great deal that allowed me to store my thing for under $50. They also had very new uhaul van that were availeble to rent. Its kinda weird because many of the units have thin wood doors but bringing a quality lock will be good. Its best to go in the daytime because they have lights that you can turn on, but they run on a timer system.

The facilities manager Kenneth is absolutely amazing, and the pricing is very reasonable. My car was illegally towed when I left it there after renting a U-Haul (the towing company wasnt even authorized to tow from there, they just showd up and towed a bunch of cars). Kenneth set everything straight and got me a full refund from the towing company. I have a stack of his business cards and give them out frequently. If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat.

Awesome place, but has changed ownership 3 times since Ive been here...Uhaul owns it now and has done some awesome things, but I have had to buy 3 new tires in 4 months driving around the gravel back where my unit is...really lame...still 4 stars because of the location, friendly staff, and new renovations...just watch your tires until they are done littering metal all over the place :)

If you are anywhere near the UNCG area, this is your storage facility, excellent staff, excellent location, great rates, A+ all around!

Poorly run. Nobody works here. Dim lights. Climate control is not what you would think.
