Worst shipping experience ever. Shipped a small package overseas. Started with getting an estimate at the counter. The final rate was 175% of the estimate which was very shocking. If UPS Worldwide is chosen, they said it would reach beyond a certain date and charged my higher price. There was a delay on that as well.On receiving the package, they charged more which were not informed before hand.I wish I had a smoother process like USPS and not so many shocking last minute information and delays.
Linda and the staff at this UPS location are absolutely fantastic people and so helpful. They will go out of their way to make sure all of your questions are answered and make their customers a priority. Linda does such a great job with their copying services and offers several different suggestions to get the best results at the most cost effective prices. She is very supportive of our local PTA and meets our (sometime unreasonable) deadlines with no problem. I highly recommend this UPS location for excellent customer service, reasonable prices, great products, friendly staff and quick turn around time for all services.
There seems to be a work ethic problem here at this store, its must be contagious because most other businesses in Greensboro share the same symtoms,i went to the main customer center on industrial Ave off south elm Eugene to get my return mailed just offering an option for the next person that has an issue here.
Great store. Been going here for years. Staff turnover is minimal, which speaks volumes. I have also watched customers come in flustered and the staff has always been calm, measured and reassuring. So glad these guys are in my neighborhood.
Convenient and seamless every time.Very organized.
The postal assistant was very nice and there was no wait in line here.
The staff is always friendly, attentive, and fast.
THIS LOCATION IS INCREDIBLE!! They offered services that I needed without me asking, saved me so much time! I truly appreciate awesome customer service skills and these nice folk nailed it!! Thank you guys so much!!! Great team at this location and I will always handle my business errands here!
I had a po box for 2 years and the way that this ended is a long story, all I have to say is that even know we should know when our contract was due. Somehow it was their responsibility to let us know that our contract was about to expire, and they didnt and rent out our box to someone else without informing me about it.Very sorry about this I just had to share my story.Update from September/09/2020:They reply to my review I made but they know and I know its not true that nobody contacted me by email, phone or mail, they contacted me the first year but not the second. We will still have the po box if that was the case. They want me or ask if I have any more questions to stop by and talk to the manager, for what ??? They should just contacted me when my contract was going to expire or least tell me i did not had the po box anymore. No matter what they say but we all know what happen .
I love this place typically buuut today they were totally locked up before 630. All I had was a drop off..... 3 worked were there talking. But seemed unwilling to take wait 30 more seconds to close at 6:30.
Great shipping, notary, copies etc
SAVE YOURSELF A COMPUTER RENTAL FEE BY PRINTING YOUR UPS RETURN LABEL AT WALGREENS ACROSS THE STREET AS A 4X7 PHOTO.Stopped by to drop off an Amazon Return. Unfortunately, Amazon had provided a print-it-yourself label instead of a UPS Store Return label. I was ready to pay the $0.50 per page to have them (UPS Store) print the return label. When it was my turn, thats when I found out how they try to gouge customers. Due to their ANTIQUATED PRINTER which did not allow BLUETOOTH/WIRELESS PRINTING, the clerk asked that I email my label to that stores email address. Then, they were wanting to charge me $3.00 for 6 MINUTES USE OF THEIR COMPUTER and $0.50 to PRINT THE LABEL. Most business class printers have included options for BLUETOOTH/WIRELESS PRINTING for almost 10 YEARS now. I did not need 6 MINUTES USE OF THEIR COMPUTER as I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 cellphone which means I HAVE MY OWN COMPUTER. Im not complaining about the $0.50 use of their printer and I would not have complained had it been $1.00. My biggest issue is the $3.00 for 6 MINUTES USE OF THEIR COMPUTER because if their printer supported BLUETOOTH/WIRELESS PRINTING, I could have printed from my cell phone. Even though, UPS provides the UPS LABELS for FREE!As I refused to pay $3.00 for 6 MINUTES USE OF THEIR COMPUTER, I walked across the street to Walgreens and printed the UPS RETURN label as a 4X7 PHOTO which cost a whopping $0.39. Due to charging for UNNECESSARY SERVICES, I would recommend that anyone needing a UPS Label printed stop by Walgreens and print the label as a PHOTO. Needless to say, the box I was shipping had the prettiest glossy label ever. When I walked back across the street and dropped my package off at this UPS Store, I asked to if the person who waited on me was the manager and she said yes. I informed her what I had done because charging for UNNECESSARY SERVICES is crazy. I also let her know I was going to post this review. She stated her store was a franchise and UPS does not pay them enough to deal with UPSs customers. As i was leaving, she said in a smart tone, thanks for not supporting local business . Understand, I am believe in supporting local business. I believe in paying a little extra to support local businesses. I DONT believe in paying for UNNECESSARY SERVICES because a business operates with ANTIQUATED EQUIPMENT!After leaving, I called the UPS STORES corporate office to let them know about my experience. The guy at UPS STORES corporate office stated that it is UPS STORE POLICY to charge for the UNNECESSARY SERVICES (6 MINUTES USE OF THEIR COMPUTER). Too bad Amazon has issues with FEDEX. Im sure FEDEXS KINKOS stores would be happy to assist customers with printing the return labels if the return labels were FEDEX. Better yet, maybe next time I will stop by FEDEXS KINKOS store and pay them to print the label before dropping off my shipment at the UPS STORE.Response to Businesses response:If you consider charging a computer rental fee because your equipment is outdated and does NOT support bluetooth/wireless printing World Class Service, I would hate to see what you consider Standard Service. My issue was not with paying for printing and had there been a $3 minimum printing fee, I would have been cool with that and paid it. I did however have an issue with renting computer time because your equipment is antiquated. Also, your clerk asked me to email your company the label which makes the computer rental even dumber. And yes, you complained about UPS not paying you enough and about me not supporting local business because I refused to rent computer time. As my Amazon return required additional approvals, I was not given an option for the barcode. They just sent the print-it-yourself label. Imagine Walmart charging register rentals so customers can pay for their items or Walgreens charging computer rental to print photos? Sound like World Class Service to you?
Great when you have already packed what needs to be shipped, otherwise you will be charged an outrageous amount of money to have the store package it up [example: I had to ship a laptop to family in another state and the packaging cost, not including the shipping cost, was around $12 after tax when I could easily cut down a box to size and buy bubble wrap for half that price at most]. Thats the main reason I did not give this a 5 star review. That being said, the customer service is pretty good and is polite and courteous. Store is somewhat hidden in the shopping center but overall in a good, high traffic location. Would recommend this store over other UPS stores but more for business-use instead of personal-use
Super efficient and professional!
Careless, unprofessional and unknowledgeable
A very rude woman answered the phone at 6:18pm on December 16th . She was very rude and rushed me off the phone. She did not want to to answer any of my questions. She tried to tell me to just Google my package. Ill Fed ex next time. I cannot believe someone so rude works at this location. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.
Awesome service great location and very friendly and knowledgable staff. I brought a 200+ page book to be printed and bound and they went out of their way to accomodate me while I waited. I have since used them for several business needs and they have always provided prompt and professional service. GREAT JOB!
Best choice in my area for shipping. Convenient location and prompt service.
Great customer service. We had a rather complicated order and needed things notarized as well. They were efficient and patient with our situation. I go there for everything I need - copying, mailing, etc. I trust them and their prices are fair.
Helpful and courteous staff.
Service was incredible she was professional and politeOur return was not an easy one but the person behind counter was above and beyond helpful and courteous
HORRIBLE customer service. My pregnant wife went to ship a 50lb, awkward shaped item we sold on eBay. Thinking that someone would be there to help her unload it she went by herself. The Store manager stated she was the only one in the store, understandably she couldnt leave the store unattended. My wife lugged it out of the car. The CLREK did not open the door for her or offer to assist her after getting the 72inch 50lb item into the store. Rather she sat on the counter and watched her. I called to speak to her and question these actions and was hung-up on. Its sad that we have qualified people without jobs meanwhile this worthless person holds a job with a management position no less!
Poor customer service.
I go here all the time. This location is soooo much better then other locations in the Greensboro area, trust ive been to most of them before i stumbled upon this 💎! I have no complaints and i always get in and out in no time. 👌
MUCH better than USPS. Brought my package in, the attendant (Linda) was polite, offered me extra packaging to keep the contents secure, and did her job double checking every piece of information she inserted for the package. I have my trust in UPS and Ill be visiting again for more of my packaging needs.
I’ve been dealing with this UPS store for 20 years and this is the first time they’ve giving my package away, lost my package they don’t know where it is and no one can give me an answer about where my packages is that they received and also checked in, very disappointed because no one has gotten back with me about my merchandise Two days now
Printer set on unreasonable paper sizes. Had to pay for things printed on wrong size and associate wasn’t very helpful.
If you have a lengthy item you should make a carton to fit it and go to the p.o. and mail it. Cost me $145.00 to ship a bow and arrow set to my grandson in Mo. Wont happen again.
Always great service
This store does NOT have a UPS drop box, they have a USPS drop box
Very friendly staff❤
Got there one minute before close with a drop off already paid for but the store person that was locking up refused to take our package.
In and out
