I shouldnt leave any stars as I actually didnt receive any service. I called 3 times to confirm they could actually replace the broken glass in my door. I waited over a week to have them come out to quote, and they verified they could do it. So I ordered and paid for the glass. 3 weeks later they come to install and tell me they cant do it. So Ive been without a back door for a month now. Very disappointed that they didnt take the time to make sure they could perform the work before having me pay for it. Do not trust these people. I talked to several associates before placing this order and each time was assured they do this all the time.

We had an expensive glass dining room table which was purchased in Europe. It seats 10 people and one of the glass table supports cracked. Binswanger was the only company which could have a new 3/4 inch glass support pane produced. Joshua and Jeff just left and they did a perfect job installing the fabricated support. They were on time, polite, knowledgeable, helpful and cleaned everything before they left. We were extremely pleased with the entire installation. We have always used Binswanger and will continue to use them in the future

Glass installers name was Tyson. He arrived on time, wore a Binswanger uniform and was professional. He was friendly but worked quickly and efficiently replacing the glass in an odd-sized window adjacent to our front door. In doing the job the way he did we were saved from having to repaint. I contacted Binswanger Glass for information about having custom size glass cut for my kitchen table top and 2 dresser tops. I spoke with Lynel Shreve on the phone, who was polite and thorough about their glass options and pricing. I received a call on Friday, April 2 from Shawn, letting me know my glass was ready, which was earlier than expected! When I picked up the 3 pieces of custom cut glass, I had the pleasure of being greeted and helped by Shawn Fjestad and Lynel Shreve. These ladies provided me with friendly and excellent customer service. Ron Sandlin carried a very large piece of glass to my car and he took extra time make sure it was secured safely before I left. Needed front windshield changed. Got appointment the following morning. Only took an hour and new windshield looks great. Nice, professional, courteous staff and comfortable waiting room. I needed an odd triangular shaped piece of glass for a walnut case I made for my dad’s burial flag. Big chain hardware stores and even an art gallery couldn’t get it done. Ordered a rather large piece of mirror from Binswanger for a home renovation project. They turned the order around very quickly and at a reasonable price.

I would not recommend this company. I called on 10/3 and they said it would take a week to call me back. I didnt hear from them so I called again on 10/21. They said they would have someone call me back by 10/25. Still nothing. I called on 10/31 and talked to the actual estimator. He said he would come by the next day at 10:00am. He didnt show up and I havent heard from them. Needless to say I found someone else.

I have used Binswanger for many years and I dont purchase much but it is always a leader for me with tempered glass shelves or glass in general

Start to finish: I was cared for. I did not choose to use my insurance company to replace my Trail Blazers windshield due to the low cost and the state where I live. Unlike SC, NC doesnt offer a freebie for broken windshields. Binswanger customer service reps guided me throughout the process, ensuring my quote was what I paid (less the taxes) and my experience was what they stated it would be.When a last-minute change caused me to reschedule my work location (they sent a technician to my place of choice), they accommodated me without any concern or delay. I spoke with a technician the day of the service, and found his work to be excellent and his customer-service protocol to be as good as I get from people in an office.I will use them again!

Had a shower door that wouldnt shut. I called Binswanger Glass & Rick came out to look at the door. He set up an appt. about a week later for a service rep. to fix the door. Joshua & a helper came out, showed up on time & fixed the door. Also fixed another problem with the same door. Joshua was very knowledgable & personable. Great company & 2 great employees, couldnt be happier.

Called 4 times over the last 3 weeks and Eric supposedly to call back and nothing. These guys were recommended by my maintenance crew for our apartments and they must be too busy for our business.

Excellent experience!!! If I could give more stars I would. The Binswanger crew set up the appointment quickly, called, and showed up early for their appointment. I have had nothing but previous bad experiences with other windshield companies with the last one Safelite which was a horrible experience. Tony and Keith from Binswanger met my wife at our house and treated her fairly and respectfully without me not being around. My previous windshield from Safelite squeaked driving both me and my wife insane. They would never resolve the issue. I never realized how badly of a job they did until Tony and Keith from Binswanger completed their work. They explained to my wife the reason for the squeaking - the windshield was sitting on her dash. They also showed her the damage from the Safelite crew resulting from the incorrectly installed windshield - 4 broken trim pieces. I included those pictures for reference and to truly show that these guys really did do a great job. She drives an infinity qx60 and she thought we would get stuck with the bill. Tony and Keith promptly called their manager who contacted my insurance and worked it out so all 4 parts were at no cost to me and would be installed at no cost as well. Of course my wife’s windshield doesn’t squeak any more. I have them now in my phone and will call them in the future whenever I need a windshield replaced. Use this company!! Much better than other options in Greenville/Spartanburg.

We ordered our shower doors from there and they were reasonably priced little did we know it was going to be a disaster. They were and hour and half late for install because they didnt preload the truck and when they got here they had the wrong doors. So they installed the wrong ones and ordered the right ones.after install the door would not stay shut and we had to adjust it yourself not to mention the frame of the doors were installed to high leaving a sharp edges exposed. 3 weeks later they call to say doors are in and they will be out Friday. Friday comes and they call at the time they are suppose to be at my house to say they lost the door they will order a new one. My wife calls and speaks with a manager and he says he will get right on it and call back Monday to come out himself and look at the doors. That was 2 weeks ago and no call back from manager and no doors. This has been a terrible experience. Not only are the workers lacking but obviously they do not know better since the manager himself cant even follow through.

I called at least 3 times leaving messages and speaking to someone.Patiently waited over a 3 weeks for someone to return my call, but no one ever did. Needless to say, I found someone else.

I am a project manager with a hotel renovation group and these guys are not what they say they are. They never keep schedules and they promise something they can not deliver. They installed mirrors in bathrooms where the fram edges did not even meet.
