Went in to pick up headlight for my car the guy behind the counter looks up the right one and I bought them. Get home to change em and they were not the correct ones. Tried to return or swap but they wouldnt do it because I opened the package because I was under the impression they were the correct ones. Lady behind the counter said sorry youll have to spend another 60 dollars. Doesnt make no sense because the employee was the one who gave me the wrong product you guys could have helped me out with getting them exchanged. Will not be returning

My brother and I were there for two separate reasons and the two people who were working there were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of what my brother and I needed.
Some if the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I am personally a business owner. Initially, I purchased an alternator, from the result of my car cutting off while driving. Well I swap it out to find out that my original alternator was in good condition. Granted this was an online purchase to receive the discount. I told the representative, Carlos at the store that I would return the new one. He replied, “we have a new policy that doesn’t return electronics once they have been used. In my case, used was driving a mile to the store. Regrettably after talking with poor excuse of a manager, Ethan, that my trouble shooting cost me $123 of my hard earned money as a Landscaper. Sadly, i called corporate and asked about the situation and they informed me that it was solely up to the location manager. You can say I will never spend another dollar in advance auto parts. I had to pray to keep from losing my cool in the store. I hope this keeps everyone informed of the detrimental policies that they are implementing in the fine print! God bless!

Well the staff was personable and polite, but unfortunately they sold me the wrong part, even after I asked them to double check and be sure to get the right one because theyre all the way across town. Then the sales person put the sale in under the wrong phone number so they couldnt even find the right transaction in the system. They finally got it right and I got the correct part. Because they are all so nice and were willing to do what it took to get me the right part without it costing me a fortune, I give them three stars. If they could get the parts right on the first try it would be five. (Getting the wrong part seems to happen almost every time)

I suggest DO NOT GO THERE.. A guy name ALLEN; very disrespectful, do not know how to talk to customers. He will lie to you on you face and Yell at you on your face. If you ever go there, try not to get in touch with him, otherwise youre going to ruin your day!! Oh I forgot to mention HE calims himself a store manager ALLEN, but he does not know how to talk to customers!!
Went to this store and ordered parts for my van and had them shipped to the place fixing my van. Well they sent the wrong parts, and I had to reorder the parts again from another advanced auto parts. They o my had some of the correct parts and had them sent to the mechanic. I had to drive to another advanced to get the rest of the parts and take them to the mechanic myself. In turn it cost me 3 hours extra labor time, more gas and had to pay for the parts twice. I then had to take the wrong parts back to the original advanced to get my money back for those!!! All of this because a salesman wasnt capable of reading a parts number off the computer and picking up the right box! A $ 260.00 job cost me $490.00!! And what did the manager say to me? His words were what do you want us to do about it? WOW!!!! Well 40 min after posting this, the manager called. The assistant manager is the one that said the smart remark. The manager was.extremely nice when he called and has offered to refund our money on both sets of parts. The wrong ones of course, and the right ones! That is going to save us sir money! I would one to thank the manager for trying to help and understanding our frustration!!!

The sales clerk was very courteous & helpful. He replaced my battery with no problem, took out the old put in the new-- skillfully & with no attitude. I really appreciated that.
A little upset that they would ship me and alternator that was no good but they did replace it free of charge but I did have to pay more money out of pocket to have someone take that one off and put the new one on plus I had to wait a day for the other one to come in other than that Advance was alright
Totally awesome! They are right on point with all of my parts. I did a complete rebuild on my 1989 Ford Bronco motor and transmission and they hit the nail on the head every time. Thanks guys!!!
Friendly,but beware of faulty parts
10 years ago i would have gave them 5 stars. Now not so much. Advanced policy of working on peoples cars is a complete disregard for the customers that need help getting parts. (you know because theyre a parts store) now not so much. There are 2 people outside changing batteries, only one person in the store helping the other 7 customers in line. After waiting about 30 mins guess what, this employee cant answer anything. I asked him if he had a part he said no. so i said then does any surrounding store have it? his response was maybe. so i asked can you order it he said maybe if we could find it, but then wouldnt look it up. Im done with advanced auto. i wouldnt buy a Pepsi from them, hell i probably couldnt they would be to busy pretending to be a shop.

I am a loyal Advance Auto Parts customer and have shopped at this store a few times. Ive purchased in store and online. I have had problems ordering online and picking up in store. Online it said the item was available for store pick up but when I got there they said they didnt have it it. The great customer service from one employee is what saved my business. He worked hard to help resolve the issue. This store is in a pretty busy part of town so be careful getting back on the road. The store seemed clean inside and the staff was friendly. I will continue to shop here despite the problems Ive had in the past.
Absolutely horrible service. First, they couldnt help me find a battery and couldnt help me install one or charge one, and when I did purchase my own battery charger from them, it didnt work on my battery so I just bought a new one from Auto Zone. When I went to return the non-working charger to Advance, I was told that I could not be refunded and that I could only get a brand new version of my non-working charger, which is useless. So if they cant help me install anything, and they cant help me with a purchase or return, then what exactly do they get paid to do? A McDonalds employee could do their jobs with ease. I will not be returning to that Advance or any other Advance ever again.

Im not surprised that the ratings for this store is horrible. I visited there yesterday evening and someone named Matt, who seemed to be the head man in charge there, has the absolute worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. Though I had quite a drive to get there, I chose this particular Advanced Auto Parts simply because they had the part I needed in stock. BIG mistake. I tried to order the part online before going to the store because I could receive 25 % off by ordering online. However, I was unable to complete the purchase because I was paying with a giftcard (which cannot be used as payment online). I asked Matt if he could honor the 25% off coupon since it would not allow me to pay online and I had driven way out of my way. His response was to simply laugh in my face and state no, his store didnt operate that way, it wasnt their policy, if I wanted the online perk then I would need to pay with something other than my giftcard. Im quite positive that Matt didnt want to take the time to do his job and call a manager to find out if there was anything that could be done to help, simply because he had what appeared to be his girlfriend (who clearly did not work there) behind the counter with him. When I asked why other stores would honor this but he would not, his girlfriend stated that she use to work there and she knew he was right. It was quite clear to me that I was interrupting their time together and he just did not want to deal with me so I left the store never getting what I went for. I absolutely understand that different stores have different policies and I would never ask someone to do something unethical at their job that is against policy. However, when you use words such as not my problem and good for the other stores but we dont do that here, that is simply horrible customer service skills. Also, I dont need to be preached to about doing the right thing and following policy when the employee himself isnt following policies. That is, Unless the Advanced Auto Part Policy Handbook states that its okay for employees to have a bring your girlfriend to work day (and have her deal with the customers). I will never return to this store and if you want to be treated like a valued customer this is not the place for you.
