Love my new car!! GLC 300. It’s my first Mercedes and I keep learning new things. As an example, the tight turn radius makes for good safety in making left turns at multi-lane intersections, and U-turns a breeze. The luxury electronic touches, like accessing my music from my phone so intuitively, the “hold” function at stop lights, the “easy exit” make for great comfort and I arrive at my destination more relaxed and with more energy.Carlton was great, eager and on top of every detail. At first I was happy purchasing a vehicle from a Mercedes dealership, knowing that the vehicle would be certified pre owned and I would know what I would be receiving. Oh boy was I wrong. I had my vehicle shipped to my state. When it arrived, I did not notice at first because like I said before I was confident in purchasing a vehicle from a Mercedes dealership. The front bumper was loose on one side, which you can’t really tell but when I took the car to my local dealership they inspected it and said damages were done to underneath the bumper and it would cost 2500 because I would ultimately need a new bumper.I reached out to Chad from the dealership and he said this must’ve happened during transportation of the vehicle. It was a 2 day drive from SC to MI. He was not helpful in my situation I also contacted the transportation company that Mercedes hired since they were not willing to call the company they hired? He was extremely rude and unprofessional. Keep in mind this whole event was from a well known name of luxury vehicles Mercedes-Benz. Rest assured, my vehicles bumper is still loose on one side and the last response I received from Chad was his apologies but he cannot help me. Horrible service do not purchase a vehicle from Chad or anyone at this dealership they do not care about you.
