The absolute kindness and attention to detail for a walk-in was very comforting. Accommodations were made for my poor health, and at least 6 people were involved finding solutions to a 1993 Buick Custom 3.3L. Decided to get an oil change as well.Driver/passenger door hinge adjustment was performed so quickly, that I had actually driven closer to the building for the convenience of the foreman. Sadly, the service department here is not great. Poor communicators, hard to understand and they have a a “used car salesman” approach to service. Very sales-y but can’t back up what they’re committing. Wishing we had better experiences but they’ve been poor. Switching to CarMax for service issues bc they’re nothing short of fantastic.

While the work was well done, it was an extremely frustrating experience. Simple project! program a new key fob for my 2018 DMC pickup. Order the key fob, and paid for it in advance! waited several months. Was told the programming charge was $130.00. When I went to check out the bill was 143.00!! They added a shop supplies charge! What shop supplies did they need for programming a key fob?? Just a complete ripoff.

I came in to inquire about a vehicle I was interested in buying. I was met outside as I approached the door by a smiling and friendly Anna Joseph. She invited me in to her office and asked me how she could help. I explained to her that I had a vehicle in mind however noticed it was in transit and how I would go about purchasing the vehicle? Anna explained every step and made the whole process so easy I purchased the vehicle on the spot. She then took me through each step and next thing I know I was out the door with a new vehicle. The dealership was even nice enough to allow me to keep my trade in until my new vehicle arrives. Thank you to Anna Joseph and the team for great customer service.

My experience was good and Hunter was a really nice sales person. My only complaint would be that I informed Hunter of the day and time I would be picking up my new vehicle but on the day that I arrived and finished filling out all the paperwork I was informed that my new vehicle had a recall on it and I could not drive off with it until they fixed the recall on Monday. I understand that recalls happen but being that I informed him of when I would be arriving it seems like that’s something that could have been taken care of before I arrived. They did however let me pick a vehicle off the lot as a loaner until my car was ready which was really cool and it helped ease the situation slightly. In the future when a customer informs the dealership their arrival time they should automatically check the customers car for recalls.

Update: I had a leak in the rear window of my Sierra AT4. Even though I purchased the truck elsewhere, they were excellent fixing the issue without any hassle and provided a loaner while they had it. With that said, I have now had the service and buying experiences both remain a positive. That’s rare for many dealers. I just wish they were open on Saturday for my normal preventative maintenance. It’s too difficult to schedule getting there during the week.We’ve had great experience at this dealership. We’ve shopped around a few other dealerships, spent time on their sites trying to work deals without meeting our needs, including one we purchased from recently. Here are Parks, they went to work for us the moment we walked in. John Wesley actually helped us find a better car than we initially came to look at.We appreciate the time and efforts they put in to get us the deal we were looking for.

I had a problem with one of my tires. It was sort of last minute as we were leaving on a trip in the next few days. It was late in the day (about an hour before Service closed), but they said come on by and they would see what they could do.When I arrived, they worked me in quickly, took care of my problem and had me out before closing time. It turned out be be a fairly simple problem, but I didnt know that when I pulled that in. Great folks, great service!

We had a great experience buying our pickup truck from Ed Shockley. His easy-going nature and extensive product knowledge added so much to our decision-making process today.

I was very satisfied with all employees and the entire process with one big exception. The deal was agreed to over text / email because my purchase was from out of state. After driving 2.5 hours to the dealership to finalize the purchase the sales manager decided that the $500 rebate and the interest rate for financing that I was quoted was too good of a deal and removed the $500 rebate from the sale. After spending a week negotiating the sale then driving a long way I wasn’t about to walk away from the purchase. I offered what I thought was a fair compromise after the purchase for a credit towards accessories but he denied the request. Quite simply bad business on his part.

My experience was excellent at the dealer. I had initially spoken with Tyler Laws about my leased 2017 and he encouraged me to bring the car for a pre-end lease inspection and a possible option on a sale going on at that time. He was the only reason I considered turning my leased car earlier than 6/30/21. My appointment was set for 11 AM. When I arrived at the dealership, Olivia Gray happened to be outside and I inquired where was I to go to get the inspection. We went inside and I told her of the situation and I wanted to see whether to lease, buy the 2017 car or buy a new one. She presented me with all three options and did not pressure me either way. The test drive in a 2021 Envision help me make the decision to buy a new car. After able to secure financing, the business manager, Ron was friendly and efficient. I especially loved how I could sign all the documents on the desk screen. Talk about technology! Overall, my experience was delightful and I would definitely recommend Park Buick GMC to my friends and family. Tyler, Olivia and Ron are friendly, personable, professional and definitely expressed teamwork. They all should be employees of the month and year.
