I returned some items. And the I bought a few more. My cashier was very nice and personable.

The associates are nice but they dont have a lot of brands and so your options are very limited.
This Sephora location has a nice selection of beauty products and the store is well organized. However, customer service is lacking at this location. On several occasions, I have visited this location to browse new skincare products and makeup and was profiled. The manager at this location, interrogated me about why I was there, and stood over me as I looked at items. I will not be returning to this location and encourage anyone reading this review to consider shopping at Ulta, located on Evans St in Greenville NC. They carry more products and provide a pleasant shopping experience for guests.

They do NOT accept walk in appointments, although its advertised that they do online. While they are helpful in store, they should correct consultation info online if they have different policies.
Walked in for the first time ever excited, smiled at the cashier and she just looked at me....said nothing and just kept on her conversation with the other customer. No acknowledgement. I then waited to see if she was gonna come over and help me and nothing. Thanks for a first bad experience. Never going back.
Idk reviews here are complaining it doesn’t have more selection and the service is bad. It’s basically a regular Sephora in a jcpenny. Of course it doesn’t have everything a regular sized Sephora does, it’s less than a quarter the size of a stand alone Sephora. Of course the service wait is longer, jcpenny Sephora’s usually only have 2-3 people working unless they are in a high spending area, and Greenville ain’t exactly that.It’s a Sephora and there isn’t a Macy’s in this town.
Cashier was disrespectful... Tried exchanging something i bought the very next day & the CASHIER dropped the top on the floor & acted like the top to the brow pencil wasn’t in the bag so she wouldn’t let me exchange it . It’s a big deal to me when i spent 30$ on a brow pencil !!!! & did i mention she was very disrespectful.
Not impressed with the customer service at all was not cared for was going in to find new products that Ulta didn’t have and I wish I would of never waisted my time
