Very nice friendly staff. Helped us pick out some nice wigs. And they dont let anyone try them on no matter how much they ask. So its sanitary.

I bought an expired semi color hair dye and the helper would not allow me to exchange or get my money back. This hair store is owned by a Chinese and she has underprivileged black women working for her. She dont trust them to do an exchange transaction under $8.00. If it wasnt for all the black women that buy hair from her store. She would be out of business . I only shop there 3 times just for hair color and curling iron. I was never go back again. Horrible customer service .

Straight As usual for me, always find what I want.

I went in to see if they had any nice wigs and any good products for wigs. The employees did not acknowledge me at all. At one point I was looking at a wig and had a question. The ladies had been watching me the entire time I was in the store but as soon as I looked up and started to ask for help they all turned and began acting as though they were doing something. I even heard them talking about me being a guy in there. Very rude and no really good products as far as wigs are concerned. I will not be returning.
