I always find good deals for birthdays or christmas I always buy something for my family and I love that they have a lot to choose from!

Went in and acted an absolute fool. The sales were fabulous, the scents as always were serving me life. I spent $133 and have no guilt whatsoever. Im going to walk around smelling edible thanks to Bath and Body Works Bakerie collection. Yesss maam. Just wait until you burn those candles tho! 😋 pics are a small portion of my haul.

Every body loves this store, cant go wrong, perfect gifts for anybody and for yourself.

Concerning the pandemic the doorkeeper needs to be a little more gentle in tone when asking people if they are together and please remain 6ft apart if you are not. You would think people (customer) would be mindful and cautious and respect the 6 ft social distance of others however they arent. I witnesses 2 people leaving the line because of the approach and tone. We thank B& BW and their workers for they are essential to serving us, but remember to be kind and always displaying excellent customer service especially in times like these.

OH MY GOD!! I HAD SUCH AN AWESOME TIME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT ON YESTERDAY...MY GOODNESS IT SMELLED LIKED PARADISE JUST BY WALKING IN THERE...MY EXPERIENCE THERE WAS AMAZING...I GOT A GREAT DEAL...AND I PICKED OUT SOME GREAT GIFTS FOR MYSELF...YES IT WAS FANTASTIC!!

Theyre doing a great job of keeping the store clean, wiping down after every customer checks out, only allowing a specific number of people in the store at one time. I havent seen any other store in this area do such a good job of social distancing and cleaning. And their staff members are all very helpful and friendly. For all of these things, I gladly give them 5 stars.

I buy a lot of gifts here and I can go into the store and not have to hold my nose now that they dont burn the candles. Staff is great and friendly and helpful. I also like the coupons that come in the mail for free items as they make great Christmas gifts

Lydia the manager was very rude about using a coupon. Not accommondating whatsoever. I have always had such a good experience with Bath and Body works but this was extremely disappointing. Couldnt believe how rude she was.
