I Called there many times (noone answered).Went to see if they could do an alignment but its looked very over runned with stuff to get to door( i have disability was uncomfortable about walking to door). Waited to see if i saw someone, didnt so i just left.They were recommed by nubs in town.

Tried another alignment shop first, that was a mess. Was told I need new ball joints and some type of special tool to align my jeep. Decided to get a second opinion and went to Pro-Align. Im so thankful I did, I didnt have a appointment but the owner was kind enough to work me in, and he was quick about it! The awesome folks at Pro-Align had absolutely no issues nor did I need anything the first place was telling me I needed. Awesome place with awesome people. They are they only ones I will trust to my vehicles to.

Great staff, great service. They do a wonderful job at alignments and any front end work all for a great deal. I came in because of a new front end issue and they were glad to take a look at it for me. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a alignment

Slowest workers Ive ever seen in my life. Dont recommend at all unless you have 3 hours to wait on your wheels to get balanced while being the only person in the shop

We have been using Pro align for years. They take the correct approach at vehicle alignment. If they cant do it the right way they wont do it. Bobby takes great pride in his work and the product they put out. HIGHLY recommend

These guys deserve some recognition for sure, I went in for an alignment about a month ago because my car sounded strange and was pulling to the right... They not only fixed the problem and straightened my alignment, they actually saw a few other things that werent tightened all the way and fixed it for me at no extra cost!! These guys are great!! The alignment was just a little more money than I was expecting, but after being taken care of like that I definitely see why, Ill continue to do business with these guys whenever I need work done that I cant do myself! Thanks guys!!

This is an excellent place. The people are courteous and informative. They check all aspects of your suspension and let you know of any problems or things that might be a future problem. You can trust that you know of problems with suspension and your vehicle is good as new or as good as it can be when they finish with it.NOTE Because of quality work, be there at 7:30am waiting or be prepared to wait or drop off your vehicle. Price wise they are not the cheapest but you get the best quality work. They do 3/4 ton extended, crew cab long bed 4x4 to semi alignments and suspension. Farm vehicles too like grain trucks.

I have taken my lifted 4x4 to this shop for about 4 years now. They always make sure to let me know if something needs to be fixed prior to the alignment, regardless of who is going to do the work and ensuring I dont waste money on an alignment that will not hold.I would recommend these guys 5 out of 5 times.

They did an excellent job putting in my rack, power steering pump, cv axle, control arms, and tie rod ends. They aligned it when they finished. My car drives great!

I bought tires March 13 from Discount Tire, and took it to get aligned right after tires were put on. I took the car back twice that same day after the alignment was completed because the car was swaying/swerving left to right. The first time he blamed the road, the second time he blamed my shocks and said the alignment was good. I been driving to and from work for 3 weeks assuming the alignment was done correctly. I took it to another alignment shop and was told my trailing arm bushings were bad (which explains the swaying) and that pro align should have caught it because you cant do a proper alignment with bad bushings. When i took my car back he said he doesnt warranty lowered vehicles and said its written all over the walls in his business. When I noticed it wasnt written anywhere I tried to take a picture of the papers, which he stepped in front of and told me I couldnt take pictures in his business. He told me I could take him to court, that people have taken him before and hes always won. He put my car on his rack to check alignment for his records (for court, which I allowed) and he apologized saying he should have caught that my camber and toe was way off the first time, but said because the rubber in the bushings are still there the bushings are good (rubber can still be there but worn, so thays incorrect). Even after admitting he didnt catch my camber being off, he refused to get me two new tires. He did however refund my alignment fee. Still not happy, im out two tires. Sorry long rant but hopefully you wont go here and lose out like I did. The tires werent just slightly worn (if they were I wouldnt make a big deal, we are all human and make mistakes) they were completely worn on the inside approximately one inch on both rear tires, to the point theyre unsafe to drive on now. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Absolutely superior service by experienced and knowledgable personnel that provided excellent recommendations for a cost effective solution implemented by competent technicians. I will return in a heartbeat if I have a problem in the future.

This IS the BEST and ONLY place to go!!! I Highly recommend!! I went to NTB for tires (Horrible decision btw) I was told by NTB I needed some front end work that would cost $1800 and I needed it right then! I told them I would have Pro Align look at my car first BEST Decision I made!! Bobby Deaton is the Nicest guy he looked at my car gave me a quote of $895 FOR THE SAME EXACT WORK!! He had my car done the same day and didn’t treat me different just because I’m a woman (like most places try to do) He explained and showed me everything that was wrong! Can’t say enough great things!! Oh and he had his dog at work so Bonus points for being an animal lover!!

Allways parts breaking

Actully more like 2 fingers upBrought my truck in and the mechanic put in the wrong size ball joints and tryed to accommodate by using washers!!!While driving thinking the THUD THUD THUD THUD THUD was the brake caliper to take it to a mechanic here in Dallas to find out the washers and the wrong size ball joints was used we just spent the same amount of money fixing what you messed up that you charged us $900 for and we couldnt bring it all the way back to Greenville because it would have never made it I appreciate all your help
