Beverly was the best associate in any retail store I’ve been in, in a very long time. Talk about an asset to the company! Amazing experience.

Beverly is hands down the BEST! She’s always so helpful, and honestly every person who works at this location goes above and beyond to give you the best experience. I absolutely love the store and they have the best selection. The staff is super helpful but do not make you feel pressured, which takes true talent in such a small space. The store is always well stocked and the displays are meticulously well kept. I shop here regularly and will continue to do so because of the wonderful staff and the amazing, high quality selection! If corporate reads this, please know that the people working at this location represent your company exceptionally well! Oh, and corporate the Musak is terrible, no one wants to get their boogie woogie on in a candle store. Especially not if they are as clumsy as I am. 😬

I recently moved here from Chicago. I decided to shop at yankee candle after leaving Bath & Body works they were within walking distance. I was not only watched but the store associate stood next to me while I was in line until I paid for my items. I will definitely remember not to shop this store again. I will drive out of my way to go to another store or continue shopping online. The only reason I gave 2 stars is due to the sale they had at the time

Beverly is the best. She knows my favorite scent is retired. And every time she gets one in or a similar scent she calls. She is THE greatest.

Ive been shopping at Yankee Candle for 6 years. Sometimes I shop online but most of the time Ill go into the store. Just recently moved down here and the first time I went into the store I have had the worst experience customer wise. The manager was completely rude, constantly rolled her eyes at me, sassy, and was annoyed at my presence. I was nothing but completely respectful towards her, but she wanted nothing to do with me. The rest of her staff was really helpful and nice. They even apologized for their managers Behavior saying Im sorry, shes just having a bad day. I have worked in retail all my life, I dont care if youre having the worst day of your life, you leave that attitude at the door and treat every customer with respect. I have even called the district manager to tell her about how rude the Manager was. She said she would talk to her about it and said sorry. Im not sure if the district manager or even talked to the manager or if anything was done. Other than that, the store is clean and very well organized. I just wont go into that store unless I have absolutely have to. I would rather shop online then get an attitude from a manager who should know otherwise.

Store Associate didnt acknowledge my daughter and I when we walked in the door. Instead she was using the store phone for a personal call where she was bad mouthing other employees. My daughters and I usually have a great experience at this store but I was appalled by the lack of customer service. I buy candles every season, at least 6 candles at a time and have been treated well. I shop there so frequently I get seasonal coupons that give me great discounts. Today I guess I came on the wrong day. The manager wasnt any better. We were ignored by her as well. Must be new management! Wont be going back to that store again, I will order online.

My wife Hellen just called me and said she went to buy something and they would not honor their own price that was on it and instead tried to negotiate it at the register. It wasnt wildly different, about three bucks, but his attitude annoyed her so much she didnt buy it.

I would give zero stars but I can’t. They have deceiving signs on, they say everything in the store is buy 3 get 3 free and is not true. The staff was super rude, and customer service sucks they don’t care about the customers. Worst experience ever. Would never buy their candles again. The employees were telling everyone in the store about the sale, and when u got to the registered they would hit you with the full price.

I love a good candle, and when you walk in this store you can just smell the lovely candles in there. Nice staff that quickly helps.

Just give me 1 candle of each variety and I would be happy for life! Love these candles!
