Mark took great care of us. So far so good. Mark gave us a thorough assessment of repair costs. Even provided an itemized list of repairs. We have a good feeling about this place. The parts will not arrive for three months due to the shipping crisis(not their fault). Will update with after photos when the work has been completed.

01/04/2021: 9:00am I turned my car over to this place.02/09/2021: (today) they still have my car stating that they are waiting on a plastic cover to ship from Nissan. I have been given 5 different ship dates, but to this very day it has yet to be delivered.The 2nd star is that they did give me a loaner on week 4 because I turned my rental car in. I didn’t think that it was going to take over a month to repair the minor damage that was done to my car.2/11/2021: the part still has not made it in. I had a nightmare last. I called Chip for an update and he says, “ma’am we are hoping to get the part in before the NEW YEAR 😬- just got an update from Chip! The part finally came in today 🎉

Great work and great customer service. I mostly dealt with Becky throughout the repairs and she is great! She kept me up to date with the process and is awesome to talk to. My car came out looking shiny and new. Highly recommend!

It was an odd experience. We had (almost) $16,00 worth of damage to our 2015 Toyota highlander. When they brought it out, the new paint was literally orange pealed and the entire opposite side of the car had not even been wiped down. Ive seen a better paint job from Maaco.....and thats saying something. How do people who do this for a living bring out a vehicle like that and say its done? I just got a really bad vibe and dont trust them. Im going to take it to the Toyota dealership to make sure they even replaced all parts with genuine Toyota parts as they promised (I will not be shocked if they didnt)They did keep it another day and buff the paint job. But you can still see blemishes in their paint job. Just disappointed in $16,000 worth of work. Will never go back and certainly never recommend.

Job well done, above and beyond expectations; from Chris helping identify & solve the problem to the entire team in the garage working to keep my CRV protected so I could take it out of town before starting the body work. I received a phone call letting me know how the progress was coming along, and given a correct finish date. The staff inside the office when I checked in and out were caring and seemed to take pride & enjoy their work. Our CRV looks awesome. This was by far our best experience with Honda, thank you!

Acura RDX was rear ended, 2017, bumper and muffler had to be replaced. Seems that they did a excellent job. Shouldnt you expect that from dealership?

I just recently came away from Breakaway Collision with an excellent experience. My wifes car had to have its bumper cover replaced and they could not have been anymore helpful or respectful of our time and situation. Initially, they thought it could take up to 3 days at a maximum to get the part and replace it. However, after only one day, they had it all fixed up and it was good to go! They were very customer service oriented and it clearly showed. I would highly recommend.

Car took twice as long to be finished than initially stated. Hard to get a call back at times, promises made and not kept. There was a piece in the wheelWell that was not right and the manager Ken said he’s call me back to fix and I have yet to hear back. I honestly can’t remember a time I had such a horrible experience with a business.

Took a new car in for scratches on the hood and on the side quarter panel. When I picked it up there was compound EVERYWHERE... in all crevices, all over the paint a,on the interior,a new dent on the passenger side went back to get it fixed ended up with several scratches in paint. Gave them a punch list of what was going on, was promised they would take care of it. NOT!!! Three times its supposed to be a charm but it wasnt! To top it off I notice theres a grinding Mark deep UNDER the paint, they just covered it with paint and left it like its a tattoo!!! VERY BAD WORK!!!!

I called on Breakaway Collision When my new Chevy Silverado was pounded by a bad hail storm one evening. I had just got the truck a month before and was crushed by how bad it looked after the storm, and was afraid it would never look like new again. But, I was wrong! Chip and his team did an outstanding job fixing my truck back to “like new” condition. Everything they did was flawless. I even wanted a bed liner put in, because when I got the truck it did not have one and Chip ordered one and his team dropped it in perfectly. I am someone who really takes good care of my vehicle and someone you would want to buy a used car from and they went far above expectations. If you are needing work done on your car ask for Chip!

They had my truck for almost 8 weeks. Id continually receive voicemails telling me my truck was ready, only to be called back the next day with more work. This happened 3 times for 3 weeks!! Because of Breakaway collision, I ended up spending an extra $450 on a rental car! Proceed with caution. Schedule is not important to them!! They dont care. Over the last 3 weeks Ive also noticed several items that were not fully fixed and/or broken after I received it back. When I call, they give me the run around. Be cautious! I wouldnt let then change my oil after knowing what I know now.

I had a really good experience here. They handled my insurance claim and made it easy. Even had a rental company waiting the morning I brought the car in. The paint and body work done was very good. They made my car look like nothing had ever happened to it. I went over it with a very scrutinizing eye as well. Very thankful.

My car was there for over 3 weeks and completely repaired on the outside, however the lights on the dashboard (think Christmas tree) told the real story. After 6 grand worth of repairs that never should have happened the insurance finally totaled the vehicle.

I wish there was an option for no stars, because thats exactly what you would get none. Your poor customer service front counter staff is more concerned about the weekend than our vehicle. The lies, and poor repair skills should be recognized by all. Chris you should definitely go work for Burger King, because instead of doing your job, you would rather lie and say our car is ready and it sounds like a tow truck. Stop lying and get it done.

I brought my car to Breakaway because it seemed convenient and I have a Honda. I LOVE them. From the very first interaction every single person I spoke with was informative and kind. I cannot put into words how grateful I was to have Becky helping me out with everything. I had a terrible experience with the other driver’s insurance through Allstate and Becky was in my corner the whole time making sure that no corners were cut and that I got my car back in top shape. I am going on a camping trip this weekend and I was hoping my car would be done in time and they accommodated me and allowed me to get it in time, earlier than I thought it would be. I would recommend them to anyone. 10/10

I brought my Lexus LX here after the front of my car was hit. They repaired / repainted my front bumper.I was told that a portion of the paint can not be warrantied because there was prior work done and the paint my not adhere well. I agreed.5 months later, the paint isn’t adhering in many locations. I was involved in another accident, which resulted in paint cracking on the front bumper. The cracked paint revealed my old paint underneath the new paint that Breakaway had installed, even though they “sanded the old paint away.”AKA I don’t feel like they do quality work. I shouldn’t haven’t trusted them with my Lexus. I spoke to them about my disappointment with the work done, and they were very defensive and wanted to argue about what they told me.If you love your car and want the best job done, find somewhere else.

Chris the USAA adjuster and the Breakaway team far exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication through the entire process and superb repair work. Good as new when they were done. Exceptional customer service, really happy with the way I was treated and how my vehicle turned out. Ive had two (not at fault) accidents this year and trusted my car in their hands both times. At one point, my insurance company failed to return my phone call in regards to getting an extension with the rental vehicle. Breakaway offered to pay out of pocket for the extra day without asking for me to reimburse them, knowing there was a chance my insurance company might not either. It all worked out in the end but just the fact they offered was awesome.

They have those bigger Legos in the waiting room and give good car estimates.

It is hard to give automotive repair shops a 5 Star rating, but Breakaway Honda Collision Center earns this one. They did a fantastic job repairing and finishing my Toyota Tundra truck that was damaged from a rear end collision. Very Professional and kept me updated. They cleaned inside and out, even washed and waxed the truck! Thanks!

Doing repairs to an automobile of mine. We have travelers insurance so there is a rep on site and Collision center offers a free rental. If you do not have rental insurance and have an automobile that will require a lot of work to be performed you will like this service.

That did an amazing job on the body repair and paint. Returned the car smelling and looking like new. Cleaned the whole thing inside and out. My only complaint was that they broke my key fob for my Toyota Prius and wouldnt fix it. Wouldnt have been a big deal except it costs $300 for a new one for that car.

They have repaired my vehicles before and done a wonderful job.I was there the other day for a quote on new repairs when the ladies working the front reception area were incessantly complaining about customers calling in checking on their vehicles. I understand that some people are impatient but you need to keep that chatter behind closed doors.

Too longer with my car than they said they will have it. Had to pay more for my rental because of it and was reimbursed. Things that was messed up with my car after they finished with it. Back window tint has air bubbles all in it and it had to be from something that done. Inside door arm rest had cracks in it that also wasnt there. Something knocking on driver side front wheel. Angel hanging in car broken and was glued back together. I trusted them because of there rating out of all of then other places I could have taking my car and they disappointed me and let me down. All they wanted was that insurance money. Never again.

They have had my car for over a week now. I have called for the last 4 days asking for an update on where they are in the process of repairing it and cant get anyone to return my car. This is very poor customer service and bad business practice. I would not recommend doing business with them.

Brought car in after hitting a deer, was told car was ready and only half of the damage was repaired. Along with that, my car began sputtering and throwing a check engine light. I was told I needed an oil change(oil changed under 2000 miles prior) and that was the problem(it wasn’t) now I’m having to use my extended warranty to have misfire fixed a problem that never occured until it entered the body shop. So now I’ve been without a car for 2 weeks and about to be out another 100 dollars and at least another week without a car. Would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy.

Terrible communication!! They took two months to fix my car which when i went to pick it up it wasnt ready. It had a busted tail light, it was making noices when i test drove the car and they told me it was rusty... that i should drive my car around and see if it goes away...i was patient and understanding. My car was still making noises so i took it back and then they found out that under my wheel and rim, it was bent in. How did they not see that the first time they supposedly did the alignment!? Well then it took them a month just to fix. Which overpass the days of my rental that i did NOT get reimbursed! And they scratched my window tint which they didnt even bother to put the same type, it doesnt even match and they didnt reimburse me either!! My car shouldnt have took this long. It was only parked on the side of the road in downtown and someone sideswipe me. If anybody is paying for hondas mistakes it doesnt need to be me, when i wasnt the one who caused the accident. This place has terrible customer service and i wasted hours at the office waiting on them to fix things that they should of checked before i got there.

The staff there are so kind and most of them seem to genuinely care about you and your experience.

We certainly enjoyed the service shown especially Chipwho was there from the beginning to the end of making our car care the greatest experience!

I had a the front end of my vehicle replaced about 3 years ago after hitting a deer and they did a great job. I am about to take it back at the end of the month to have the rear end replaced after an accident.

Took 29 days to get my car back after someone backed into me in a drive-thru, and its still not fixed properly. The bumper, fenders, and hood are horribly misaligned, and whole parts were left out or off. Have been 3 times total now, and waiting on my 4th visit which will be my final visit one way or another. And they try to talk to you as if youre clueless about your own vehicle

They went above and beyond our expiration. The front of our car was damaged in a wreck. They repaired the damages. The car looks brand new.

Did a HORRIBLE job. No panels line up right, paint does not match, and multiple problems with the vehicle immediately after their repairs. And, it still took longer than they said. The car was delivered dirty, they clearly abused my vehicle while in their possession. The truck looks horrible; they did a very shoddy job. AVOID BREAKAWAY BODY SHOP. Apparently they got their name because your car will Break apart after they repair it. As another reviewer said, it may look OK when they present it to you, but as soon as you inspect it youll see all the little things they did poorly or forgot (or too lazy) to do. DO NOT USE BREAKAWAY BODY SHOP.
