I arrived early and they were even able to get it in a little bit early when thet didnt have to.

I scheduled my oil change/tire rotation on line during Christmas. Once I arrived at the dealership I was advised the on-line app to schedule appointments did not work so I didnt have an appointment! A young mechanic, present during this conversation, stated he had time to get me in right now. I had taken off work for this and Im very grateful for his willingness to get me in. He had the work done and me out in no time at all.

We had an issue with the power steering on our 08 CTS . I wasnt sure what was wrong but I talked to Justin in parts & he said that he figured they could help me so he had Gabe the service manager talk to me as well. Gabe was good enough to work us in the same morning & a few hours later called & said it was done. There was a code in the BCM . They updated a program & so far so good . It cost less than 1/2 of what I expected to pay. Hittles have always done me & my family right. We have been buying new & used cars from them for about 30 years.

A heater hose broke in my truck, was told two weeks to work on it, so I had it towed there (other places booked out further). Then they called a week early said here is the estimate, always appreciated, and then fixed it! Cant beat that!
