Great service for your money!!
I just bought a RAM 1500 and couldnt be happier. Corrie Bland was my salesperson and Chris Smith worked with us for the financing and paperwork. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We were looking at new trucks, but I could afford a much nicer used truck with just a few miles. I am sure that I will be happier with the truck that we purchased. There was never a hard sell or high pressure moment in the entire process. We had all the numbers in place for the new truck and I asked if we could look at one of the used ones, just to see how it would compare. Corrie was only interested in making sure that I was getting the truck that I wanted and needed. I will be a customer for a long time to come!
Highly disappointed. We were so excited at first. We had found our truck. Had our financing in order. Called ahead to make sure it was available and was told it was but the owner had been driving it. I said no problem, were a couple hours away. Was told they would have it ready to view when we got there. We drove over and arrived to find a dirty truck filled with personal belongings. Im sorry that we feel its entirely unprofessional to present a $75,000 vehicle to someone without bothering to clean it out. They had 2 hour notice and yes they did tell us it was being used but they did not reveal the extent to which it was being used and still trying to sell as new. Expected a lot more from a place with such good reviews. The owner needs to do better. Have some class man.
First person I spoke with very nice the second was snarky and very rude when I made an offer. Not saying not to deal with them but just an FYI if you want to make an offer this is not the place and I quote “ we are in the business of making money.”
Keeping it real! No smart pitches showed me the vehicles I was interested in, knew the teachers and when he didnt, he found the person with the answer! Found the perfect car for me.
My wife, and I had an awesome experience with Dave Davis East Carolina Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat. Salesman Joe Strano has many years of experience, and is a great guy to do business with. Operations Manager Matt Thurston, Vice President Chip Davis, and the rest of the staff are also great to deal with, and everyone greets you when they walk by. They are very professional, treat you like family, and treat you right. They do what they do best, and that’s work hard to get you into the vehicle you deserve. If you know what you are looking for but don’t know what you can afford, they will see where you qualify. It has been a pleasure working with them. My wife, and I will definitely be returning customer. I highly recommend this dealership, and staff to anyone. Friends, and coworkers have seen what I purchased, and first thing they did after checking out the truck is take a picture of the decal, and say “I will definitely be going there for my next truck”. I have purchased plenty of vehicles in the past from other dealers, and the 1st thing I always did when I got home was remove the dealer name from the back, and license plate frames (front, and back) due to the experience I received, I am proud to leave their license plate frame on the truck, and sticker on the tailgate to advertise for them, and let everyone see where I got it from. I’ve only had the truck for 1 day, and I have been asked by quite a few people I have never met “that is a nice truck, where did you get that truck from?”, and my reply was “East Carolina Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat of Greenville, NC”. I have been to other Ram dealers near me but they didn’t treat me like East Carolina did, and that’s why I purchased a truck from them. If your looking for the right dealer, then don’t look any further, stop on by, and get your vehicle/next vehicle from here.
