Traveling from out of state and I came to this dealership for tire replacement. My tire blew out on the expressway. I have full tire replacement coverage. My insurance will cover all costs. However Mike from service said they only except GM warranties. I was told I needed to figure out reimbursement on my own. It’s a simple phone call to verify the tire needs to be repaired and they provide a credit card to cover all costs. Mike told me it is not what they do and I had to pay upfront and get reimbursed on my own. Definitely not great customer service! And its unfortunate because I have a 2nd home in the area and I would have used them for service and future purchase of a Cadillac. I have been a loyal Cadillac customer for 18yrs!
Buying a car is one of the most stressful experiences for me i mentioned this to the salesman and Jon made the experience so much easier for me. He had the bottom line price available for me to see and gave me the generous instant rebate and employee price. I bought a 2021 Spark and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was and had a great feel to driving it. Rear camera and blue tooth for the price was appreciated. Love my new car and cant believe how nice it is for the cost. Also want to thank Jon and others I encountered at the dealership for being so laid back in their approach.
Wouldnt fix my flat tire unless I bought my tire from them, but they didnt have my tire in stock.
Had my XT5 serviced today. Rear taillight wasnt working . With no appointment I Dropped it off with Ryan at 9AM and before you know I got a text message it was ready. Really appricate the great service and Ryan Dunlap squeezing me in and getting the job done.
If you guys are planning to buy Cadillac please do not see “Ken Bowers”. He is the most rude salesperson i met today. He showed us a car but he personally had very less knowledge about the car. After when we sat down in his office to do the pricing he was talking rudely with us... and in the middle of the conversation he walked away. He is the most unprofessional salesperson they have. And if you are trading your vehicle with them they will give you very less value for your vehicle. They say Kelly Blue Book is fake and they don’t consider it. Worst dealership experience of all time!

Bought an Escalade there in 2017 and have been delighted with the car and with the folks at KW. Sally Berry was our salesperson and she has helped us numerous times after the sale to understand the electronics and other systems. Mike Mauro has been our support guy for everything else with oil changes, warranty matters, tire rotation and all other matters. Ill shop here again and highly recommend this dealership for Cadillac products. The great service and support are outstanding.

I only give 3 stars because the salesperson actually gave us all the info we needed to make an offer on a new 2020 Premium Luxury XT5. I wanted to give MINUS stars because, after making an offer, the salesperson never called us back. NEVER. How rude. The car was sold 2 days later, but I had no idea it would be sold as the salesperson was supposed to talk to Pete and let us know. I vote FAIL for this dealership and this salesperson and will not visit there ever again.
I drove there today to look at a 2021 Escalade. They had one out front on display. The sales person told me it was sold. I asked if he could open it so I could just look inside and he told me no it was sold very rudely. Very poor customer service and a waste of a drive.

Sally Farrell is the reason I wanted a Cadillac, stop in to look while car was in for repair at Chevrolet dealership next door, she took time to explain to me the loaner while car in for repair. When it was time for another vehicle I knew what I wanted. Ive never been treated so well by a salesperson and she made sure I knew how to work all the bells and whistles, even checked on me the day after leaving the dealership. I love my first Cadillac 2018 XT5.

This was my first servicing of a Cadillac that I purchased used from another dealer. The folks in the service department not only serviced the car and performed the service required by a recall, but also took the time to teach me how to use some of the features that the other dealer did not.
I am a disabled Veteran, how disabled you may ask, well we took delivery of our 2017 XT5 on October 27, 2016 and as of a few days ago the mileage was 2,752 miles, that is not a typo under 3,000 miles in 30 months. I was exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam when I was aboard Swift Boats. Since my May 2013 spine surgery my daily pain is so bad that even on strong pain medication I am unable to attend church because I can only sit in the pew for 15 minutes and then the back pain gets too much for me. I am physically unable to attend any meetings, functions, or reunions in the many military organizations that I am a member of. When I had the Cadillac in for the first oil/filter change Mr. Mauro noticed that I was in some pain and that I had my Vietnam Veteran jacket on so he thanked me for my service and mentioned that he would be praying for me. Since then Mr. Mauro has assisted me in getting the required service done on our Cadillac by driving to our home on his way to work, picking up our Cadillac, driving it to work to get the required service done, and then delivering it back to our home to get in his vehicle to go home. That is customer service that should not go unnoticed by General Motors Senior Management! It is customer service like this that makes the General Motors Corporation a noticeable standout above all other vehicle companies and customer service that should be rewarded by the corporation. Thanks to Mr. Mauro I do not have to endure the pain for 1 to 1.5 hours waiting for the service to be completed.At 75 years old our 2017 XT5 will probably be our last purchased vehicle due to my age and poor health but I will be proud to say that a General Motors vehicle was my first a 1955 Chevrolet and a 2017 Cadillac XT5 vehicle was my last spanning 59 years of purchasing a vehicle.
