I have purchased two vehicles from EchoPark and the people at the dealership have always been extra accommodating and helpful. The process is streamlined and quick. Waiting at other dealerships has always felt stressful to me. My experience at EchoPark has been much different. The sales people are friendly and make every effort to make sure they are prepared so customers dont have to spend a lot of time waiting. Enjoyed a great experience with the Greenville team. My initial contact was with Jesse, who provided all the details necessary and used a consultative approach as a sales technique. There was zero pressure to come to the showroom and take a test drive, or to purchase the car right that minute. Truly professional. He provided an out the door price and emailed it to me, including all applicable taxes.I conducted some research about Echo Park and on similar vehicles (Lexus IS300) in the area, and the price offered by the Echo Park team could not be beat.I purchased the vehicle, and it needed to be delivered from their Tennessee location to Greenville. The vehicle arrived on the day and time that it was promised, and they detailed it prior to me taking possession. As I had not yet physically driven the car, they gave me the keys and said to take it for a ride, and if I didnt want it for any reason, I could just walk away, no questions asked. Well, the car did not disappoint and delivered exactly as expected. I did finance a part of the price, and the paperwork was ready and waiting for me when I arrived to pick up the car. (also, they provided a very fair price for my trade). All in all, the entire process took under an hour.There were no hidden fees or surprises, and the quoted price was firm and solid.This is the type of experience (no stress) that every car seller should employ. Where do I begin, with how absolutely unprofessional and difficult this company is to work with.1. They were short paying off my car by $351.84 and are unwilling to correct their mistake. It has been 2 months and although I have documented proof they refuse to fulfill their financial obligation.2. We agreed in writing that they would have a dent in the door fixed. They have not done so and are not returning my calls or emails.3. They did after 2 months finally send the jack they promised. I would rather they pay off the vehicle I traded in as agreed upon. This place is awesome! I was a little skeptical about buying a car online, but had a great experience. The first SUV that was shipped wasn’t as represented. I think it was a over sight on the part of the person checking it out. It appeared it had been painted. The paint was run on the passenger front fender. EchoPark didn’t hole me to that vehicle and I was told to call for a refund or I could order another vehicle, which I did. The 2nd SUV shipped and it was immaculate! The only positive thing about this experience was the price of the vehicle. It was a good price.The customer service is comically bad. My impression is that nobody is paid on commission, so there is no incentive to help the customer close the deal. And once I reserved the car for pickup, it was basically impossible to speak with anyone. They have a text system, but it is unreliable.No internal communication between employees. So nobody seemed to know the information I provided the previous person.Oh, and even though the prices are set, the employee at the physical location still gave the old “we’re losing money on this deal!” No, you aren’t.After it’s all said and done, I wouldn’t recommend EchoPark. Stick with your local dealership.Ps: At no point did anyone from EchoPark ask about my experience. They just sent me a link asking me to post a review. Fail, EchoPark. You could have redeemed yourself prior to asking me to put you on blast.

I have bought 2 cars this year from Echopark, a Toyota Camry and a Nissan Pathfinder, and I feel like I got at least $2,000. to $3,000 off of what I would normally pay. Both are great cars. I bought from Jesse and from Austin, they both did a great job of coordinating the purchase of the car. The Greenville delivery center did a great job of making the test drive and paperwork fast and easy. I do think the communication for the post-closing for the car tax and license plate could be better plus I am having to wait 3-4 weeks for a refund (since my trade-in was worth more than my purchase), otherwise all was excellent. I highly recommend Echopark Greenville.

I thought I did well by choosing to purchase from EPG but turns out I’m wrong. I purchased in February and have been given the run around regarding my tag for two months. I purchased out of state and was told that my county’s tag center processes slow when I fact EPG sent my paperwork to the wrong county tag office despite the paperwork saying the correct county. So on the day the tag expired, Mike had to send me another temporary tag. When I called, he played the blame game and made it seem like it was nothing. Not to mention, they’ve asked for my license twice. Now we’re here, two months later after purchase and 1 month since temporary tag was sent and still no regular tag and they’re telling me that I have to check to the title department myself. I did my part in what they needed but they haven’t done theirs. The second temporary tag expires tomorrow and I still don’t have anything.This is my first time purchasing a car and I hate I even did it. This has put a bad taste in my mouth for Echo Park. Whether they care or not, I will never choose to purchase from them again and/or suggest anyone to purchase from them.

I found Echo Park online and their website was very user friendly. I was able to find the right car for me. Brandon Elliot, the salesperson, did an excellent job walking me through the details of each vehicle in which I had an interest. He spent a lot of time with me making sure I was comfortable with my selection. When I got to the Greenville pick-up location, my car was right up front and it was so clean and looked wonderful! Jeffy Awad was my experience coach and she did a fantastic job. She was very personable and I really enjoyed the test-drive with her. Even though she was new on the job, I could tell she had been trained wonderfully and she was very competent at her job. She made my experience very enjoyable. I was able to interact with several of the employees and they were all really cool people. I got a great car at a great price and I would recommend Echo Park to anyone looking for the same!

Great place to buy a car

We are still waiting on our license plate. Purchased a truck on March 10, 2021 from the Greenville, SC location. We followed the directions EXACTLY as we were told when we signed the paperwork (pay property taxes, send in via email and a tag would be requested immediately). Our first temporary tag expired 45 days later and was renewed. We were told there was a title issue in Texas and it would be handled right away. Here it is 75 days later and we are still waiting on a tag and Echopark refuses to return phone calls or emails. The DMV has no record of any paperwork being turned in. Will NEVER do business with Echopark again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone.Update, after posting this review, EchoPark contacted us and we received our tag within a couple days. It’s sad that it took a review to get them to do their job properly.

Hands down the best car buying experience! I dealt with TJ out of Charlotte first and got the pricing done over the phone. My car was then in the very capable hands of Mike and Randy who kept me posted on delivery status and arrival time. It was a 3 1/2 hour ride but, well worth it for the price and the ease of the whole process. No hidden numbers. No pushiness. My wife and I spent 2-3 months looking for a one year old vehicle that was in great shape and had all of the features we were looking for. I called and spoke with Dave. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. I did all of my paperwork over the computer and got everything ready to execute once I checked out the vehicle. The next day I drove to Greenville from Atlanta. The vehicle was clean and ready for me to test drive it. Everything went as expected and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Ive bought several vehicles in my life and this one was by far my easiest and most pleasant experience. I will certainly be using them again in the future! I purchased a vehicle from this company in early January. I have still not received the license plates or vehicle registration although I paid for them at the time of sale. I have been given the runaround and have been met with excuse after excuse. I was told that I had completed all necessary steps on my side the day of purchase and each time I text someone I am given more things to do. I cannot reach anyone in person or by phone/email. They are only texting me back when I text repeatedly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very easy transaction. Saw the vehicle online. Called the Greenville office. The vehicle was in Charlotte. They delivered the vehicle to Greenville from Charlotte within a few hours at no charge. They gave me more for my trade-in than I expected, and the vehicle I bought was at least $5,000 less than everywhere else I had looked for a comparable vehicle. Its a no-nonsense, professional business. Highly recommended.
