They are nice till u get a car from them. A lady named Zoey told me my balance due was 250 something last week. Then I make my payment. Then this week I made my payment of 127 and some change last night but woke up today with a club on my car. I called and Jamie said I owed 22 and some change from the week before. Then she was yelling while telling me this and how I owe this. This place is a joke I wished I would of never came here.

Went to get a vehicle from these peopleAndThey told me if anything Changed with my employment to let them know they immediately came got the car I ran a Carfax on the car and it was never in a wreck that they said but as a different back door and different parts on the motor

I had wonderful service and l got a quality vehicle in a very short time. I have used this company before and really do appreciate their services .

Not happy about 2 vehicles being brought to dealer from 2 other lots & neither 1 was ready or able to be sold. Spent over 2 days trying to get a vehicle & was sent junk vehicles that werent ready or couldnt legally be sold at the time. The staff at the Greenville lot were very understanding and helpful in the process. Just very disappointed and unhappy about the experience with the vehicles from the other 2 dealership (Ft Wayne, IN & Springfield, OH) sending unsellable vehicles and wasting everyones time.

Still have not received title. Vehicle is paid off. Terrible treatment from Jamie on the phone. Was Hung up on. Very bad attitude. Corporate had not returned any emails or calls either. Paid off since August 2019.

All around happy with purchase. Vehicle has issues, but what cars don’t. Buy here pay here you get what you pay for. Service from purchase has been great. Payments and down payment has been good not great but will work with anyone who can afford to pay for a good vehicle.

Not impressed, when I went in to purchase my car they seemed promising. Within two days of purchasing the car the brake light comes on. Granted they did pay for the part and mechanic, but was sent to a crappy mechanic. Now they cant get my payments set up properly. If I didnt have a contract with them Id end up returning the car!!! Im fed up!!
