I went to SVG this past weekend just to say out my options before I go out and spend the money on a new car. It all started out great and even got to test drive a really nice SUV. However, I expressed several times that I wasn’t interested in buying a car right then and there & I felt like I wasn’t being heard. I felt like I was being pressured to take this car off the lot & I was feeling very uncomfortable and under a lot of pressure to the point I was driven to tears when I left. I know that they just wanted me to get the car but I hated feeling like I was obligated to do so right then and there. Thank god for Chancler who was able to get me out of this uncomfortable situation and even gave me tips on how to build my credit so I could come back feeling better about taking a car off the lot. Everyone only had the best intentions for me but I couldn’t help but to feel the way I did.

Logan was a great help! He was not pushy- he was very honest and worked with us to find exactly what we wanted and what we could afford. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family!

Horrible experience, came out and told me I qualified for a cosigner and when i told them thats it not an option they kept pressuring and i told them no and then they belittled me for actually shopping around for cars and getting the best deal then proceeded to tell me that its not a good idea because soft pulls domt exist well sorry if i take the adivce of 3 reputable credit companies over the word of 21 year old sales man and then they had the audacity to ask if my grandparents would cosign thats when I left. I wasnt going to write a negative review till they decided to call me today asking if I found a cosigner... I dont know how much clearer I could have been.
