I purchased an aftermarket stereo that I intended on installing myself. I didnt realize how much wiring in vehicles has changed over the last 30 years. I called the guys at Auto Audio and they walked me through what I needed to get the project done. I was so impressed with the gentlemans knowledge that I went ahead and paid them to do the installation. They had the best installation price in town, and they had my truck ready within a few hours. The unit looks like it was made for the car and they framed it in perfectly. Whats more, I was prepared to pay much more for the installation but they ended up not needing the more expensive wiring harness, so I actually paid $100 less than what I thought. If this were not an honest business, they could have charged me the extra $100 and not told me. I highly recommend this group of gentlemen! I have another car Im about to upgrade and I wont even try and do it myself, I will take it directly to Auto Audio for the install!

Pretty disreputable business. They installed a radio in my sister’s car, did a terrible job, and then didn’t show up to the appointment we had scheduled to fix it. Wouldn’t recommend going here under any circumstances.

I paid over $300 just for them to put a screen in I already purchased! I don’t know if that is to much but seems like it to me! Also when I got in my car there were pieces of cut off wires all over my car that I had just cleaned not to mention they were stuck down in the cracks so I had to go vaccine them out.

Got a stereo put in my Jeep broke all the tree clips don’t bother to replace the tweeters were hot glued in broke the clips for those too. The rear speakers didn’t have power when we left. Mix matched speakers. Lied about what speakers they put in there.

A wk before Christmas I purchased a radio for my truck not to say that my speaker would have not went out anyway but they where fine until I went to Auto audio plus in Greenville I was told that it was my factory amp that went out and for $70 more they could bypass it so that it would not be making a loud noise I choice not to and took my truck somewhere else to have it checked out found out that it was my speaker and not my amp so I they was going to charge me 70 to unhook my speaker and lie and say it was my factory amp that went out to add to that the radio that I purchased from their a wk later froze and a cd stuck in it they got that out but now the screen is frozen and now that I am past my 30 days I have to send it back to the manufacturer so I have to pay someone to take out the radio be without a radio send it to the manufacturer to fix it and then pay someone to put it back in

Took my BRAND NEW CAR with 30 day tags still on the car to have amp and speaker put in.....not only did i tell the OWNER not once but THREE TIMES to PLEASE do not scratch or dent my BRAND NEW CAR that i worked so hard to buy but....here it comes out with a paint chipped off my door. Brought it to his attention and he said it wasnt their fault. Sadly, I know different cause i washed it the day before and it was not there. The chip was minor but its the principle of the thing. Own up to it and at least make an offer to make mends for it. Wasnt looking for anything for free but at least offer some touch up paint. The touch up paint is on me on top of the $300.00 I spent there today. Judge for yourself if its a BAD REVIEW. Remember the CAR IS BRAND SPANKING NEW!!!!!!

I am sitting at the store now..for the 3rd time for them to get my radio right..1st time they put in the wrong radio...when they finally put in the right one..my AC controls were not put back right and the panel above the radio was also hanging loose...if you want your stuff done right..this is NOT the place to go..
