I don’t recommend this place to any one at all . I paid $625 for a radio install . That didn’t happen bc they claim the technician had a accident after I waited 30mins after my appt time for them to tell. Bad customer service . Over charge customers . Especially ones that don’t know much about cars . That’s so sad ! Zero stars !!

Lots of help, great prices and plenty of selection. Was going to order from Amazon since most shops are overpriced have few items to choose from and decided to take a trip from new Bern to check them out. Picked up a decent package for a good price, and kept money local.

Called them Friday and asked if they were open Saturday the guy told me to come on in Saturday morning within the hour I had my fuses fixed, my brand new radio installed and $140 discount on brand new speakers. This place is fast, affordable and great customer service. Highly recommend and wouldnt go anywhere else. Very happy considering the other place I had taken it to originally. Plus by boyfriend got some speakers out of it to. I would give them 10 starts if I could!

Very poor showmanship. I caught the clerk, who I think was the owners son, in three lies in less than 30 min. There were no clear prices on most of the inventory. One particular item was marked up 3 times what I could find it online for from multiple sites. I was told by the owners son that he would price match however he then wanted to change 3 times the normal installation rate. What a joke!

So I wanted to get my screen put in my pickup truck an take my old radio out an put in my wifes pathfinder saw this place went in got the prices for installation so we dropped vehicles off for installation wifes truck was ready before my truck was cause I was getting an auto start an led lights installed my wife calls n tell me her dash is cracked so she brings it back we confront owner an the guy that installed the radio he the guy acts like he dont know what happened they looking at the dash like we broke I can understand things happen but when u try to lie about the situation u suppose to run a business owner said he was going to handle the dash we waited n waited finally wife call an ask the owner whats going on with fixing her dash he gets n attitude say he not going to fix my advice to Greenville do not use this place the owner is dishonest he dosent take responsibility for his actions n actions of his employees if he wasnt wrong about the situation y did he fire the guy because he know he screwed up Im still finding tools he left behind in my truck an they did the installation November 5 of last year this tells me the guy didnt know what he was doing and was practicing on our vehicles but the owner want to down other audio business in the area this place is a joke

The Tinter Was A Very Good Guy. He Tinted 1 Car Went Back To Do 2nd Car & Hes Gone!! Now Another Installer Gone This Owner is Trash!!!!

Hi, went there to get sub put in my cadillac escalade and Met the guy Stewart, told him what i wanted he took me in quoted me price it was very fair price. They did the job beautifully just like I said paid and left. Then noticed a strange feedback coming from sub so, turned around went back let them listen to problem he said ill take care of it. Spent another hour and half or so found issue fixed and is working great. These guys are top notch. Fair and honest. Thanks again Stewart. Johnny!!

I do not recommend this place i had my truck get a amp and 2 10s on it and the guy couldn’t figure out how to connect it since it was a 2010 f250 6.4 and he finished around 10 pm at night and i left with them sounding good the next day only my right speakers were working and not the sub woofers and my truck automatically said check break system and my radio my lights didnt work at all i called a diesel mechanic and he checked the amp and he said they the guy installed the ground cable on the wrong spot and he checked it with the fuse pen checker and he was getting positive on the negative cable and he said that it had probably messed up the actual vehicle computer I literally paid $700 dollars for this to end up at 2,000 I seriously do not recommend this place.
