Highly Recommend!I recently purchased a vehicle (2016 Yukon XL 6.2, NOT from Britain Chevrolet) and shortly after purchasing it was noticing some irregular shifting in the lower gears. Since its a GM I started shopping around different dealerships to see if I could get it looked at and not have to sell a child in the process... Britain actually performed the transmission flush for $200 less than another dealership I had inquired from, so I took it to them!I will say, the customer service has been top notch to work with. Very friendly and outstanding pricing for service to my surprise.I was a little unsure of it still not working quite right and ended up taking it back a couple times to make sure. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working properly, by doing a few additional things to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service!If youre looking for a dealership that will do everything they absolutely can to make sure that youre 100% happy with their service, take it to Britain. Ive been very impressed and theyve earned my business for the future!

I had gone for a transmission flush service and even though they took a bit longer then I would have liked to do this service, I appreciated how they kept me informed on the process the whole way. Then when I had a break down a few days later related to the transmission, they came right out and towed my car, repaired it and even personally delivered it to my house for me on a time that best worked for me and my overnight schedule all free of charge.

The gentleman in the service department was very kind and helpful, and explained what he thought was going to need to be done before I committed to anything. They got the work done for me as soon as the parts came in and were very communicative with me once the work was done. I would definitely recommend their service department!

While we don’t normally go to a dealer for an oil change, there was an issue that needed addressed from a previous visit.Everyone was very kind and courteous, the issue was resolved, the oil was changed for free and they even gave her a bath! It seems that these are a couple of the free perks you get when you purchase your car here. Awesome!We’ll definitely be back!

Highly unprofessional and rude. Clearly trying to hide key details during the sales process rather than being up front with the customer. Lots of more reputable dealerships in the Dallas area.Edit - Additional comments following the response from owner - I find it ironic that you mention the truth as opposed to what we wanted to hear, when my original comment spoke of the attempt to hide details during the sales process. That response feels like an attempted jab and strangely defensive, when I never claimed that we were lied to. I claimed that details were being hidden during the process. Specifically, the proposed interest rate that wasnt disclosed to us until we were moved to the finance department, long after a credit check was complete, monthly payments were being discussed, and despite us asking repeatedly. Rather than answer that question, we were left waiting, and then eventually moved to the finance office. At which point, we needed to ask yet again, as documents were being prepared, to actually be told what the rate was.Please also note that Im not even complaining about the rate, it was simply higher than what we were willing to agree to. We could have all saved ourselves substantial time by your employees disclosing the rate at a reasonable time in the sales process, rather than clearly avoiding the topic until final paperwork was being prepared and likely either hoping we wouldnt pay attention to the details or have our heart set on the vehicle and accept the terms despite the propose rate. From reading through additional reviews, this does not sound like the only concern your potential customers have expressed about the approach of your finance department.I hope I misinterpreted the truth versus what we wanted to hear comment, as that would otherwise seem to support my initial comments around the unprofessional and rude treatment we encountered.

I had the worst experience with my visit today. I called up to make an appointment about seeing a vehicle that I found online. I made the appointment and got an email confirmation with my appointment time. I had the sales representatives number (Liz Bowman) and texted her to tell her I was on my way and would be there. I drove the hour and a half to make it to the dealership. They pull the truck up for me and let me take it on a test drive. When I got back from driving it I was told there was another buyer there that had arrived 30 minutes before I did and did not have an appointment to see the vehicle. I am very disappointed with the way this dealership does business and would recommend anyone but them. I drove an hour and a half to be told the vehicle was being sold and had absolutely no clue there was another buyer.

I have just purchased a 2021 Crew Cab Silverado from Britain Chevrolet. This was my first experience with the dealership sinve it was Grady Chevrolet. I had one of the worst buying experiences ever at Grady Chevrolet and although I knew that it had new ownership, I had never again wanted to go back. However, I am delighted that I did, because I had one of the best car buying experiences ever in my 76 years.My salesman was Brian Schultz and I can not recommend him enough. Brian will listen to you and then strive very hard to deliver exactly what you want. Brian values concerns as well as what you think about both him and the dealership. He wants you to be completely happy with the vehicle and to understand how to operate all of the bells and whistles.Not only did I have a great car buying experience, but I also have made a new friend. Friends look out for one another and I know that Brian will take care of me on behalf of Britain Chevrolet.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but when I do, it’s because I received exceptional service. I’ll start with my first contact, Jeff Blain. I had been trying to order a new Chevrolet c8 corvette. Short supply, higher demand. And I wanted a convertible c8. I kept hitting roadblocks, until I spoke with Jeff. He was very low key, very upfront about the entire process and assured me he could get the exact car I wanted. This was in February of 2021, I reviewed my order with Jeff and made my deposit and now the wait was on. It takes a while for all of this to take place. Long story short, setbacks happen, parts shortages, plant shutdown. Still Jeff said stay calm, it will get built. Finally in the first week in July, it was built, now delivery time. The car finally arrived at Britain and Jeff sent me pictures of it on the truck. And then off the truck and finally the words I had waited to hear since March of 2020, you can come pick your car up on Thursday.We went to Britain on Thursday and were met by Jeff on the showroom floor with my C8 convertible in Torch Red sitting there waiting for me. And you know what, it wasn’t just Jeff Blain that had gone above and beyond, but the entire dealership was so excited and happy to have us as customers. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and friendly. Mr Britain even came out to greet me and thank me for purchasing from Britain.Great experience all around. I will say without hesitation, if you are in the market for a Chevrolet or Cadillac product, go to Britain in Greenville, TX.And and ask for Jeff Blain.

Britain Chevrolet are usually pretty friendly and professional however the only issue I had with service this time was with repairs of a door handle for me, I was told it was a 2hr job that turned into 6 hrs. I was only going to take the morning off from work for the repairs but ended up taking the entire day. I was never given an update about my car being in service longer than expected which would have been nice to know so I could have informed my supervisor. A rental car was not offered but a courtesy ride was given to me to my home. Im not sure what happened this visit because usually I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately this visit gets 4 stars

I was very dissatisfied with my visit today. My grandson made an appointment to see an advertised F150. He spoke to Liz and told her we would arrive at3:30 pm, which we did. We took a test drive and were prepared to buy the truck. We were then told that another customer had come in just before us and the vehicle was being sold to him. I found this to be a very poor business practice since we drove 1 and 1/2 hours to Greenville and had an appointment e the other buyer arrived. I don’t think any other dealership would have treated us this badly.My grandson left extremely disappointed

Renee approached us as we were walking the lot wanting to know how he could help us, I said you cant today as we are just kicking some tires but then my wife asked him numerous questions about the differences in the Traverse she wanted a white so he takes us over to a Pearl white and after a test drive so much for kicking the tires. Im not sure if it was Renee friendly laid back attitude or the friendly sales manager Dwayne but we did end up at the finance office of Kelly. Kelly had all the paper work in front of him and explained everything in detail along with some different options and like Renee and Dwayne, Kelly was also laid back and a friendly person. Before we left and shame on me as I forgot his name but the man who runs the dealership for Mr. Britain stopped me introduced himself and we had a nice chat. This was the first time in our 40yrs of buying a car that we had a pleasant experience, so if your looking to buy a car you should give Renee a shot at Britain Chevrolet Cadillac.

Staff and tech were top notch. The facility management is poor. I went to the restroom after arriving and notified the front desk clerk there were no hand towels. An hour later I started my scan and used the restroom again and there was still no hand towels. I mentioned to the tech there were no hand towels. An hour later when I finished my scan, there was still no hand towels. I mentioned it again to the front desk clerk on my way out. BTW, there is a sign on the door of the rest room to say it is serviced several times a day due to COVID. I doubt it is serviced at all. So, if you go here, bring your own hand towels and toilet paper. And, they also have a shortage of blankets so bring you own one of those as well.

Merely because these are the kind of people you want to see do incredibly well in their field. If I try to haggle the price down, I’m taking money out of the pocket of this sales person who has earned every penny by how he’s treating me. My overall genuine experience. Place was really friendly and worked with you really well. I dont know if Edgar still works there but he helped me with a lot. I had a 2015 Chevy Spark that kept breaking down on me. It got stuck in my parking lot and I was done with the car. They worked with me on getting someone to my location to get it to move again and took it to the dealership to trade it in. Although I went to a Chevy dealership I ended up leaving with a Nissan. They have a really nice selection of used cars and I love my new Nissan. Ive had my Nissan for almost 6 months now with no issues at all. All of staff was friendly and any time you walked in they asked if you would like some water which I thought was funny but it was really polite. My only complaint was the difficulties with paperwork. There were complications with it, but they were able to work around my schedule, and I was patient as they were with me since I had to come in a lot. After all the headache paperwork out of the way, looking back my experience there was really nice. I recommend coming here if youre looking for a car.

Today we purchased a truck from Britain Chevrolet and felt like a review needed to be written. After dealing with several dealerships in the last 45 days which reminded me of how much I disliked car shopping, I found a truck on Britain’s site that I was really interested in. From the first call to them I felt like they would do anything to warn my business. My wife and I decided to make an appointment and make the hour drive from McKinney to see the truck. The first sales professional I spoke to was Elizabeth who assured me the vehicle would be there when we went to see it which was refreshing after another dealership sold the truck we were interested in and failed to call us saving us a trip. Upon arriving at Britain we were greeted by Josh Morton with a smile on his face and genuinely glad to have us there. Without skipping a beat David Simpson (General Sales Manager) cake out of his office to welcome us and ask how our day was going.The truck was out front ready for us to look at which by the way is the cleanest used vehicle we’ve bought. We truly amazed at the condition of the vehicle and how accurate the description was on their site.We decided to buy the truck and thought the process would be long and stressful but it turned out to be the best experience car shopping we’ve had. At no point did we feel like we were being pressured to do add extended warranties or anything else. The entire process took about and hour which honestly felt like 15 minutes due to the hospitality of every person there. Did not feel I was being listened to. Not sure of the “experience level” of the department. Had an appt. at 9:30 and was there T 9:15. At 1:00 I went and ask on status - “it’s been dispatched to a service tech”? So wonder what was going on the first several hours. They are really nice - they need to know how to set customer expectations. Most of us don’t have all day to not have a vehicle.

Man I cannot give Britain Chevy enough stars. It started 2 years ago when I got a flat tire and managed to limp my car to this dealership. My car wasnt purchased from there, heck it wasnt even a Chevy or GM vehicle, and they helped me. Id never stepped foot in there before that day and they helped me like I was a family member. I got a new tire and refreshments while I waited. Since that day my family has bought at least 4 different vehicles from them. We keep coming back because I truly do feel like family there.
