Very happy with the service we received in buying our used car. Amber Gunn was very patient with us as we looked at several cars and very knowledgeable about each one we looked at. She and several others even stayed after hours on a Saturday evening to finalize our purchase. We never felt rushed through the whole process. She even got in the car before we drove away and showed me how to operate the features. We were very impressed, and we will definitely be back when we are ready for our next car purchase!

Zero stars!!! Not really happy the the service in Greenville. I know I dont have the best credit however, they brought an offer to me I declined saying that the payment was to high and I didnt need all the extra stuff they wanted to add. They also gave me a really low offer for my current vehicle. They then came back with another offer that was $100.00 more than the first offer as well as having all the extra stuff still included in the price. They didnt even try dropping the price of the vehicle I was interested in. I would really like to give zero stars. I could also hear them in the managers office talking derogatory towards me and what payment I would like to be at, instead I wasted 5 hours to be just treated poorly. I would also add that the salesperson Alyssa was nice and just delivering what management was giving her to bring to me.

First oil change on my 2021 Terrain. I also had to purchase a NEW Tire and have it put on. Everything went smoothly. I requested they check the latest recall on Terrain Tires, they did, however mine were not included in the recall.

My mother bought a car. The sales associates were awesome. The facilities clean. They were excited. 14 days later svg calls saying the loan didnt go through after all and wants the car back. My mother investigates, calls loan servicer and they say loan is fine and that they are still waiting on a couple final paperwork touches from svg. SVG calls back again not long after, my mom told them that the loan is still good. Svg doesnt care what she has to say, says they want to car back by 2. My parents were over 3 hours away for a weekend away at this point. No way to return it by that time even if they wanted to. Svg proceeds to call the police on her which does nothing since my parents have insurance, tags, and put a huge down payment on it with no faulty payments and it was past the 10 days for svg to recall the car. My mom said she would return the car if she recieves down payment/ money for tags. We will probably have to go to small claims court if its not resolved. Ive never heard of such a thing nor heard people threaten in a way that they did. Crazy.

I have to say, Ive sold cars and been in sales my whole life. I cane to SVG because of Blaine, but he had Skylar assist me with the sales process. Not only did they get me out if my upside down Lexus but they put me in a brand new vehcile with reasonable terms. Ill never buy another csr from anyone else. Other than a remote start install taking over 7 hours, On my way home... all the components fell down blocking my brake pedal while driving, and not getting a response back after emailing the manager at svg about my issue... Id say it wasnt to terrible especially for a $370 service.

My salesperson was great! I feel bad rating the dealer ship badly because he had such a great personality. I went to the manager wanting a car from a different location. He said he would get it for me so I could look at it. Just a few days later I get messages from my salesman saying it’s sold. No offense but sounds like horrible customer service to me. Don’t tell your customers one thing and not deliver. It’s bad business and gives them a bad impression. I’ve done my homework on this dealership and most of the cars they get from auction have been wrecked so just an fyi if you plan to buy a car from them do your homework so you don’t get screwed over. Thankfully I didn’t end purchasing a vehicle from SVG and don’t ever intend to.
