It was easy to make an appointment. They took me in when I arrived and I was able to track the work progress on my phone. Great service, very fair prices. Everyone was professional and courteous.

I was supposed to have gotten an oil change Friday 10/29, however on Sunday night 10/31 I decided to check the oil level before leaving from Greenville to Raleigh, and the dip stick IS DRY!!!! Not a single drop of oil on it. How does a place of business not replenish the oil after an oil change? I spent $70 for an oil change and tire rotation, to only get left with no oil in my vehicle? What damage has been done to the engine now that it’s been ram with no oil? I have never had this happen from any other business before, and I can be sure to inform others about this.

Robin our sales man was phenomenal! Great guy and Salzman/ customer service expert!!! Didn’t not have to call him at all he kept us informed all the way Robin is a dying breed !!!! But I’m great full to work with him!

Service appointment process was good. Got in and had service work done and out with reasonable amount of time. However, I am disappointed in the tires that came on my vehicle. They were replaced with only 19,378 miles on them. I would have thought Michelins would have lasted longer than that. I think Chevrolet should look elsewhere for tires as the life on these are terrible. They were rotated every 5,000 miles and tire pressure was maintained. Just hate surprises on a routine maintenance visit.

They were ready for my car when it was scheduled and it was ready on time. There was a protective floor mat in place and all was well!

When does that ever happen. Ive had rough vehicle mechanic experiences in the past but I know that now when I go to Phelps, Ill be well taken care of. So unhappy with THIS place, took our 2018 Silverado truck in to have our A.C. repaired due to it blowing hot air, after we gave an arm and a leg, it STILL is not fixed,took it back, STILL blowing hot air. So I guess we will have to give our other arm and leg to find someone to fix it!!

Ive had my truck for exactly a year and its had this vibration while driving I had learned it was the trans slipping I told the service department and instead of other dealers yours actually listened and was aware of the problem the fact that they had listened to me was why I will only do business with Phelps Chevrolet!!!!!

The service was quick and I really appreciated that because I had to get to work. I arrived early and they took me on in.

I didn’t have an appointment, but Chad the service advisor, was able to work me in and repair my car the same day. He kept me informed with an estimate and a time frame that I could expect the vehicle to be ready and I appreciated the communication. Well for one I had my windshield wiper Blades replaced awhile back. I have been in 2 times “ for service “ since they’ve been replaced. I’ve asked each time to have the one on driver side replaced To this day this is what I’ve received, we’ve waxed that side of the windshield. We cleaned that side of windshield ! Just Friday I was in for service again I asked told them bout that wiper blade “ replaced .wiper blades still makes Loud noise still scrubbing on windshield,not operating properly when it rain water on windshield. oh yes I paid for them. Yes I have a warranty On my vehicle, my wife was call notified the bill amount owed . never mentioned that vehicle has warranty Call later to apologize not realizing vehicle had warranty. Never mind we dropped off the vehicle off 730 am picked it up 515pm wow.

WOW! I dont think i could of asked for a better buying experience. Its rare in todays great economy that a business treats you like they need your business, weather they do or not. Well Phelps made me feel like they wanted me as a customer, they located me a vehicle, multiple ones in fact, arranged a deal, and set up shipping to my home in a very timely manner.
