This lounge has a good selection of both cigars and libations. The atmosphere is up scale and comfortable. I really enjoyed the rooftop area! Amazing place and awesome owners!

The owners wife was aggressive towards me stating that I couldn’t bring outside cigars in, I had to purchase their cigars (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL), I didn’t feel comfortable with that, I finished my drink and departed. I never heard nor experienced anything like that before. EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED!!! I try to support black owned businesses, this is why I can’t with some business. I will never return

The overall experience is beautiful. The food is phenomenal. The owner and his beautiful wife were knowledgeable and very helpful. The service is excellent. I wanted for nothing, they exceeded my expectations. The VIP is where you want to be!

Very cool spot in downtown Greenville. Theres a full bar separate from the smoking area, large selection of nice cigars and a very nice seating room with multiple TV, lounge chairs and good music to have a drink and a stogie to. Very cool people and atmosphere. They also have a membership program that has some pretty sweet perks! Definitely going to be one of my frequent spots downtown.

Yvonne and the staff downtown always take such great care of me and my wife. So much so, it is a regular stop for date night. Simply great people. Come check the place out!

We came to Greenville for our anniversary and stopped in here last night . From the money we walked into the door and were greeted by the owner we felt welcomed . Everyone from the waitress to the bar tender were so nice and pleasant . The rooftop vibe was perfect for what we were looking for . Great experience.

My first time trying this cigar lounge. A very cool location in downtown. They have great happy hour specials 4-7. They have a good selection of cigars. The cigar smoke room is very relaxing and comfortable. They have a roof top outdoor space for $5 person. I would recommend-this place look for a relaxing cigar smoke and drink.

Absolutely a great atmosphere with a extremely great vibe. The owners are not just husband and wife but business partners that will take customer service to the next level. My husband and I are from Nashville and needed a cigar fix. We walked upstairs to the Cigar Experience and were so happily surprised. We had never been here before, but were treated as if we were regulars. The staff is exceptional!! They were friendly, helpful and attentive. The regulars welcomed us right away. No egos here! We will definitely be back when we visit the Greenville area again!

Ive visited the Woodruff rd. location and loved it. The staff there was friendly and welcoming so we decided to check out this one since we just had dinner right up the block. Well I doubt Ill step foot in the downtown location ever again. They were cold and down right rude. Maybe people like this in the uptown scene but isnt my cup of tea. I will avoid this place even it had the last cigar on earth.

Me, my wife, and some friends recently went here for the first time and had a great experience! Honestly, we are not big on cigars or drinking, but just popped our heads in briefly one evening. The staff was extremely friendly and made us novices feel welcome immediately. The interior of the place looked really nice and the atmosphere was great. We didnt eat any food, but we did have a drink and purchased some cigars. Good experience overall.

Hubby and I were downtown looking for an experience without the downtown rig raf!! The cigar lounge exceeded our expectations!! Very out the way but beautiful inside and beautiful scenery!! We will definitely be back!!

Decided to try the downtown location after visiting the Woodruff Road several times — big mistake. Woodruff Road was great, the owner was incredible, but the Female co-owner at the downtown location was rude from the time we topped the stairway, and her coldness continued as she hovered behind us as we looked through the extremely limited selection. We usually buy several sticks, but this time just got two to go. No professional courtesy to be found at the downtown location. Advising all of our friends and fellow cigar networkers to avoid this place like the plague. (You were rude to the wrong customers.)

Very nice atmosphere and vibe. Black owned is a plus. Owners are very kind! Helped me pick out a couple of cigars. ***Also very clean during the pandemic! Hand sanitizer and gloves for customers to pick out cigars.***

A bit pricey for the cigars and drinks. Also, should upgrade to premium Pandora so there arent commercials while music is playing. Environment is comfortable. Excellent for smoking a cigar. I also appreciate the rules involving cigarettes and black and milds.

Visited for 1st time in early June 2020 amidst pandemic protocols. Fantastic friendly service and incredible value (went during happy hour).Staff very cognizent of safety protocols and ensured that customer followed Gville recommendations.But main take-away is that I had a relaxing time and had a very enjoyable experience. As a cigar smoker, the cigar selection at this establishment is dismal at best. I am from the NY NJ area and can appreciate the hip hop music playlist. But, my last experience it felt a bit unwelcoming being that I am caucasian. I hate to even put it like this, but it is my opinion on how I was treated. I suggest you go and try it for yourself.

I ran across this place and went up for a drink. I met the owner Pete, and decided to to book my companie’s Christmas party in the space on the 3rd floor. It was unbelievable. Pete pulled info from the internet about my company and had it streaming on a huge monitor. The food was great and we had two great, private bartenders. They had such a great personality. If you need a space, just do it. I think his son Marcus manages the cigar bar/ restaurant below. We’re talking top shelf people, atmosphere and food here. The drinks are probably similar to any other place. I would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely delicious food, signature drinks and the cigar lounge was amazing! Quite a variety! Love that there are separate sections as well. Friendly and attentive staff as well! We will be back!

I enjoy the Experience every time I visit the The Cigar Experience Lounge downtown Greenville but this particular evening was more than amazing. As I requested my drink at the bar, a Corona, my waitress told me that she would bring it to me so I gathered a seat up stairs on the roof top, as this particular they were having a “Man Talk” event that is hosted the last Tuesday of every month(Great Forum of Men and Fellowship). When the drink was brought to me they forgot my lime. I told the waitress don’t worry about I can do with out. As she exited the room she returned very quickly with a lemon and a lime holding a cutting board and a knife and sliced lemons and limes for me right there. If this is not experiencing great service above and beyond then I am very confused of what that looks like. The staff at The Cigar Experience is beyond amazing and I have truly enjoyed every experience I have had her especially this one. The young guy that claimed to “run the business” was extremely rude. He continued to ignore me and my fiancé for over 20 minutes. Talked to random people coming in after we arrived, and took everyone else’s order. As he continues this cycle of poor service, my fiancé had enough of it and proceeded to call him out about it. Instead of apologizing for his wrongs, he invites us to leave. This is an absolute joke of a business. Do not waste your time or money to go to this establishment. Apparently our money wasn’t good enough. Yours isn’t neither. Just a horrendous experience.

Place is nice, food is average typical bar food, I came here months ago and decided to come back, but the bartenders this time had cold personalities. A lot different from the first time I visited. The first time I came there was a short Puerto Rican girl & blonde lady who were very bubbly & welcoming.My boyfriend liked the cigar selection, but next time we will just get them togo.

Horrible experience. I don’t know what the bartender problem was. We came in and waited to be served and never was, it’s was a total of 4 people sitting at the bar including us. The bartender completely ignored us and keep talking to a couple who was already at the table before we arrived. Two more people walked up and he made them a drink before us. When I spoke up and asked when did he plan on serving us he told me it was another bar downstairs and we could go to that one. And he also claimed to be the owner. I’m assuming he treated us invisible because we was a interracial couple.
