Used to go go Arlington eye care but i changed Here cuz it’s closer to work. Went for first appt today and Dr Kirby and his staff were simply amazing! I highly Recommend
I have never had a problem there. The entire staff have always been professional, friendly, and helpful. I will continue to be a client there..
Exceptional service. Fast and professional. Took less than an hour to get my new prescription. Great staff and great doctor. Will go back again for my next appointment.
Unpleasant experience. I schedule an appointment for my son. We were running a little bit late, so I call to ask if they will see us, the clerk told us that they will see us as far as we wont show up 15 min past our appointment. We got there just on time, when we arrive another clerk told the first one that she better check if the Doc will see us because he added two unscheduled patients ahead of us. At the end they offer us to re schedule our appointment. I will not go there again, it is unprofessional to ask you to come and then re schedule your appointment for someone else that was not scheduled anyway. I am not asking for a favor, I am paying for a service, and as a costumer you deserve to be treated fairly.
Came in a while ago with severe eye pain. It felt like I had something in my eye but I couldnt see anything. Turned out there was a small spec of metal hiding in the iris (colored area of my eye). I was up all night long trying to keep my eye open because it every time I closed it and my eye would burn when I would cry. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and put me down as an emergency to see the optometrist. The optometrist was very educated and quickly scraped the piece of metal out of my eye. Apparently it had begun to oxidize (rust) over night. If i hadnt of come to him and gotten it out that morning, the rust stain could have grown and caused a lot of damage. I am very thankful for the help i received at this place. The copay was only $20-40 where as when i went to vidants minor emergency center, i waited an hour to be seen in the patient room just to be told i didnt have anything in my eye and i left paying $150. The doctor at Vidants minor emergency department did not have the equipment or knowledge to help me.
Ive been wearing glasses since 2nd grade. This is the best prescription Ive ever had!!! This optometrist is excellent. Too bad I live in Texas because if I were there she would be my regular optometrist.
I really appreciate the kindness and flexibility of the staff. Dr. McCann is really creative and also very patient with special/specific professional visual needs. Thanks to her I am seeing better than I have in years. My gratitude to everyone at Greenville Eyecare Center!
The doctor and receptionist seem very nice. However I dont wear my new eye glasses because of three reasons. 1) I have to hold them that Im looking out the bottom to see a little better. 2) There like trying to look through a telescope where they seemed smudged all around the outer edges. 3) The lady that fitted them for me told me its my fault because I opt out of glair resentence and I would just have to get use to them. Im a 58 year old women and been wearing glasses since the age of 4. These glasses in a hour are not right. Their good deals shouldnt compromise your eye sight. CM
Great Service.... Great Pricing.... Great Combination!!!Highly Recommend : )Wilson Blanchard
