The LensCrafters on Verdae has some of the best employees I have come across in a long time. The manager Laura she was so nice and made me feel comfortable when I had to return my glasses because the pair I bought just didn’t feel right so the 30 day guarantee is 💯 % true. No questions asked she (Laura) helped me find a new pair of glasses that I know will feel better. Thanks Laura

My dog has chewed up my glassed twice! I have insurance so I was able to replace them for the $50 fee. Last time, I was told that my frames (the cheapest ones) were no longer available and I could choose any replacement. The service and friendliness of this LensCrafters is unmatched!! Every single employee is so kind and helpful! It is very rare in 2021 to find excellent customer service, but the LensCrafters at Verdae is the exception!!

I did not get my eye exam at this location, so I cannot comment on that. However, I highly recommend Dalxavier as your salesperson! He was funny, helpful, personable, and made the entire process a joy. We will definitely be back next year to buy more glasses at this location and I’m for sure booking my exam here next year as well.

I damaged my lenses during my vacation, with the insurance, I was able to get replacement lenses for only $26.00 I am very grateful to them they went out of their way to help me. I will definitely be returning for my next pair of glasses. Thank you!

The worst customer service ever! They do not greet the customers when they come in! I sat for 30 mins before being seen! This is ridiculous! After this appointment I will be looking for somewhere else to purchase my glasses. Anywhere else but this place! If I could give it zero stars I would.

Manager Angela and her team are the friendliest and most professional, customer-minded folks in the business. They will take the time to share their knowledge and experience, and listen to your needs. I had 2 prescription glasses ordered here. When I had a problem with one, they quickly reordered another pair and promptly notified me via text when the new pair arrived. Excellent customer service! Jess is extremely personable and helpful. She just repaired and cleaned my sunglasses while I was waiting to pick up my son’s glasses. I did not even purchase my sunglasses at LensCrafters. That is a superb example of great customer relations.

After getting my eye exam I was ready to get new sunglasses frames with my new prescription and replace the lenses in my old frames.The woman in LensCrafters at the mall lied to me and I knew it was a lie. She said that I could not reuse my frames.I took my prescription to a Verde LensCrafters and had absolutely no problem.This place seems like they are always training a new person but at least they dont lie to make a sale

I was helped by Ebony. She was very sweet and helpful. She took her time with me, helping me pick out what frames would look good on me. She explained the new process of same day next week for preparation of glasses and how this benefitted me. My glasses were actually ready within two days. I appreciate her making my experience so memorable and fun.

Came here to get a second look at my perscription because it seemed a bit over the top. Sasha looked at it and explained the change in prescription and let me know what I would and would not notice. Turns out the doctor did over do it. Sasha helped me with my warranty from my last pair to save a significant amount of money. She was great and one who you just trust immediately. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thanks LensCrafters and Sasha!

Great experience, and I love the variety of frames that they have. I was a little disappointed that they stopped the ready in an hour, however I was told they will be ready in a week but I got a text that they were ready in 2 days. Cant beat that service!

I would give them less than one star buylt one is the lowest it goes. The doctors office was great but when it came time to get my glasses fitting done the customer was aweful. I sat for nearly 30 minutes while people that came in after me were helped and left. I ended up having to leave after 40 min and not receiving any help, with no glasses and was late to another appointment that I had. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was looking to receive a pair of glasses sooner than a week. I had heard great things about LensCrafters, so I decided to try it out. I already had my exam elsewhere, but getting glasses here was a cake walk. They had my glasses ready in less than an hour. You can not beat that kind of service anywhere. I dont there there is anywhere else that you can get glasses made just for you on the same day. Kudos to LensCrafters for being a step ahead of all other places you can get glasses.

I am going back my insurance had changed which cause me to pay out pocket little more than usual. After going to different places I realized that truly missed Lenscrafters the doctor and stuff is always great and making sure I have the correct eyewear..This pass Friday I went to a place that said Free Eye Exam WARNING***Not free and really do nothing at all 20.00 copayment and some chep knock off glasses which I really dont want at all...I shall be going back to LensCrafters for sure...

These folks are great to work with, very friendly and stand behind their products and service! As a matter FACT they go far beyond what they are required to do. Exceeded my expectations. 10 STARS in my book!

I was just there to try to order glasses. I waited approx. 20 minutes while no one acknowledged that I was there. I order at least 2 pairs of glasses here every year. I was very disappointed today. I finally walked out. No one even noticed.
