The two gentlemen that installed the garage door at my home are rock stars on several levels. Music and garage installing professionals. I’m one of those who uses my garage as a studio. So I was already present when the guys arrived. I was playing Jazz, of which the guys knowledge of Jazz and music was awesome, which also was great because both guys played or have played instruments. (No I’m not a musician, I love music all basically all genres).Seriously, Taylor and Wesley were like musicians in respect to the great job in installing my new garage door. Very professional work. They also gave me tips on how to properly maintain the huge spring on the door. The time it took for them to install the garage door did not seem long as they methodically assembled the parts and wiring.Thank you Taylor and Wesley. Great work and great conversation.

Had the torsion spring break this morning. Assa Abloy was able to come out to fix the same day. Wesley and Chris, the onsite technicians, were very thorough and tested the repairs and reassembly carefully. Wesley was knowledgeable about all aspects of doors and maintenance. Both were very friendly and fun to engage in conversation. Excellent experience all around with Assa Abloy.

This company is top notch; excellent customer service from the very first time I called in. Also they charged $250 for a service other companies (overhead door) were wanting to charge $600something. Use this business for all of your garage door needs.

I am a huge advocate of customer service. It doesnt matter how good a product is to me, if the customer service is lacking, I will not give business to that company. As a female building a new home on my own, I had no clue about the various options for garage doors. Dury Simpson patiently and courteously met with me, explained my options in a way that I could understand, and then recommended what he thought was the best option, while staying within my budget. He did not try to oversell - he simply did what was best for me, the customer. When it was time to actually place the order, he promptly met me on-site, and again patiently reviewed the options - many of which I had already forgotten, and assisted in choosing my color. My door is now installed and I love it! I then had a problem with the ancient garage door opener at my existing house, (which is on the market for sale). I called Dury for a repair recommendation and he promptly sent a repairman (Dave). Dave exhibited the same customer service and integrity that I had experienced with Dury. Dave even performed some additional maintenance to the door that he saw needed to be done. Its so refreshing to have someone go over and beyond their scope of work for customers. I will be recommending Assa Abloy Garage Door of Greenville to anyone I know who needs such services. Great job!!!
