Overall, I was highly satisfied with the process. I called to get a quote on a garage door opener installation. Tierney was knowledgeable and was able to help get me the numbers I was looking for. Soon after, I was ready to schedule and Erica was very open in communicating install times and availability. Her response time to all my questions was great! Finally, Bryan came to install my opener. He was very professional from the start and helped me move items out of the way to make the work area safe. He takes pride in his work and helped clean up some of the wiring so it would look even better. The door opener works great and I will definitely be using Bilt Rite in the future for my garage door needs.

Their technician arrived and completed the work quickly. He was courteous and friendly. My garage is very full and disorganized yet somehow he was able to move things around to make room to work and get the door back in working order.

I purchased three C.H.I. garage doors, one 7x10 and two 7x9 with LiftMaster MyQ openers. I had shopped around, and no one could get close on the price. WOW! What an amazing experience with Bilt Rite! From our first contact with Jennifer at the HomeShow to the installation by Kyle everything was as promised, not to mention top notch. We had been looking to have garage door openers installed but kept running into issues with the bigger named companies, not so with Bilt Rite. Their prices were so reasonable, we had two new doors to go with our new openers. And the problem the other companies said was the reason for the high price was not even a concern for Kyle, an expert installer with Bilt Rite.

By far the best experience I have had with garage doors. We love our WiFi operators with the battery backup built in. That has made it easy to get in and out of the garage when the power was out. The insulated doors really made a difference in keeping our garage and FROG cooler. Jennifer does an awesome job.

We purchased two garage doors and two lifts and had them installed by Bilt Rite Greenville. The experience we had with Bilt Rite was perfect. Jennifer helped us select the doors we wanted and the correct lifts and Kyle came and removed the old doors and lifts and installed the new ones. Everything was done as it should be.
