John did an amazing Job. I called him on a Thursday and came out an install on a Saturday. He does some very nice work and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

These guys are fantastic! I contacted them for a quote on a Tuesday, they were at our place to do an estimate on Wednesday, and we had a brand new garage door and opener installed by Thursday, all for a great price. (Our situation was not an emergency) Hank the installation technician was super helpful and courteous, and everything went off without a single hitch. I highly recommend this company for anything involving garage doors.

John is the best! After we spent $$$$ with another company to fix a broken spring, the garage door failed again in half a year and they refused to honor their warranty. John came to the rescue and fixed the door the second day! We changed all the springs with him. His price was reasonable. He is honest and our garage door is still working great after 1.5 years!

Recently had a new garage door + opener installed at my place on Lake Tawakoni. A young man named Hank was my installer and I could not have asked for better. He arrived promptly and wasted no time going directly to work. As a past contractor myself it was clear to me that Hank knew what he was doing. He was polite, professional and informative, answering all my questions. You cant go wrong with service like that.

When my garage door went half-way down normally and then crashed suddenly to the ground, I found John online at H&H Overhead Door. I had to take my daughter to her major surgery follow-up appointment and was not strong enough to get the door back up. Never before has a technician come as soon as I called! He was there in less than 50 minutes, fixed the problem in just a few minutes, and explained everything that had happened. I was able to get my daughter to her doctor on time because of this company. I had never expected same-day service, but this company recognized an emergency and came right away. I will never, never forget that and plan to have more work done by them that, thankfully, is NOT an emergency.

My garage door broke with my car still in the garage. The emergency cord was shredded as well. I called H&H at 8am in the morning and they were there at 4pm to fix it. Hank was so professional and kind. He explained everything to me and had it up and running in no time. I will definitely refer all of my family and friends to this company!!

Called at 2:45pm and asked for a quote. They were onsite and complete with the work before 5pm. Fantastic service and the tech was polite and friendly.

Called asking to have a door looked at that was installed (crappy workmanship by another company) and John was here within 30 minutes. After looking at the door it was more feasible to replace than try fix the shady work done prior. John is reasonably priced had another door the next day (Saturday) and came out to install. A couple weeks ago my moms garage door broke. It was A Saturday morning and we couldnt get anyone in the phone. Thank goodness for H&H! Prompt service and he didnt charge an outrageous amount. Found this company on Google and called. John answered and was at my house doing an evaluation within 2 hours (he was in Dallas traffic when I called him). He was friendly and communicated my options to me very clearly. He didnt try to upsell me, but did explain the age of my springs, opener, etc. He gave me several options and I chose to have him install new springs, rollers, opener, etc. He was here the next day, by himself and completed everything in about 2 hours. VERY GOOD JOB! The garage door has never run so smoothly and John even threw in a couple of extras at no additional charge. I will definitely be using H&H in Caddo Mills again, if I ever need this type of work done. Thanks again John. Its nice doing business with a local business, who cares about their customers.
