Ladies (and Gentlemen):**As a warning, I was raised on engraved Crane Stationary because my parents owned a card shop. But I am hands down one of the least artistic people I know. I have high expectations because I was raised with them and yet I am blessed with an incredible lack of ability to produce those on my own. Know you own weakness(es) and trust a professional**In the lost of art of paper invitations, I had to cast a wide search net over 90 miles away to find this wonderful boutique. I called contacts in Atlanta-- and could not even get a call back. I found this business on the internet, called and spoke with the owner who promptly assisted me. MARTY was fabulous, as was her staff!As a busy lawyer and mom, who now and then tries to be a southern lady, I was able to place myself in the palm of her hands, and she delivered on time! Rather than being turned off by my direct line of questioning and my specific requests, they exceeded my expectations and turned around a great product over a weekend in less than five days at my doorstep. This transaction took me less than 20 minutes total. Being separated by 90 miles never once changed the service level or quality or responsiveness to my request. Great customer service! I went there for gift wrapping and wasnt disappointed. Very affordable and excellent quality on the wrapping! I will be using them again!

Wonderful boutique and paper/engraving shop with personalized service! I live out of state and needed a personal gift for someone who lives in yet another state. Not trusting just anyone to help with this, I contacted the owner of P&P who made several suggestions from their shop. We made a selection and she gift-wrapped and shipped to the recipient. All was handled in less than 10 mins! The recipient was thrilled with the gift and it was easy-peasy. Now THAT is service!

Paisley and Paper is Greenvilles best stop for invitations and party ware! The options are endless and the service is fantastic. Owner Marty Garrison was very helpful and knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. My first order was ready days before promised and the next was ready same-day. Great place for party planning and cute gifts. I highly recommend shopping at Paisley and Paper and look forward to my next visit!

My first time visiting the shop. I arrived 10 minutes after closing time and not only did the owners patiently allow me to come in and browse, they also offered to giftwrap my purchases. Great customer service and unique items in the shop. I will definitely be back when visiting Greenville!

No matter the season I can always find the proper gift at Paisley & Paper. And theyre my go to store for fine paper, stationery, and the occasional great cook book.

My mom and I walked in to look around and ask about wedding invitation options and designs. We got a short Hello and then the 2 women in the store turned back around and kept whispering and gossiping as if no one was there. Im assuming at least one had to have been an employee or owner (probably the one we got a terse hello from), but Im not sure because neither acted like they worked there at all! We kept trying to catch their eyes and tried to walk up to say something, but we were completely ignored. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. We walked out and will not be returning.

If you are in need of Personalized Products - do NOT use Paisley and Paper. I ordered personalized napkins on a Thursday for a Corporate event; I was promised that I would have my order the next Wednesday (day of event). I did not receive any follow up from P&P so I called Wednesday morning to see when I could pick up my order. I was informed that their printer malfunctioned the day before and was sent off for maintenace - they were sorry, but would be able to provide the 200 napkins I needed. The rep offered a discount the plain (un-personalized) napkins for me and when said yes, I would like to do that her response was well, we do not have any plain napkins that we stock to sale...all of our napkins have designs, so.....Conclusion: Do not count on P&P to help you meet a deadline on personalized products. Go with more reliable places like Swoozies on Woodruff Rd or Gages on Augusta Rd.
