Saw the reviews and was very skeptical at first but when I got there the staff was so friendly and they were so willing to help. I wanted a pair of Ray Bans as mine were over 5 years old and the lenses were more than scratched. I tried on many pairs but then I was told that I could customize a pair and make it my own and of course I did. It was such a quick and easy process and I love my new sunglasses. Will be returning and highly recommend!!

I went to the Sunglasses Hut on my lunch break to pick up a new pair of sun glasses since mines had recently been broken. Grant was able to help me pick out a new pair of that fit perfect and looked great on me. I was provided with different options, styles, and colors. Grant was very patience with me while I tried on different pairs. I was very satisfied with the customer service provided during my visit. Thank you

I placed an order online and when I went to pick my glasses up I was greeted by a very friendly sales associate. DeAundra was very professional and handled my order in a timely manner. She also informed me that I could personalize my glasses and assisted me with that option. I will definitely be returning to the Sunglass Hut for my next pair of sun glasses.

This place is awful. The customer service is a nightmare. Trying to contact someone through the website is a wasted effort. It seems like there’s never anyone there during the hours they claim to be open. Please save your time and money and don’t shop here.

Me and my fiancee went here yesterday to purchase some new sunglasseses. Jonas was very helpful and I would definitely recommend other people to purchase their shades from here.

Went in to get my glasses readjusted and I had to get the guys attention to help me because he was on the phone. When I asked for help he acted very annoyed that I even did. As if the phone call was more important with his friend. He did readjusted them while still on the phone but took him a couple seconds because he used his fingers instead of the tools. When I left, the frame was still off and he didnt even clean the lenses after! I bought the glasses there and I was told I could always go back to get them readjusted and cleaned. Clearly the guy working did not know that or didnt care enough to do it.

Went in to get my glasses tightened and the guy working was SO rude. He was texting when I approached and ignored me and the other couple that was obviously interested in a pair of sunglasses. I asked politely if he could tighten my glasses and he continued texting and got up and walked over and acting like he was annoyed that he had to do his job. He did a terrible job and my glasses were crooked on my face so I asked him if he would please tighten them more and he told me that thats the way the glasses are, I cant fix the way they fit on your face I was so annoyed so I left. He was so rude and had a matter-of-fact attitude about him that is unnecessary. I will be driving to Raleigh from now om if I need anything. Sunglass Hut should fire him.

Sales rep was sitting on the desk talking to his girlfriend. Didn’t even greet us. When I asked him for help and he acted like he did not want to help us at all. He kept mentioning that we could buy it online if we couldn’t decide. I guess I will buy it online from someone else.
