Garrett was easy to work with and gave us exactly what we needed and wanted. He was always willing to change up something if it didn’t fit our needs or price point. It was the best investment and we couldn’t be happier with our finished product.
I could not be happier with the service that Garrett has provided over the years. He has resolved several problems created by another firm who designed and installed our smart home. He has worked with us to find economical ways of restructuring our system as opposed to the original installer who threw our money at problems with little results.We recently sold our home and rather than try to explain how everything worked, I told the buyer to contact Garrett. The new owner contacted me to say that Garrett had been there, explained everything, changed accounts at very streaming services and that everything was working great. I could not recommend Garrett and CinemaQuest more highly!!!
Absolutely horrible service. If you expect them to follow up on their work, they will not. If you expect a call back you will be ignored. Over the past several months, I have tried to call them.....If they answer, they wont have time to talk with you and declare that they will call you back. One should not hold ones breath. Just now, I got through to Mark by phone...when I explained that I had been ignored multiple times, the call was dropped. I have also attempted to communicated with Chad....crickets. Words that come to mind??????....Rude, Unprofessional, and Hateful. Would not let this team back into my home under any circumstances.
“Two big thumbs up”.I was having continual problems with my WiFi reception in my house which is a 2 story rectangular Charleston style configuration. Very strong signal near the router which diminished the further away you got. The problem was the inability of the router and range extender to adequately cover the length of the house. Chad recommended a system that uses individual satellite units working in a key chain fashion off of a main router. I now have a wall to wall, 4 bar signal that extends out to my backyard fireplace. I could not be happier with the speed,professionalism and price provided by Chad and Cinema Quest. Look no further for your network solutions.
