Ed Taggart from Pair Electronics worked with us to repair and upgrade our home entertainment system. This system was installed by another company when our house was built fifteen years ago.At the beginning of this process Ed spent several hours with us reviewing what we wanted in an upgraded system, what problems we were having with the existing equipment, what the various options were for configuring a newer system, and what the choices were in components for the system. In every respect his knowledge of electronics and home entertainment systems was exceptional.In just a few days after Eds first visit with us, Pair Electronics sent us a detailed proposal for components, accessories, and labor costs. In quick responses to our e-mails, Ed answered all the questions we had regarding the proposal.Once the new equipment was on hand, Ed and his assistant installed this equipment and completed all the necessary rewiring. Pair recently installed 2 wall mount TVs, upgraded our existing sound and video systems and coordinated with DISH for us. Installation was top notch. The men who did the installation were extremely knowledgeable and professional. The office staff was helpful and professional. We are very happy with the new equipment Jason recommended and he helped our budget by keeping the parts of our system that are still good. I give Pair Electronics my highest recommendation. They have installed and managed everything from our sound systems to TVs to security. Any time I have a question or concern about anything electrical, they are incredibly responsive and so, so nice. Our security system is amazing. So great for even monitoring animals, package deliveries, etc. The video is so clear and crisp. If bad guys knew they would avoid homes with Pair Signs! Our sound system is exceptional. Having a nice outdoor sound system is like living in a resort!They were involved in a major rebuild of our home and have been here many times. We bought a new home that came with some security and surround sound sound options included. I then visited Pair to add on a security system and add additional electronics/TVs .First, Kathy and Melissa are awesome. They get you answers and suggestions for what you need. I had to reschedule the install 3 times because of delays in our closing...they worked with us each time. Best part was Kathy calling me to tell me in person should could adjust the install after yet another last minute change from us. She was excited to give me the good news...that’s customer service!!The installation was awesome. They set up our alarm system, 3 TVs, outdoor speakers. Hooked everything up to a new system and all in one remote and showed us everything. During the install of the speakers the tech noticed they would be slightly off balance...I wouldn’t have noticed...but he pointed it out and reran the wires that were there originally. They were there 11 hours and did an awesome job. No wires can be seen anywhere and everything was super clean.The prices were as good or better than you could find anywhere. My wife who at first gave me a hard time about all my add ons commented how well worth it was having them do it all.I definitely recommend going to Pair for any electronic or alarm needs. Don’t bother looking anywhere else.

I recently purchased 2 4K TVs and Blu-Ray players for my home from Pair Electronics. They also updated my sound equipment. Since I am somewhat burdened with age, so is my taste for music. I still use cassette players and VCRs. These pieces are so old, the guys from Pair had to write new programs for the modern equipment and remote controls to run them. They worked really hard to get it done but they did it. Everything works great. This was the best experience I have ever had with someone coming into my home and working so professionally. They were knowledgeable and very polite. From my first phone call to the last man walking out the door, it was just a pleasant association. They were never in a hurry and always willing to answer any questions I might have. At the end, they sat down with me and explained everything they could to me. They added stations and apps to my equipment they thought I might like and showed me how to use them. It was great. if you think you will beat prices elsewhere, think again. Jason Pair is as competitive as anyone on the market and you will not get the service he provides ANYWHERE.
