Very friendly and patient staff! Clean store. Tons of options from ice cream to shakes to sundaes to cookies and more! Banana split was amazing, only thing missing is pineapples for a topping. Loved the cotton candy ice cream. Everyone in our party was happy! Very good ice cream. Waffle bowls were delicious. Fun location, perfect to walk around. Ample parking. Outdoor seating. Wonderful service.

The young woman in the background who has her back turned in the photographs to protect her privacy was absolutely phenomenal. It was my daughters birthday and I was a little bit concerned about amount of sugar That my kids would consume this late at night. She was extremely patient and professional waiting while my kids couldnt finally make up their mind on the flavor of the milk shake. When I requested an extra cup so I could split up the milk shake between the 2 kids she went ahead and proactively split it up for me so I didnt have to make a mess. Just a very thoughtful and a professional lady who made my daughters birthday very special.

I love this spot, I had a milkshake with reeses pieces in it, which was soooo good. Kind of expensive, but to be expected in a downtown area. My only complaint was the cleanliness. There were very dirty tables, trash everywhere, but it could have just been a busy night. It was great otherwise and I would totally come back.

I only gave one star because you have to do this to be able to leave a review. Worst experience ever. Got a strawberry shortcake ice cream and the girl put so much syrup in the cup and so little ice cream, that when I left it was so full and not frozen it come out on my Top and ruined it. The stain would not come out. It was an expensive top. The 2 kids in there were not supervised and they should have been. My was not the only one and I was not the only one stating what is this. I wont ever go back there and dont recommend it.

The ice cream was amazing, but I had a terrible experience with one of the staff members. A lady with colored hair was rushing me the whole time I was in there trying to order. I understand that the store was busy like any weekend, but when trying to choose what I wanted in my ice cream she was telling me to come pay and the total before I could finish telling the man my order.

Finally had the opportunity to try Marble Slab the other night before a comedy show around the corner at Coffee Underground. Incredible selection with unlimited mix ins make for essentially unlimited combinations to cater to all. The ice cream is prepared on a marble slab and watching the staff prepare is like watching artists work. I tried the pumpkin, double fudge, and cheesecake flavors with pecans, toffee, and Twix mixed in with a sour gummy worm crawling out of the middle. Had a regular size cup and it was a very satisfactory amount of ice cream. Ice cream is great quality, definitely recommend checking this out for desert or a treat when in downtown. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is nice too.

Trash service, workers extremely rude and unfriendly. Thats okay took my family just a few more paces north to the rolled ice creme shop and got a better product from a friendly face that was happy to have our business. If youre downtown looking for ice creme I suggest you do the same and keep strolling past this place.

On a busy Saturday night, they were able to move through their line very quickly and efficiently. Their ice cream is really amazing.

Staff did not wear gloves, constantly touched their hair and face while preparing orders. One staffer wiped her nose with the back of her hand, when I asked about gloves or hand washing the manager told me they dont touch the ice cream and those practices arent required. Seemed unsanitary to me. They werent friendly and seemed annoyed by all the customers.

I just visited the downtown location and there are about 15 people here trying to get serviced outside. The two employees you have on staff have locked the door and have informed us that they are closed although your hours state 9:30. I simply asked the 1 employee (brunette) if they closed early and she waved her handed towards me in a dismissing manner and rolled her eyes. I then sat here while I’m on my phone trying to find another location to get ice cream. The employee with the red hair then comes outside and tells me (rudely) that she’s the “shift manager” and they’ve had a lot going on which is why they’ve closed early. I explained to her that I understand they are closed and I’m still standing here for a specific reason. She says “well I didn’t know why you we’re still here” and closed the door again. I am very much disappointed in both the store closing early but more so the two employees very poor attitudes towards the multiple employees that were outside trying to get ice cream. As I am typing this message (at 9:22pm) 6 more customer have pulled into the parking lothoping for service. The situation could have most definitely be handled in a more kind way.

Every little kids dream. Sometimes during peak times(even late night) it can have a line out the door but for the most part, it’s worth the late.

All good things to say. No complaints. I do have a GREAT SUGGESTION however. My family will be going dairy free and we love ice cream it would be nice to have almond milk as a choice to add in shakes instead of more cows milk . It also would be nice to have a non dairy ice cream !!

Rude mask nazis. Power hungry and rude, but their friends came in with no masks and didn’t at a word to them and took their order. Hilarious.

I very much enjoyed my experience here! Visited for the first time and staff were patient with us. I appreciated their social distancing precautions as well as their mask requirement. One customer entered without a mask and staff kindly asked him to wear or purchase a mask from them. It’s nice to see that employees feel empowered and supported to enforce social distancing! Made the trip feel very safe.

Fantastic icecream & the employees are super nice!

Love this ice cream BUT this store forces interactions with the customers with the way they set up their lines... those in line waiting to be served have to be in close contact with those exiting the store! This is CRAZY! The people leaving have to brush past those standing in line! Why not start the line entrance at the door rather than where it currently intersects with exiting customers.

My friend and I walked more than 10 minutes to eat this ice cream as it is the last day we are here in South Carolina. Google says it closes at 10pm on Sunday (today). The door is open when we come in, precisely at 9:35pm. And a woman said “oh, we are closed.” And I tried to tell her that Google said it closes at 10pm and that we wanted it to-go while there was a big group of people eating and chilling in the dinning area. And she said “yeah we close at 9:30pm,” even though the door is still open, it’s only five minutes after, and amongst other things I’ve said. Disappointed with the customer service. Sad. Very sad. My friend was really upset because she wanted to get ice cream.

First time staying at the D, I would recommend it. Rooms were reasonable, staff was really nice. Dont go for the pool, it is outside, and you have go thru the garage to get to it. Lots included many new games. Table dancing girls was a nice touch, but didnt help me win. Being right on Fremont again was very cool. Parking was easy to

The cookies was soft, fresh and delicious. They have a variety of cookies and ice cream. I bought 25 cookies and a cookie sandwich..i love it. Took them back home to Florida with me and they was still fresh

I have enjoyed this place anywhere from a date to time with my sister and her kids. Just a great Spot Great seating and nice clean restrooms as well. If youre downtown and youre hankering :-) some good quality of ice cream with great selection this is probably the best on Main Street. You just cant beat it

Great handmade ice cream,the staff is wonderful here ...a must go to when in downtown Greenville. First time there and was very pleased in selection of ice cream flavors. And oh my goodness 😍 the mix ins(toppings) that they mix in so many at least 20. Also lets not forget about the dipped ice cream waffle cones and bowls. If your a real ice cream fan. A must have best ice cream I have ever had,hands down.

This is the third time Ive been here, and it was the best yet. It didnt hurt that there was a kind gentleman at the door who had extra tickets for free ice cream, and he gave us four for all the kids. We had a great time sitting outside, eating ice cream and chatting while the kids played for forty-five minutes in a puddle.The ice cream was good (nothing to write home about, but whos complaining? Its ice cream!). The employees were friendly and appeared well-trained.Thank you, kind sir, that gave the kids free ice cream!

Horrible service, guy behind the counter rolled his eyes, maybe because it was too much to accommodate five kids ice creams with toppings. Maybe because he didnt like our Trump masks :) Used to stop here every time we came to Greenville. Very dissapointing.

Great Ice Cream but over a half hour wait to get served. I guess since the rain quit, all the ice cream eaters came out. Two servers hustled but just couldnt keep up.

Are you wanting to have a Fudge-tastic day? Then head on over to Marble Slab Creamery. There is actually all sorts of stuff that they have for sale here not just ice cream. The fudge here is good and they have glass counters galore full of wonderful pastries. The service here was very great also.

There’s no need to short change this place. I have to give it a 4✨ rating! Great variety but not too overwhelming. The quality is amazing and I found that the texture wasn’t hard to deal with. Some icecream places give you rock solid frozen globs but this place really has their stuff together! Very flavorful and perfect for spring, summer, and fall.

The guy at the counter was a teenager and it was almost time to close so he was a little bit ready to get outta there. Other than that, the ice cream tasted fantastic and the unlimited toppings were great. I came in intending on getting mint chocolate chip ice cream and instead got some concoction with sprinkles, gummy bears, walnuts, pecans, Oreos, M&Ms, and so much more. I ended up having more toppings than ice cream, but they were Unlimited! It only ended up being $5.39 for a waffle cone and what ended up being about three scoops. My friend and I went to the marble slab after we checked the prices and the ice cream shop cream shack down the street and the marble slab was cheaper and had a similar style and number of choices.

Came here on a Tuesday @ 10 pm just to have the doors locked & when they are suppose to close at 10:30. My business along with 10+ customers were turned away. Can’t wait to speak my friends at corporate.The next day the manager commented on my post & apologized & advised me to reach out to him . I did and he reassured me this was not his doing and was appreciative that I brought it to his attention that an employee decided to close early.

The staff was very friendly, and they made an excellent shake, but the place was absolutely filthy. Accumulated food particles on the stairs and in every nook and cranny. The bathroom was gross. There was a help wanted sign so maybe they just really need help so they can keep a cleaner shop?

Terrible service. Sign on door said Mask required Purchase mask for .50. Employees were not wearing mask or not covering mouth and nose with mask. We were asked to leave when we didnt have a mask. When I asked to purchase a mask he said we not suppose to give them out technically.... very rude

Very excellent ice cream quality. The concept of folding in the ingredients really makes a huge difference to eating here. They also do cater to people with allergies. And while they cannot mix in the toppings, they can ensure that your ice cream will be allergen free to the absolute best of their ability.

The home made flavors are rich and delicious, unlimited mix-ins are a huge plus and the amount of ice cream you can get for $5-6 is incredible. There are two in downtown Greenville, the other one is a little more secluded than this one if you arent a crowd person.

Great staff took time to recommend flavors and made the experience fun for our group. Hadnt visited for several years but glad we tried it again and will be back soon!
