Owners & workers very professional in handling a small issue thank you and the food & snow cones are BEST!!!

The wait was a bit long. We waited 15 minutes to place an order of 3 snow cones and another 15 minutes to get them with few other customers in front of us.

Very good, never had a complaint. Lots of flavors to choose from, always friendly service, and very cheap. Highly reccommend. Best part: its peanut free!!!!

Cute theme. They had a major bee problem outside at the tables though. Lots of melted icy all over which I guess was drawing the bees in. We couldnt eat there. But the icy flavors are good.

Ive never had ice cream and snow cones, all in one. It is awesome. Excellent staff and excellent desserts. Best place in town, for a snow cone.

My friend and I both thought that our snow cones tasted of cardboard and plastic. Would not recommend.I got Mango & Passion Fruit. My friend got Mango & Strawberry Margarita.

Best shaved ice choices in Greenville! The servings are generous and we love to sit at one of their picnic tables on nice days. During the fall and winter you may want to double check the hours before hand as they seem to vary a little.

Different kind of shaved ice as it is more of a snow like texture. Great selection of flavors. It can get busy there fast and waiting for your order are the only drawbacks.

Our whole family loved this place last year. This new season, new faces at the window, and it seems as though service is suffering a bit. Today was the first time the bottom third of my wifes snow cone was all white ice....no flavor. This never happened last year. As frequent customers we feel our few visits this season have been very sub par. This shaved ice establishment set the bar high for us last year against any other we had tried. Unfortunately, so far this year, theyve fallen back in line with all the others. Were hoping in time things will improve because we really enjoyed this place!
