Customer service is horrendous. Property manager is rude and misleading. She charged me double what other customers paid for a larger unit. The manager showed me 4 different size storage units ranging from 5×10 to 10x20. Never mentioned they also had a unit larger than a 10×20, instead tried to have me rent 2 10×20 units. It wasnt until I met other customers that I Learned of units measuring 10×40, which was what I needed. When I questioned her about it, I was told that never asked..might wanna think twice before renting from this lady

I had a great experience here with a rental unit for 4 years. The staff was super friendly, always polite when answering questions and searched for ways to save me money on a monthly contract rate. I was active duty military when I rented and they gave a 10% discount, which I really appreciated. Even when closing out my unit and leaving, the staff were super nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend storing things here. Clean building, great customer service and friendly staff, and they support military! Thanks for a great 4 years, Cubesmart!

Excellent booking experience. They will send you a text to answer any questions, give directions, etc. Once there, you are taken by cart to the unit to examine it. The premises is very clean, in good condition and secure. The area around it is pleasant enough (not sketchy). Very reasonable rates and great access.

I spoke too soon. In the first few weeks everything was great. Then I went to store my RV here. Even though I had no problem with parking in my assigned location I was told that I could park in front of an unused gate. I asked if this was okay and was told that it was never used and that it would be fine. I even asked what way I could park, so I know that this location was correctly relayed to me. Long story short, I received a very direct email from the individual that originally told me where to park stating that I cannot park in front of their gate and that I needed to move immediately. Normally I would have no problem with something like this if in fact it was my mistake, but I was told in no uncertain terms to park there. I believe this shows a level of unprofessionalism at best, and redirecting the blame to cover their own mistakes at worst. I will continue to store my things here because its too difficult to move them, but I will not be recommending them to anyone.In response to the owner: I appreciate you reaching out so quickly, but if you really wanted to wow me or any of your other customers you wouldnt ask us to reach out to you, you would figure out how to reach out to us. You have all of our email addresses and my name is plainly stated at the top of this review. This is another level of customer service where you are lacking.

Great place to store things. Staff very friendly and helpful

Quick and easy online reservation process. One of the site manager called me within 1-2 hours of registration and I was in the unit later that day. Manager that helped me get access to unit was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even went out of her way to get me a discounted rate that had just expired earlier that day. Very pleased so far!

Pat and Steve couldnt have been more professional, helpful, kind and accommodating. It was a breath of fresh air to find two people at their job with such great attitudes!!! I highly recommend them and CubeSmart for hiring two great people. The price was super fair two with a great location which made the experience that much better!!!

We chose CubeSmart on Airview Dr. in Greenville, SC because of the price. Very reasonable. We ended up outgrowing our unit and the staff made it simple to switch to a larger unit. Once we moved into our home and no longer needed a unit, we asked for a prorated last month as we would only be using it for a week out of that month. To my surprise, she responded with an offer to “make those days disappear” which absolutely made my day. The employees have been fantastic to work with. I would absolutely recommend them over and over again!

Absolutely nothing negative to say about this establishment. Was greeted immediately by smiling faces and both employees went the extra mile for me making sure every t was crossed and every i dotted. I’ve never rented a storage unit before but I’m SO GLAD I made the choice to rent here. Exceptional service. Above and beyond!

This location was easy to find and Doug was awesome at giving the best customer service once we arrived! He was very helpful and even brought me and my family some cold bottled water to help us cool off when he saw us unloading our U-haul. Would recommend this storage place to anyone!

It took no time to sign my paper work and move my things in all in the same day. Probably didnt take 15 minutes. My storage unit was clean and the manager was very helpful with showing me my unit and asking was there anything else I needed.

Very friendly, Pat and Steve greeted me at the door. Steve even let my daughter ride up front on the golf cart which she is still talking about. They were very helpful and caring. I highly recommend.

I picked this particular CubeSmart because of the positive reviews and the fact it is located a little bit off the beaten path, yet is centrally located to most points in Greenville. From the moment I drove up, Pat was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Putting all my belongings in storage was a practical and emotional decision for me, and the staff at CubeSmart made this feel like I was moving into a new apartment. Douglas checked on my friend and I while we were unloading, and even brought us bottled water. When the door needed repaired, it was done the same day. It even says my name as I leave the gate. Just a great rental experience for me, and I feel comfortable knowing all my things are safe here. I highly recommend this particular CubeSmart location to anyone in Greenville!

If I could rate this a 0 star I would! This was the worst customer service experience Ive experienced in a long time! And the worst part was that the mistreatment was from the female manager at the Greenville, SC Airport Rd location. If I remembered her name, Id put it on here. An associate told me that if I were to bring back the insurance paper, that they would give me the difference back and I made sure to pay cash before I left so this could get done. But low and behold, when I went back with my insurance paper, they kept my money and told me they couldnt give it back. Liars are exactly what they are smh. And the worst part about it is that when I asked the head manager about it she got a really nasty attitude and she said Im not going to help you and that the other associate could. DOWN RIGHT RUDE!!! Would never recommend this company to anyone. BEST ADVICE: RUNNNNNN!!!!
